Fig. 4 is a schematic diagram of a main warehousing flow of the material warehousing management method according to the embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 4, the method includes acquiring a new warehousing record, extracting donor information in the donor data, and determining whether the donor information is an anonymous identifier; if so, pulling an object in a preset virtual donor pool to replace donor information, further extracting logistics information in the donor data, and updating the logistics information and the replaced donor information to a material information table; of course, a fixed virtual donor may also be used, the interface of the database server is directly called to find the corresponding virtual donor in the material information table and display the virtual donor in a reverse manner, and then the logistics information is updated to the corresponding position in the material information table. If not, calling a material information table, inquiring whether the donor information exists, if so, extracting logistics information in the donation data to update a preset material information table, otherwise, extracting the logistics information in the donation data to update the preset material information table together with the donor information. The logistics information can be obtained by scanning and reading, and can be manually recorded after reading fails.
And then, judging whether the donation data has the directional identifier, if so, acquiring donated person information, identifying the item information in the donation data, and adding the donated person information and the donated person information into a warehousing item information table. And if not, directly identifying the item information in the donation data and adding the item information into a warehousing item information table. Wherein, the article information can be added to the warehousing article information table by scanning the article bar code or other means.
Then, determining warehousing article information of a warehousing warehouse, a warehousing date, a sponsor and the like to submit a warehousing list, further generating a receiving letter to execute donation warehousing information publicity after a warehousing completion instruction is obtained.

Fig. 5 is a schematic diagram of warehousing record query of the material warehousing management method according to the embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 5, the present invention may support single record query and statistical query based on multiple records (for example, statistical query according to attributes such as donor information, type of donated material, and date of donation), and in addition, the present invention can perform regular or irregular public presentation on donated warehousing information.
Fig. 6 is a schematic diagram of a main flow of material application of the material warehousing management method according to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 6, for example, a material demand party (i.e., a material applicant) may register, become a white list user after the registration is successful, then log in and click "material application" under a "material management" menu to enter a material application page, fill in the information of the donation application, and submit the audit. The details of the supplies and the logistics information can of course be viewed.
The material warehousing management system receives the material application request, obtains material application data in the request, and calls a preset auditing engine to examine and approve the material application data. And if the examination and approval are passed, determining a logistics mode based on the material application data, generating a delivery list, sending the delivery list to a warehouse, and then performing delivery according to the determined logistics mode and showing the delivery list.

In embodiments, queries may be made by attribute, such as by warehouse, asset type. Of course, inventory statistics requests may be received, such as counting total number of warehouses, available total number of warehouses, etc. for each type of material.
Fig. 8 is a schematic diagram of a main outbound flow of the material warehousing management method according to the embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 8, a preset locking engine is called according to an outbound list (i.e., a material application detail list) to lock the current warehouse inventory for material distribution. Then generating an ex-warehouse record task (namely adding an ex-warehouse record) based on the ex-warehouse list, judging whether the ex-warehouse record task has a directional identifier, if so, reversely displaying directional material data, and adding the directional material data into the article ex-warehouse information; and if not, determining the warehouse-out and the material data according to the warehouse-out record task so as to add the data to the article warehouse-out information. And finally, carrying out warehouse-out according to the commodity warehouse-out information, and finishing warehouse-out and showing after acquiring the signing-in information.
Fig. 9 is a schematic diagram of warehouse-out record query according to the material warehousing management method in the embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 9, the embodiment of the present invention may receive a query request of a warehouse-out record, that is, implement a warehouse-out record query function. Wherein, single record query and attribute-based statistical query can be performed, for example, according to the information of donated persons, the types of donated materials, the date of donation, etc. Preferably, the disclosure of the ex-warehouse information can be performed periodically or on request.
In conclusion, the invention establishes the letter building and warehousing management system, realizes warehousing and ex-warehouse of articles and real-time increase and decrease of the quantity of inventory materials, realizes macroscopic mastering of the materials and is convenient for reasonable distribution. And the demand of applying for materials can be distributed on line, and the distribution result is updated in real time. The input goods and materials and the output goods and materials can be inquired on line in real time after being input, so that the inquiry of historical data and the inquiry of donor are supported. And applying for materials on line, sending a short message notification after approval is passed, and enabling an applicant to check application approval results at any time. In addition, the SaaS mode is adopted in the aspect of participant management, so that the SaaS mode can be repeatedly used, a solution is provided more quickly, the problem that the solution is tired of excessive infrastructure and resources is avoided, the service is always performed as long as the SaaS mode is connected, and the SaaS mode can be connected to the hosting platform of a provider only by a browser.
Fig. 10 is a schematic diagram of main modules of a material warehousing management apparatus according to an embodiment of the invention, and as shown in fig. 10, the material warehousing management apparatus includes an acquisition module 1001 and a processing module 1002. The obtaining module 1001 receives a material donation request, obtains donation data in the request, and executes a warehousing bulletin to trigger a warehousing process; the processing module 1002 extracts donor information and logistics information in the donation data to update a preset material information table; identifying the item information in the donation data to be added to a preset warehousing item information table, determining a warehousing warehouse to submit a warehousing list, further obtaining a warehousing completion instruction to generate a receiving letter to execute donation warehousing information announcement; and updating a preset material information table or adding the preset material information table to a preset warehousing article information table by calling a preset interface of the database server.
In some embodiments, after the obtaining module 1001 obtains the donation data in the request, it includes: judging whether the donation event is an online donation event or not according to the donation data; if so, calling a preset bill component, generating a material receiving bill based on the logistics information, and executing a warehousing bulletin to trigger a warehousing process; if not, calling a preset mail component, acquiring the donation mail, and executing the warehousing official to trigger the warehousing process.

