Abstract

本发明公开了一种多功能切片机构,包括门形支架、以及设置在门形支架上的切刀组件和压料组件,切刀组件包括刀片固定板、刀片和刀片驱动气缸,刀片驱动气缸固定安装在门形支架门框的中部,刀片驱动气缸的活塞端部与刀片固定板可拆卸固定相连,刀片固定板下方呈等距分布,压料组件包括压料板和压料驱动气缸,多个压料驱动气缸对称的设置于刀片驱动气缸四周的门形支架上,压料板上也设有供刀片自由穿过的刀片过孔,所述刀片固定板上设有活塞过孔,所述切刀组件正下方设有砧板。本发明可对任意食材进行不间断的切片操作,使生产连续、加工通用,可大大提高食品加工的效率和质量,并有利于大幅降低生产投入和使用成本。

技术领域
本发明属于食品加工技术领域,涉及一种切片机构,具体涉及一种多功能切片机构。
背景技术
随着人们生活水平的大幅改善,对食品产业提出了更高的要求,出现越来越多的食品加工设备,为帮助食品产业的快速发展和产业升级提供了帮助。
切片工序是食品加工最重要的工序,切片速度及均匀性需要靠切片工人的经验来控制,且一不小心还可能切到手指易发安全事故。然而现有食品加工设备中很少涉及切片工序,而片状食品如薯片、糕点、水果等又大量存在。同时,现有少量的切片设备往往只能对单一食材进行切片,无法针对所有食材进行,因此,其通用性差、使用成本高。
针对上述问题,有必要研发出一种切片机构,其通用性强,可对任意食材进行切片,可大大提高食品加工效率和质量,将切片工人从繁重的切片工作中解放出来。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明的目的在于提供一种多功能切片机构,以解决现有技术存在的通用性差、加工质量差和成本高的问题。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种多功能切片机构,其特征在于:包括门形支架、砧板、以及设置在门形支架上的切刀组件和压料组件,所述切刀组件包括刀片固定板、刀片和刀片驱动气缸,所述刀片驱动气缸固定安装在门形支架门框的中部,刀片驱动气缸的活塞端部与刀片固定板可拆卸固定相连,所述刀片有多个,且在刀片固定板下方呈等距分布,所述压料组件包括压料板和压料驱动气缸,所述压料驱动气缸设置多个,多个压料驱动气缸对称的设置于刀片驱动气缸四周的门形支架上,多个压料驱动气缸活塞自由穿过刀片固定板与与压料板可拆卸固定相连,所述压料板上也设有供刀片自由穿过的刀片过孔,所述刀片固定板上设有与压料驱动气缸的活塞对应的活塞过孔,所述砧板设于切刀组件正下方。
作为改进,该切片机构还包括控制系统,所述刀片驱动气缸和压料驱动气缸分别设有相应的电磁阀,所述控制系统分别通过电磁阀控制刀片驱动气缸和压料驱动气缸的运行和行程大小。
作为改进,所述压料板底部任意两相邻的刀片过孔之间设置有多根压紧针。
作为改进,所述压紧针在压料板上呈中间疏两侧密分布。
作为改进,所述刀片与刀片过孔之间为间隙配合。
作为改进,所述压料驱动气缸的活塞与活塞过孔之间为过渡配合。
作为改进,所述切刀组件正下方设有装卸料机构,所述砧板置于装卸料机构上。
作为改进,所述装卸料机构下方设有用于将其支撑固定的切片支撑座。
作为改进,所述压料驱动气缸有2-8个,多个压料驱动气缸以压料板中心对称分布。
本发明的有益效果在于:
1、通过压料板及压紧针的组合固定方式,提高了固定效果,利于提高切片质量;
2、通过压紧针与切片之间结合力、以及刀片与切片之间的结合力综合作用,可以将切片带离砧板,可减少切片时间,为实现在线切片提供可能;
3、通过对压紧针、刀片的组合应用,可实现在线卸料;
4、通过对切刀组件和压料组件独立控制,可避免刀片运动引起压料板运动造成对食材的的损坏,保护了食材的完整性;
5、将活塞用作导向柱,在完成升降驱动的同时,还保证了切削精度;
总之,本发明通过切片机构和输送带的组合运用,可对任意食材进行不间断的切片操作,使生产连续、加工通用,可大大提高食品加工的效率和质量,并有利于大幅降低生产投入和使用成本。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明进行举例说明。
如图1至图5所示,一种多功能切片机构,包括门形支架101、砧板112、控制系统、以及设置在门形支架101上的切刀组件和压料组件,切片机构包括门形支架101、切刀组件和压料组件,门形支架101横跨设于砧板112两侧,其中,切刀组件包括刀片固定板102、固定在刀片固定板102上多个呈等距分布的刀片103和固定在门形支架101上的刀片驱动气缸104,刀片驱动气缸104固定在门形支架101门框的中部,刀片驱动气缸104活塞的端部与刀片固定板102可拆卸固定;压料组件包括压料板106和压料驱动气缸107,压料驱动气缸107可设置多个,最好是2个或4个,本实施例优选为4个,且两两对称设置在门形支架101上的两侧,即刀片驱动气缸104的两侧,可对刀片驱动气缸104形成避让,使刀片103驱动和压料驱动相互独立,所有压料驱动气缸107的活塞均穿过刀片固定板102上的活塞过孔109,与压料板106通过螺栓或螺钉可拆卸的固定相连,同时,在压料板106上设置有刀片过孔108,刀片过孔108与刀片103一一对应设置,活塞过孔109与压料驱动气缸107的活塞一一对应设置,该方式使得切刀组件和压料组件相互独立运行,可避免刀片运动引起压料板106运动造成对食材的的损坏。
作为本实施例的改进,刀片103与刀片过孔108间隙配合,使得刀片103无阻碍通过压料板106,减少切削阻力,压料驱动气缸107的活塞与活塞过孔109过渡配合,使活塞与活塞过孔109之间的间隙相对较小,其配合水平得到提高,使活塞类似于导向柱,完成升降功能的同时,也保证了切削精度。
所述压料驱动气缸107有2-8个,多个压料驱动气缸107以压料板106中心对称分布。
作为本实施例的改进,如图4和图5所示,压料板106上任意两相邻刀片过孔108之间设置有压紧针105,压紧针105直径小于切片的厚度,当压料板106与食材压紧接触时,压紧针105刺入食材形成固定。
本发明工作原理,食材通过装卸料机构111运送至切刀组件正下方的砧板112上,通过控制系统启动切片程序,压料驱动气缸107带动压料板106下行,压料板106与待切片食材紧密接触,同时压紧针105刺入食材内,对其进行定位,防止切片时,食材偏移而滚落或者没有切到,之后通过刀片驱动气缸104带动刀片103下行对食材切片,当切片完成后,在压紧针105与食材切片之间结合力、以及刀片103与食材切片之间结合力共同作用下,通过控制系统控制刀片驱动气缸104和压料驱动气缸107同时以相同速度回缩,被切后的食材随压料板106一起离开砧板112,这时通过控制系统控制压料驱动气缸107停止回缩,刀片驱动气缸104继续回缩,刀片103脱离被切后的食材,由于压紧针105直径很小,压紧针105与被切后食材之间的结合力小于切片的重力,因此,当刀片103离开切片时,切片在重力作用下会脱出压紧针105,掉下的切片通过装卸料机构111带走,实现出料,然后按上述步骤实现循环切片。
所述刀片驱动气缸104和压料驱动气缸107分别设有相应的电磁阀,所述控制系统通过电磁阀分别控制刀片驱动气缸104和压料驱动气缸107的运行和行程大小。所述压料板106 底部任意两相邻的刀片过孔108之间设置有多根压紧针105。所述压紧针105在压料板106 上呈中间疏两侧密分布,所述切刀组件正下方设有装卸料机构111,所述砧板112置于装卸料机构111上。所述装卸料机构下方设有用于将其支撑固定的切片支撑座110。

