本发明公开了一种耐高温面料的加工方法,其特征在于:经过前处理、涂层材料配制、浸渍、烘干、水洗、烘干和包装步骤,完成面料的加工;本发明的优点在于:本发明通过在涂层材料中加入一定量的聚四氟乙烯和交联剂配合无水助剂产生化学反应,使制成的涂层面料具有耐高温的功特性,并利用交联剂能有效提高面料的坚韧度,通过加入柔软剂使面料更加的柔软,手感更好。

本发明涉及纺织生产技术领域,具体涉及一种耐高温面料的加工
方法。
背景技术
随着科技的发展,人们对于服装面料的要求不仅仅满足于其美观和实用性,更多的是对于服装面料的功能的追求性越来越高。现有的面料通常不具有耐高温的功能,导致那些经常在高温环境下作业的工作人员在工作过程中常常因长时间工作而导致自己的衣物受损,不仅会影响正常的工作,而且也会给工作人员自身的安全带来一定的隐患。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的不足,现提供一种能够耐高温的面料的加工方法。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案是:一种耐高温面料的加工方法,其创新点在于:经过前处理、涂层材料配制、浸渍、烘干、水洗、烘干和包装步骤,完成面料的加工;所述具体步骤如下:
(1)前处理:将面料进行漂白,烘干,所述烘干温度为90-100℃,所述烘干时间为15-20min;
(2)涂层材料配制:按照重量百分比包括如下组份:选择8%-12%的聚四氟乙烯,1%-3%的交联剂,4%-6%的无水助剂,0.2%-0.5%的柔软剂,1%-2%的催化剂,其余全为清水;
(3)将漂白烘干的面料放入步骤(2)配制的涂层材料中浸渍,所述浸渍时间为30-45min;
(4)烘干:将浸渍后的面料烘干,所述烘干温度为120-140℃,所述烘干时间为10-15min;
(5)水洗:将烘培后的面料放入温水中清洗;
(6)烘干:将水洗后的涂层面料再次烘干;
(7)包装:打卷、包装。
进一步的,所述步骤(2)中的交联剂为过氧化二异丙;无水助剂为碳酸盐。
进一步的,所述步骤(6)中的烘干时间为30min,所述烘干温度为90-120℃。
本发明的有益效果如下:本发明通过在涂层材料中加入一定量的聚四氟乙烯和交联剂配合无水助剂产生化学反应,使制成的涂层面料具有耐高温的功特性,并利用交联剂能有效提高面料的坚韧度,通过加入柔软剂使面料更加的柔软,手感更好。

实施例1
一种耐高温面料的加工方法,经过前处理、涂层材料配制、浸渍、烘干、水洗、烘干和包装步骤,完成面料的加工;具体步骤如下:
(1)前处理:将面料进行漂白,烘干,烘干温度为90℃,烘干时间为15min;
(2)涂层材料配制:按照重量百分比包括如下组份:选择8%的聚四氟乙烯,1%的交联剂,4%的无水助剂,0.2%的柔软剂,1%的催化剂,其余全为清水;
(3)将漂白烘干的面料放入步骤(2)配制的涂层材料中浸渍,浸渍时间为30min;
(4)烘干:将浸渍后的面料烘干,烘干温度为120℃,烘干时间为10min;
(5)水洗:将烘培后的面料放入温水中清洗;
(6)烘干:将水洗后的涂层面料再次烘干;
(7)包装:打卷、包装。
实施例2
一种耐高温面料的加工方法,经过前处理、涂层材料配制、浸渍、烘干、水洗、烘干和包装步骤,完成面料的加工;具体步骤如下:
(1)前处理:将面料进行漂白,烘干,烘干温度为100℃,烘干时间为20min;
(2)涂层材料配制:按照重量百分比包括如下组份:选择12%的聚四氟乙烯,3%的交联剂,6%的无水助剂,0.5%的柔软剂,2%的催化剂,其余全为清水;
(3)将漂白烘干的面料放入步骤(2)配制的涂层材料中浸渍,浸渍时间为45min;
(4)烘干:将浸渍后的面料烘干,烘干温度为140℃,烘干时间为15min;
(5)水洗:将烘培后的面料放入温水中清洗;
(6)烘干:将水洗后的涂层面料再次烘干;
(7)包装:打卷、包装。
实施例3
一种耐高温面料的加工方法,经过前处理、涂层材料配制、浸渍、烘干、水洗、烘干和包装步骤,完成面料的加工;具体步骤如下:
(1)前处理:将面料进行漂白,烘干,烘干温度为95℃,烘干时间为17min;
(2)涂层材料配制:按照重量百分比包括如下组份:选择10%的聚四氟乙烯,2%的交联剂,5%的无水助剂,0.4%的柔软剂,1.5%的催化剂,其余全为清水;
(3)将漂白烘干的面料放入步骤(2)配制的涂层材料中浸渍,浸渍时间为37min;
(4)烘干:将浸渍后的面料烘干,烘干温度为130℃,烘干时间为13min;
(5)水洗:将烘培后的面料放入温水中清洗;
(6)烘干:将水洗后的涂层面料再次烘干;
(7)包装:打卷、包装。
本发明通过在涂层材料中加入一定量的聚四氟乙烯和交联剂配合无水助剂产生化学反应,使制成的涂层面料具有耐高温的功特性,并利用交联剂能有效提高面料的坚韧度,通过加入柔软剂使面料更加的柔软,手感更好。

(1)前处理:将面料进行漂白,烘干,所述烘干温度为90-100℃,所述烘干时间为15-20min;
(2)涂层材料配制:按照重量百分比包括如下组份:选择8%-12%的聚四氟乙烯,1%-3%的交联剂,4%-6%的无水助剂,0.2%-0.5%的柔软剂,1%-2%的催化剂,其余全为清水;
(3)将漂白烘干的面料放入步骤(2)配制的涂层材料中浸渍,所述浸渍时间为30-45min;
(4)烘干:将浸渍后的面料烘干,所述烘干温度为120-140℃,所述烘干时间为10-15min;

2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种耐高温面料的加工方法,其特征在于:步骤(2)中的交联剂为过氧化二异丙;无水助剂为碳酸盐。
3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种耐高温面料的加工方法,其特征在于:步骤(6)中的烘干时间为30min,所述烘干温度为90-120℃。
