Abstract
在一燃料喷射泵中,通过一交叉盘离合器(2)使驱动轴(1)传动该泵及分配器元件(3),这样,摩擦作用和噪声在交叉盘离合器运行时都可减少。为此目的,建议一个交叉盘离合器应该是,力矩传递是在滚动支承的传递面上发生的。
Description
技术背景
本发明涉及一种内燃机用燃料喷射泵。
在EP-A0369155中已公开了这种类型的泵,其中,交叉盘离合器的交叉盘,将驱动力矩从驱动轴的离合爪传递到泵及分配器元件的离合爪上,而且交叉盘在轴向上可自由运动地置于离合爪对之间。
本发明的目的是,提供一种燃料喷射泵,其交叉盘和离合爪之间的靠置面的抗磨强度得以提高,并且可传递更高的力矩以及降低噪音,此外,减轻了交叉盘的重量并使其可成本低地制造。
按照本发明,提出了一种燃料喷射泵,具有一个驱动轴,一个轴向可往复运动并同时可转动的泵及分配器元件,一个使驱动轴与泵和分配器元件相连接的交叉盘离合器,该交叉盘离合器在其从动侧在驱动轴上和在其驱动侧在泵及分配器部件上分别具有一个相互反向的离合爪对,在它们之间,安置一个交叉盘,它将相互反向的离合爪对导入形状吻合匹配的爪容置结构中,该交叉盘由4个径向定位的中心直角对顶的辐杆构成,并带有位于其间的用于离合爪的容置结构;滚动体被安置在辐杆中,围绕其径向轴线可转动,并在交叉盘的轴线的两个方向上突出。本发明的优点
在本发明的燃料喷射泵中,位于交叉盘和与之啮合的离合爪之间的靠置面的抗磨强度被提高了。另外,在离合爪和交叉盘之间可实现传递更高的力矩。此外,在交叉盘离合器中可获得一个噪声下降。所述的这些优点产生的原因是,在啮合于交叉盘中的离合爪之间现有的滑动摩擦通过本发明滚动摩擦结构代替了。在本发明实施方案中,该交叉盘可以比现有技术在重量上更轻地和成本上更廉价地被制造。该交叉盘具有滚动轴承保持架的功能并具有4个辐杆,其中,单个的滚动体安置在这些辐杆中。同时这些滚动体在交叉盘的圆周方向上穿出辐杆,所以这些滚动体同时作用在在驱动侧和从动侧起作用的不同离合爪上。在驱动侧和从动侧的离合爪相对位移时,该交叉盘就实行轴向运动。
因为,在驱动侧和从动侧之离合爪之间的力传递仅仅通过交叉盘中的滚动体实现,所以,只作为滚动轴承保持架的交叉盘之材料就可以不同于滚动体的材料。这样,作为滚动轴承保持架用的交叉盘就能够以有利方式用塑料制成。该滚动体可以是滚子。
驱动和从动侧的离合爪,以有利的方式,具有三角扇形的结构以用于径向上结构吻合地嵌接在交叉盘之滚动轴承保持架辐杆之间的容置结构中。

实施例的说明
在一个未描述的燃料喷射泵壳体中,一个驱动轴1可转动地安置。该驱动轴1通过一个交叉盘离合器2及通过一个行程盘3与一个泵元件和分配器元件相连接。
该交叉盘离合器2具有一个交叉盘4并带有4个相互以直角间置的辐杆5。在辐杆5中分别安置一个围绕一径向轴可转动的滚子6作为滚动体。在驱动盘1和行程盘3上,分别安置一对相互交错90度的离合爪7和8。用这些离合爪7和8使驱动轴1和行程盘3在装配好的交叉盘离合器2情况下啮合到在交叉盘4的辐杆5的中间腔中。这种啮合方式是,该离合爪7和8分别实际上无间隙地并轴向上可运动地靠置在交叉盘4的滚子6上。
在燃料喷射泵运行中行程盘3发生行程运动时,交叉盘4执行轴向运动,因此,在驱动轴1及行程盘3的离合爪7和8之间的力矩传递通过具有滚动摩擦的轴向运动而发生。
该离合爪7和8,按照强度要求有利的是可以设置成相对大的三角件。而交叉盘本身可以想到以简单的方式制造,特别是由塑料制成,因为辐杆5仅仅用于滚子6的定位保持功能,因此,实际上不传递任何作用力。这样,该交叉盘4不仅简单,而且就重量而言也可以制造得特别轻。
Claims (4)
1、一种燃料喷射泵,具有一个驱动轴(1),一个轴向可往复运动并同时可转动的泵及分配器元件(3),一个使驱动轴与泵和分配器元件(3)相连接的交叉盘离合器(2),该交叉盘离合器在其从动侧在驱动轴(1)上和在其驱动侧在泵及分配器部件(3)上分别具有一个相互反向的离合爪对(7,8),在它们之间,安置一个交叉盘(4),它将相互反向的离合爪对(7,8)导入形状吻合匹配的爪容置结构中,其特征在于:
该交叉盘(4)由4个径向定位的中心直角对顶的辐杆(5)构成,并带有位于其间的用于离合爪(7,8)的容置结构;滚动体(6)被安置在辐杆(5)中,围绕其径向轴线可转动,并在交叉盘(4)的轴线的两个方向上突出。