Fig. 11 illustrates an exemplary system architecture 1100 of a material warehousing management method or device to which embodiments of the invention may be applied.
As shown in fig. 11, the system architecture 1100 may include terminal devices 1101, 1102, 1103, a network 1104, and a server 1105. The network 1104 is a medium to provide communication links between the terminal devices 1101, 1102, 1103 and the server 1105. Network 1104 may include various connection types, such as wired, wireless communication links, or fiber optic cables, to name a few.
A user may use terminal devices 1101, 1102, 1103 to interact with a server 1105 over a network 1104 to receive or send messages or the like. Various messaging client applications, such as shopping applications, web browser applications, search applications, instant messaging tools, mailbox clients, social platform software, etc. (examples only) may be installed on the terminal devices 1101, 1102, 1103.
The terminal devices 1101, 1102, 1103 may be various electronic devices having a material warehousing management screen and supporting web browsing, including but not limited to smart phones, tablet computers, laptop portable computers, desktop computers, and the like.
The server 1105 may be a server that provides various services, such as a backend management server (for example only) that provides support for shopping-like websites browsed by users using the terminal devices 1101, 1102, 1103. The backend management server may analyze and perform other processing on the received data such as the product information query request, and feed back a processing result (for example, target push information, product information — just an example) to the terminal device.
It should be noted that the material warehousing management method provided by the embodiment of the present invention is generally executed by the server 1105, and accordingly, the computing device is generally disposed in the server 1105.
It should be understood that the number of terminal devices, networks, and servers in fig. 11 is merely illustrative. There may be any number of terminal devices, networks, and servers, as desired for implementation.
Referring now to FIG. 12, shown is a block diagram of a computer system 1200 suitable for use with a terminal device implementing an embodiment of the present invention. The terminal device shown in fig. 12 is only an example, and should not bring any limitation to the functions and the scope of use of the embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 12, the computer system 1200 includes a Central Processing Unit (CPU)1201, which can perform various appropriate actions and processes in accordance with a program stored in a Read Only Memory (ROM)1202 or a program loaded from a storage section 1208 into a Random Access Memory (RAM) 1203. In the RAM1203, various programs and data necessary for the operation of the computer system 1200 are also stored. The CPU1201, ROM1202, and RAM1203 are connected to each other by a bus 1204. An input/output (I/O) interface 1205 is also connected to bus 1204.
The following components are connected to the I/O interface 1205: an input section 1206 including a keyboard, a mouse, and the like; an output section 1207 including a display device such as a Cathode Ray Tube (CRT), a liquid crystal material storage manager (LCD), and a speaker; a storage section 1208 including a hard disk and the like; and a communication section 1209 including a network interface card such as a LAN card, a modem, or the like. The communication section 1209 performs communication processing via a network such as the internet. A driver 1210 is also connected to the I/O interface 1205 as needed. A removable medium 1211, such as a magnetic disk, an optical disk, a magneto-optical disk, a semiconductor memory, or the like, is mounted on the drive 1210 as necessary, so that a computer program read out therefrom is mounted into the storage section 1208 as necessary.
In particular, according to the embodiments of the present disclosure, the processes described above with reference to the flowcharts may be implemented as computer software programs. For example, embodiments of the present disclosure include a computer program product comprising a computer program embodied on a computer readable medium, the computer program comprising program code for performing the method illustrated in the flow chart. In such an embodiment, the computer program may be downloaded and installed from a network through the communication section 1209, and/or installed from the removable medium 1211. The computer program performs the above-described functions defined in the system of the present invention when executed by the Central Processing Unit (CPU) 1201.
