Abstract

本发明涉及一种新型面料涂层配方,按重量分数配比由以下组分制成:聚氨酯 46‑61份;防泳移剂 3‑7份;阴离子渗透剂 3‑5份;无水助剂 5‑7份;聚四氟乙烯 12‑18份;催化剂1‑3份;交联剂2‑4份;柔软剂 0.5‑0.8份;水 14‑22份。本发明的优点在于:通过在涂层材料中加入一定量的聚氨酯和阴离子渗透剂配合防泳移剂产生化学反应,利用防泳移剂能有效提高面料的柔软度,利用阴离子渗透剂提高涂层材料的表面活性,从而有助于提高涂层的防水性;而通过加入一定量的聚四氟乙烯和交联剂配合无水助剂产生化学反应,使制成的涂层面料具有耐高温的功特性,并利用交联剂能有效提高面料的坚韧度,通过加入柔软剂使面料更加的柔软,手感更好。

技术领域
本发明涉及纺织领域,特别涉及一种新型面料涂层配方。
背景技术
随着科技的发展,人们对于服装面料的功能要求越来越高。现有的面料通常不具有防水的功能,导致那些经常与水接触的工作人员在工作过程中常常会弄湿自己的衣物,不仅会影响正常的工作,而且也会给工作人员自身带来各种不便;另外,对于些经常在高温环境下作业的工作人员在工作过程中常常因长时间工作而导致自己的衣物受损,不仅会影响正常的工作,而且也会给工作人员自身的安全带来一定的隐患。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种具有耐高温以及防水功能新型面料涂层配方。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的技术方案为:一种新型面料涂层配方,其创新点在于:按重量分数配比由以下组分制成:
聚氨酯 46-61份;
防泳移剂 3-7份;
阴离子渗透剂 3-5份;
无水助剂 5-7份;
聚四氟乙烯 12-18份;
催化剂1-3份;
交联剂2-4份;
柔软剂 0.5-0.8份;
水 14-22份。
进一步的,所述交联剂为过氧化二异丙苯、过氧化苯甲酰中的一种。
进一步的,所述无水助剂为磷酸盐、硅酸盐、碳酸盐中的一种。
进一步的,所述阴离子渗透剂为椰油酸、乙醇胺、硫酸钠中的一种。
进一步的,所述催化剂为液体催化剂。
本发明的优点在于:通过在涂层材料中加入一定量的聚氨酯和阴离子渗透剂配合防泳移剂产生化学反应,利用防泳移剂能有效提高面料的柔软度,利用阴离子渗透剂提高涂层材料的表面活性,从而有助于提高涂层的防水性;而通过加入一定量的聚四氟乙烯和交联剂配合无水助剂产生化学反应,使制成的涂层面料具有耐高温的功特性,并利用交联剂能有效提高面料的坚韧度,通过加入柔软剂使面料更加的柔软,手感更好。

聚氨酯 46份;
防泳移剂 3份;
椰油酸 3份;
磷酸盐 5份;
聚四氟乙烯 12份;
液体催化剂1份;
过氧化二异丙苯 2份;
柔软剂 0.5份;
水 14份。
实施例2
本发明的新型面料涂层配方按重量分数配比由以下组分制成:
聚氨酯 61份;
防泳移剂 7份;
椰油酸 5份;
磷酸盐 7份;
聚四氟乙烯18份;
液体催化剂3份;
过氧化二异丙苯 4份;
柔软剂 0.8份;
水 22份。
实施例3
本发明的新型面料涂层配方按重量分数配比由以下组分制成:
聚氨酯 53份;
防泳移剂 5份;
椰油酸 4份;
磷酸盐 6份;
聚四氟乙烯 15份;
液体催化剂2份;
过氧化二异丙苯 3份;
柔软剂 0.6份;
水 18份。
通过在涂层材料中加入一定量的聚氨酯和阴离子渗透剂配合防泳移剂产生化学反应,利用防泳移剂能有效提高面料的柔软度,利用阴离子渗透剂提高涂层材料的表面活性,从而有助于提高涂层的防水性;而通过加入一定量的聚四氟乙烯和交联剂配合无水助剂产生化学反应,使制成的涂层面料具有耐高温的功特性,并利用交联剂能有效提高面料的坚韧度,通过加入柔软剂使面料更加的柔软,手感更好。

交联剂2-4份;
柔软剂 0.5-0.8份;
水 14-22份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的新型面料涂层配方,其特征在于:所述交联剂为过氧化二异丙苯、过氧化苯甲酰中的一种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的新型面料涂层配方,其特征在于:所述无水助剂为磷酸盐、硅酸盐、碳酸盐中的一种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的新型面料涂层配方,其特征在于:所述阴离子渗透剂为椰油酸、乙醇胺、硫酸钠中的一种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的新型面料涂层配方,其特征在于:所述催化剂为液体催化剂。
