determining departments contained in the enterprise and incidence relations among all the departments, and generating an enterprise architecture diagram according to the incidence relations among all the departments;
setting a corresponding account for each department in the enterprise architecture diagram, and configuring each account according to business requirements so that the configured accounts meet the relevant business requirements;
and managing corresponding services according to the configuration information of each account.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein determining the departments contained in the enterprise and the relationship between the departments comprises:
setting corresponding fields according to the enterprise characteristics of the enterprise and creating corresponding departments according to the fields, wherein different fields correspond to different departments;
creating a role form according to the department characteristics of each department and the personnel information of the personnel contained in the enterprise, so as to distribute the personnel to the corresponding departments according to the role form;
and establishing an incidence relation among all departments according to the management requirements of the enterprise.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the configuring each account according to business requirements comprises:
and configuring corresponding resources, capabilities and use permissions of the resources for each account according to business requirements.
4. The method according to any one of claims 1-3, further comprising, after configuring each account according to business requirements:
and displaying the configuration information of each account.
5. The method according to any one of claims 1-3, further comprising, after managing the corresponding service according to the configuration information of each account:
and when the service requirement is changed, updating the configuration information of each account according to the changed service requirement.
6. An enterprise informatization management device, comprising:
the information determining module is used for determining departments contained in the enterprise and the incidence relation among all the departments, and generating an enterprise architecture diagram according to the incidence relation among all the departments;
the account configuration module is used for setting a corresponding account for each department in the enterprise architecture diagram and configuring each account according to business requirements so that the configured accounts meet the relevant business requirements;
and the management module is used for managing the corresponding service according to the configuration information of each account.
7. The apparatus of claim 6, wherein the information determination module is specifically configured to:
setting corresponding fields according to the enterprise characteristics of the enterprise and creating corresponding departments according to the fields, wherein different fields correspond to different departments;
creating a role form according to the department characteristics of each department and the personnel information of the personnel contained in the enterprise, so as to distribute the personnel to the corresponding departments according to the role form;
and establishing an incidence relation among all departments according to the management requirements of the enterprise.
8. The apparatus of claim 6, wherein the account configuration module is specifically configured to:
and configuring corresponding resources, capabilities and use permissions of the resources for each account according to business requirements.
9. An electronic device, comprising:
one or more processors;
a memory for storing one or more programs;
the one or more programs, when executed by the one or more processors, implement the enterprise informatization management method of any of claims 1-5.
10. A computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, which, when being executed by a processor, implements the enterprise information management method according to any one of claims 1-5.