1.一种多功能切片机构,其特征在于:包括门形支架、砧板、以及设置在门形支架上的切刀组件和压料组件,所述切刀组件包括刀片固定板、刀片和刀片驱动气缸,所述刀片驱动气缸固定安装在门形支架门框的中部,刀片驱动气缸的活塞端部与刀片固定板可拆卸固定相连,所述刀片有多个,且在刀片固定板下方呈等距分布,所述压料组件包括压料板和压料驱动气缸,所述压料驱动气缸设置多个,多个压料驱动气缸对称的设置于刀片驱动气缸四周的门形支架上,多个压料驱动气缸活塞自由穿过刀片固定板与与压料板可拆卸固定相连,所述压料板上也设有供刀片自由穿过的刀片过孔,所述刀片固定板上设有与压料驱动气缸的活塞对应的活塞过孔,所述砧板设于切刀组件正下方。
2.根权利要求1所述一种多功能切片机构,其特征在于:该切片机构还包括控制系统,所述刀片驱动气缸和压料驱动气缸分别设有相应的电磁阀,所述控制系统分别通过电磁阀控制刀片驱动气缸和压料驱动气缸的运行和行程大小。
3.根权利要求1所述一种多功能切片机构,其特征在于:所述压料板底部任意两相邻的刀片过孔之间设置有多根压紧针。
4.根权利要求1所述一种多功能切片机构,其特征在于:所述压紧针在压料板上呈中间疏两侧密分布。
5.根权利要求1所述一种多功能切片机构,其特征在于:所述刀片与刀片过孔之间为间隙配合。
6.根权利要求1所述一种多功能切片机构,其特征在于:所述压料驱动气缸的活塞与活塞过孔之间为过渡配合。
7.根权利要求1所述一种多功能切片机构,其特征在于:所述切刀组件正下方设有装卸料机构,所述砧板置于装卸料机构上。
8.根权利要求7所述一种多功能切片机构,其特征在于:所述装卸料机构下方设有用于将其支撑固定的切片支撑座。
