More preferably, the data of the multiple rules into one and one graph is generated based on geographic information system data; the multi-rule-in-one and one-graph project collaborative approval system is generated based on a workflow technology.
The "one-by-one" and "one-by-one map" data is generated based on data in a GIS (geographic information system); the project collaborative approval system of 'one-in-one-more-rule' and 'one-graph' is generated based on WorkFlow (WorkFlow technology).
Specifically, as shown in fig. 4, the "multi-rule-in-one" and "one-graph" project collaborative approval system provided by the embodiment of the present invention is implemented based on an SOA (service-oriented architecture) and in a hierarchical mode. The project collaborative approval system can be divided into a data management layer, a basic middleware layer, a business logic layer, an application presentation layer and the like.
And the data management layer is used for realizing the management of various data required by the project collaborative approval system based on a database management tool. The database management tool can select commercial database management software such as Oracle and MS SQL, and open source database management software such as MY SQL.
The basic middleware layer can be divided into two containers of a basic general component and a business logic processing component. The basic general component container is mainly used for providing basic components for the development of the project collaborative approval system, and comprises targeted general components such as data management adapters (such as Oracle adapters and MS SQL adapters), process engines (such as Work Flow Engine workflow engines), text editing components (such as Office editing plug-ins), spatial data management and service basic components (such as basic components of spatial data management software such as Arc GIS and Supermap GIS) and the like; in addition, the system also comprises basic universal components of SOA, HTML/Excel, JDBC, JSON/XML and the like for page display implementation, database connection, fault-tolerant management and web service.

The application presentation layer realizes the presentation of the application through front-end technologies such as Jquery, css3/boost, Ajax, Html5 and the like, and can support the presentation of terminal equipment such as computers, tablets, mobile phones and the like.
More preferably, aiming at different examination and approval informatization degrees of government construction projects of various parts in China at present, the project collaborative examination and approval system of 'all-in-one' and 'one picture' provided by the embodiment of the invention provides four examination and approval modes:
in the first mode: the local government departments do not have a construction project approval system, and each department does not have a service system, so that the construction project approval is realized by directly using the project collaborative approval system of 'all-in-one' and 'one picture', which is provided by the embodiment of the invention, and the specific mode is shown in fig. 5.

The project collaborative approval system with the multiple rules in one and the one drawing provided by the embodiment of the invention is used in parallel with the constructed project approval system, the construction project approval system provides project approval process data for the project collaborative approval tool with the multiple rules in one and the one drawing, the project collaborative approval system with the multiple rules in one and the one drawing provides a space analysis function for the constructed project approval system, the data are mutually shared, and the construction project approval is realized, wherein the specific mode is shown in fig. 7.
The fourth mode: the local government department has built a project approval system, but has no space number analysis support function, and each department has a business system. The project collaborative approval system with the multiple rules in one and the one drawing provided by the embodiment of the invention is used in parallel with the constructed project approval system, the construction project approval system provides project approval process data for the project collaborative approval tool with the multiple rules in one and the one drawing, the project collaborative approval tool with the multiple rules in one and the one drawing provides a space analysis function for the constructed project approval system, the data are mutually shared, and the construction project approval is realized, wherein the specific mode is shown in fig. 8.
The invention is suitable for different degrees of approval informatization of construction projects of governments of various parts in China by providing four approval modes, and the application range and the applicability of the invention are increased.
Correspondingly, the invention also provides a project collaborative approval method of 'one-in-one-from-many' and 'one-drawing', and the project collaborative approval system is adopted to realize approval of the project to be approved.
As shown in fig. 9, a schematic flow chart of a preferred embodiment of the collaborative approval method for "all-in-one" project and "one map" project provided by the present invention includes the following steps:

The embodiment of the invention also provides a collaborative approval tool for the project of ' one drawing with one specification and ' one drawing '. The project collaborative approval tool of this embodiment includes: a processor, a memory, and a computer program stored in the memory and executable on the processor. The processor, when executing the computer program, implements the steps in the above embodiments of the project collaborative approval method, for example, as shown in fig. 8. Alternatively, the processor implements the functions of the modules/units in the above device embodiments when executing the computer program.
Illustratively, the computer program may be partitioned into one or more modules/units that are stored in the memory and executed by the processor to implement the invention. The project collaborative approval tool can be a desktop computer, a notebook, a palm computer, a cloud server and other computing equipment. The project collaborative approval tool may include, but is not limited to, a processor, a memory.
The Processor may be a Central Processing Unit (CPU), other general purpose Processor, a Digital Signal Processor (DSP), an Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC), an off-the-shelf Programmable Gate Array (FPGA) or other Programmable logic device, discrete Gate or transistor logic, discrete hardware components, etc. The general processor may be a microprocessor or the processor may be any conventional processor, etc., and the processor is a control center of the project collaborative approval tool and connects various parts of the whole public opinion information extraction terminal device by using various interfaces and lines.
The memory may be configured to store the computer program and/or the module, and the processor may implement various functions of the public opinion information extraction terminal device by running or executing the computer program and/or the module stored in the memory and calling data stored in the memory. The memory may mainly include a storage program area and a storage data area, wherein the storage program area may store an operating system, an application program required by at least one function (such as a sound playing function, an image playing function, etc.), and the like; the storage data area may store data (such as audio data, etc.) created according to the use of the cellular phone, etc. In addition, the memory may include high speed random access memory, and may also include non-volatile memory, such as a hard disk, a memory, a plug-in hard disk, a Smart Media Card (SMC), a Secure Digital (SD) Card, a Flash memory Card (Flash Card), at least one magnetic disk storage device, a Flash memory device, or other volatile solid state storage device.
Wherein, the module/unit integrated by the project collaborative approval tool can be stored in a computer readable storage medium if the module/unit is implemented in the form of a software functional unit and sold or used as an independent product. the system module of one picture is used for carrying out space analysis on the planned land of the project to be examined according to the data of the project to be examined and a pre-generated annual planning project library and generating a corresponding space analysis result; the spatial analysis comprises planning conflict detection analysis, control line analysis and project address selection analysis;