It should be noted that the computer readable medium shown in the present invention can be a computer readable signal medium or a computer readable storage medium or any combination of the two. A computer readable storage medium may be, for example, but not limited to, an electronic, magnetic, optical, electromagnetic, infrared, or semiconductor system, apparatus, or device, or any combination of the foregoing. More specific examples of the computer readable storage medium may include, but are not limited to: an electrical connection having one or more wires, a portable computer diskette, a hard disk, a Random Access Memory (RAM), a read-only memory (ROM), an erasable programmable read-only memory (EPROM or flash memory), an optical fiber, a portable compact disc read-only memory (CD-ROM), an optical storage device, a magnetic storage device, or any suitable combination of the foregoing. In the present invention, a computer readable storage medium may be any tangible medium that can contain, or store a program for use by or in connection with an instruction execution system, apparatus, or device. In the present invention, however, a computer readable signal medium may include a propagated data signal with computer readable program code embodied therein, for example, in baseband or as part of a carrier wave. Such a propagated data signal may take many forms, including, but not limited to, electro-magnetic, optical, or any suitable combination thereof. A computer readable signal medium may also be any computer readable medium that is not a computer readable storage medium and that can communicate, propagate, or transport a program for use by or in connection with an instruction execution system, apparatus, or device. Program code embodied on a computer readable medium may be transmitted using any appropriate medium, including but not limited to: wireless, wire, fiber optic cable, RF, etc., or any suitable combination of the foregoing.
The flowchart and block diagrams in the figures illustrate the architecture, functionality, and operation of possible implementations of systems, methods and computer program products according to various embodiments of the present invention. In this regard, each block in the flowchart or block diagrams may represent a module, segment, or portion of code, which comprises one or more executable instructions for implementing the specified logical function(s). It should also be noted that, in some alternative implementations, the functions noted in the block may occur out of the order noted in the figures. For example, two blocks shown in succession may, in fact, be executed substantially concurrently, or the blocks may sometimes be executed in the reverse order, depending upon the functionality involved. It will also be noted that each block of the block diagrams or flowchart illustration, and combinations of blocks in the block diagrams or flowchart illustration, can be implemented by special purpose hardware-based systems which perform the specified functions or acts, or combinations of special purpose hardware and computer instructions.
The modules described in the embodiments of the present invention may be implemented by software or hardware. The described modules may also be provided in a processor, which may be described as: a processor includes an acquisition module and a processing module. Wherein the names of the modules do not in some cases constitute a limitation of the module itself.
As another aspect, the present invention also provides a computer-readable medium that may be contained in the apparatus described in the above embodiments; or may be separate and not incorporated into the device. The computer readable medium carries one or more programs which, when executed by a device, cause the device to receive a request for donation of a material, obtain donation data from the request, and execute a warehousing bulletin to trigger a warehousing process; extracting donor information and logistics information in the donation data to update a preset material information table; identifying the item information in the donation data to be added to a preset warehousing item information table, determining a warehousing warehouse to submit a warehousing list, further obtaining a warehousing completion instruction to generate a receiving letter to execute donation warehousing information announcement; and updating a preset material information table or adding the preset material information table to a preset warehousing article information table by calling a preset interface of the database server.
According to the technical scheme of the embodiment of the invention, the problems of low efficiency and serious resource waste of the existing mass material donation management can be solved.
The above-described embodiments should not be construed as limiting the scope of the invention. Those skilled in the art will appreciate that various modifications, combinations, sub-combinations, and substitutions can occur, depending on design requirements and other factors. Any modification, equivalent replacement, and improvement made within the spirit and principle of the present invention should be included in the protection scope of the present invention.

Claims (16)

1. A material warehousing management method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
receiving a material donation request, acquiring donation data in the request, and executing a warehousing bulletin to trigger a warehousing process;
extracting donor information and logistics information in the donation data to update a preset material information table; identifying the item information in the donation data to be added to a preset warehousing item information table, determining a warehousing warehouse to submit a warehousing list, further obtaining a warehousing completion instruction to generate a receiving letter to execute donation warehousing information announcement; and updating a preset material information table or adding the preset material information table to a preset warehousing article information table by calling a preset interface of the database server.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein obtaining the donation data in the request comprises:
judging whether the donation event is an online donation event or not according to the donation data;
if so, calling a preset bill component, generating a material receiving bill based on the logistics information, and executing a warehousing bulletin to trigger a warehousing process;
if not, calling a preset mail component, acquiring the donation mail, and executing the warehousing official to trigger the warehousing process.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein after extracting the donor information and the logistics information in the donation data, comprising:
extracting donor information in the donation data, and judging whether the donor information is an anonymous identifier;
if so, pulling an object in a preset virtual donor pool to replace donor information, further extracting logistics information in the donor data, and updating the logistics information and the replaced donor information to a material information table;
if not, calling a material information table, inquiring whether the donor information exists, if so, extracting logistics information in the donation data to update a preset material information table, otherwise, extracting the logistics information in the donation data to update the preset material information table together with the donor information.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein identifying item information in the donation data is preceded by:
and determining that the directional identifier exists in the donation data, and acquiring the information of the donated person.
5. The method of claim 1, comprising:
receiving a material application request, and acquiring material application data in the request;
and calling a preset auditing engine, determining that the material application data is approved, generating a delivery list and sending the delivery list to a warehouse, and then performing delivery and displaying.
6. The method of claim 5, wherein generating the outbound document for sending to the warehouse comprises:
calling a preset locking engine, locking the current warehouse inventory, and generating an ex-warehouse record task based on the ex-warehouse list;
judging whether the ex-warehouse recording task has an orientation mark, if so, reversely displaying oriented material data, and adding the oriented material data to the article ex-warehouse information; if not, determining the warehouse-out and material data according to the warehouse-out record task so as to add the data to the article warehouse-out information;
and (4) carrying out warehouse-out according to the warehouse-out information of the articles, and finishing warehouse-out and showing after acquiring the signing-in information.
7. The method according to any one of claims 1-6, comprising:
and distributing the received material donation request or material application request through the HAproxy.
8. The method according to any one of claims 1-6, comprising:
and processing the material donation request or the material application request by adopting a SaaS mode, and adopting an IaaS mode for the database.
9. A material warehousing management device is characterized by comprising:
the acquisition module is used for receiving a material donation request, acquiring donation data in the request and executing warehousing publicity to trigger a warehousing process;
the processing module is used for extracting donor information and logistics information in the donation data so as to update a preset material information table; identifying the item information in the donation data to be added to a preset warehousing item information table, determining a warehousing warehouse to submit a warehousing list, further obtaining a warehousing completion instruction to generate a receiving letter to execute donation warehousing information announcement; and updating a preset material information table or adding the preset material information table to a preset warehousing article information table by calling a preset interface of the database server.
10. The apparatus of claim 9, wherein the obtaining module, after obtaining the donation data in the request, comprises:

11. The apparatus of claim 9, wherein after the processing module extracts the donor information and the logistics information in the donation data, the processing module comprises:
extracting donor information in the donation data, and judging whether the donor information is an anonymous identifier;
if so, pulling an object in a preset virtual donor pool to replace donor information, further extracting logistics information in the donor data, and updating the logistics information and the replaced donor information to a material information table;
if not, calling a material information table, inquiring whether the donor information exists, if so, extracting logistics information in the donation data to update a preset material information table, otherwise, extracting the logistics information in the donation data to update the preset material information table together with the donor information.
12. The apparatus of claim 9, wherein the processing module, prior to identifying the item information in the donation data, comprises:
and determining that the directional identifier exists in the donation data, and acquiring the information of the donated person.
13. The apparatus of claim 9, wherein the obtaining module is further configured to:
receiving a material application request, and acquiring material application data in the request;
a processing module further configured to:
and calling a preset auditing engine, determining that the material application data is approved, generating a delivery list and sending the delivery list to a warehouse, and then performing delivery and displaying.
14. The apparatus of claim 13, wherein after the processing module generates the outbound document and sends the outbound document to the warehouse, the processing module comprises:
calling a preset locking engine, locking the current warehouse inventory, and generating an ex-warehouse record task based on the ex-warehouse list;
judging whether the ex-warehouse recording task has an orientation mark, if so, reversely displaying oriented material data, and adding the oriented material data to the article ex-warehouse information; if not, determining the warehouse-out and material data according to the warehouse-out record task so as to add the data to the article warehouse-out information;
and (4) carrying out warehouse-out according to the warehouse-out information of the articles, and finishing warehouse-out and showing after acquiring the signing-in information.
15. An electronic device, comprising:

when executed by the one or more processors, cause the one or more processors to implement the method of any one of claims 1-8.
