Fig. 2 schematically shows a flow chart of a protocol processing method according to an embodiment of the present disclosure.
As shown in fig. 2, the method includes operations S201 to S203.
In operation S201, in response to receiving an instruction for creating a new agreement, a plurality of terms are presented based on the instruction, wherein each term in the plurality of terms corresponds to a service function module.
According to the embodiment of the disclosure, a plurality of terms matched with the instruction can be determined based on the received instruction, and the terms are displayed to the customer for selection by the customer.
In an embodiment of the present disclosure, a category (e.g., an individual user, a company user, or a VIP user) to which the user belongs may be determined based on the received instruction for creating the new agreement, and a plurality of terms matching the category may be retrieved from the service agreement model based on the category to which the user belongs, and may be presented to the user for selection.
The service agreement model may have a plurality of terms, and each term may correspond to a service function module. According to the embodiment of the disclosure, the service function module may be, for example, a program module, and executing the program in the service function module may be, for example, implemented to provide the user with service contents specified by terms corresponding to the module.
In another embodiment of the present disclosure, a category (e.g., an insurance agreement, a credit card agreement, or a loan agreement, etc.) to which the new agreement belongs may be determined based on the received instruction for creating the new agreement, and then a plurality of terms matching the category are retrieved from the service agreement model based on the category to which the new agreement belongs, and are displayed to the user for selection.
According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, the instruction for creating the new protocol may include one or more pieces of screening information, for example, the category to which the user belongs or the category to which the new protocol belongs in the above example. In the embodiment of the disclosure, when the user indicates to create the new protocol, the user may select the required filtering information and send a creation instruction.
For example, after the user selects the new protocol, a plurality of pieces of screening information may be displayed for the user to select, and after the user selects the required screening information, an instruction for creating the new protocol may be sent, where the instruction may include the screening information selected by the user.
It is to be understood that the present disclosure is not limited to the content of the screening information included in the instruction for creating the new protocol, and those skilled in the art can set the content according to the actual situation.
In operation S202, in response to at least one of the plurality of terms being selected by the user, a new agreement is created, the new agreement including the selected at least one term.
According to the embodiment of the disclosure, the user can select the required terms from the displayed terms, and create the new agreement based on the terms selected by the user, wherein the created new agreement comprises the terms selected by the user, so that the effect that the user customizes the terms contained in the agreement according to the personalized requirements of the user can be realized.
In the disclosed embodiment, there are no conflicting terms in the selected at least one term. That is, the user can only select one of the terms for which there is a conflict. For example, an identification may be set in the service agreement model for terms for which there is a conflict to implement a scenario in which conflicting terms cannot be simultaneously selected.
According to the embodiment of the present disclosure, the protocol processing method further includes: in response to a selection by a user of a term of a plurality of terms, determining a similar term that the user has signed in relating to the selected term, and presenting the similar term.
For example, upon selection of a term, it may be retrieved whether similar terms related to the term exist in agreements associated with the user.
For example, when a user selects "airport lounge services" terms, it may be retrieved if similar terms exist in the agreements previously booked by the user. For example, if it is retrieved that the user has signed the "point upgrade cabin service" term and the "airport tax free double points" term, the "point upgrade cabin service" term and the "airport tax free double points" term may also be presented to the user for reference by the user. For example, the user can also select the terms at the same time, which is convenient for the user to operate.
In operation S203, in the case where the new agreement is in effect, a service is provided to the user based on the service function modules corresponding to the terms in the new agreement.
According to the embodiment of the disclosure, whether the newly added protocol meets the standard or not can be judged through program auditing, manual auditing and other modes. For example, whether the newly added agreement meets the standard can be determined by judging whether necessary terms exist in the newly added agreement or whether conflict terms exist in the newly added agreement or whether personal information in the newly added agreement is complete. And determining that the newly added agreement is effective under the condition that the newly added agreement meets the standard.
In the embodiment of the present disclosure, after the new agreement takes effect, the service function module corresponding to each term in the new agreement may provide a service for the user.
For example, a service directive submitted by a user may be received, it may be determined whether a term corresponding to the service directive exists in an agreement associated with the user, if determined to exist, the service directive may be responded to by a service function module corresponding to the term, and if determined to not exist, the service directive may be responded to by a standardized service function module.
For example, a service instruction of "online mall transaction service" submitted by a user is received, and whether the "online mall transaction service" clause exists in each agreement associated with the user is determined. And if so, responding to the service instruction through a service function module corresponding to the on-line mall transaction service clause. For example, the service function module realizes the transaction action of the user on the online shopping mall. If it is determined that there is no, the service instruction is responded to through the standardized service function module. For example, the user is prompted by the standardized service function module that the service function has not been opened, and the like.
According to the embodiment of the present disclosure, an association relationship between the newly added protocol and the user identifier of the user is further established.
For example, after the new agreement is created or the new agreement is validated, the association between the new agreement and the user identifier of the user may be established, so as to search each agreement associated with the user to respond to the service instruction of the user.
The disclosed embodiment makes the agreement clause, and the user can select the clause needed by the user to create the agreement, thereby realizing the personalized requirement of the user.
The embodiment of the disclosure configures the service function module capable of supporting the clause for each clause, so that the service function modules can provide services for the user immediately after the agreement is in effect, and the effect of quickly responding to the personalized requirements of the user is realized.
According to the method, each clause corresponds to one service function module, and repeated development work of research and development personnel can be reduced. It can be understood that there may be a plurality of same terms in each agreement, and if the whole agreement is taken as a development dimension, the developer needs to do many repeated works, while the disclosure takes the terms as the development dimension, and the developer only needs to develop once for the same terms, which reduces the workload of the developer.
When the clauses need to be newly added, the embodiment of the disclosure can add corresponding clause contents and the service function module corresponding to the clause in the service agreement model, thereby facilitating service expansion.
The embodiment of the disclosure can support the creation of the new protocol and also support the processing of the created original protocol.
According to the embodiment of the disclosure, the created original protocol associated with the user identification can be presented according to the user identification input by the user. Specifically, the presentations can be arranged according to the creation date (or effective date) of each original agreement for the user to view or process.
For example, the user may modify the original protocol or may abolish the original protocol, so that the user may flexibly operate the created original protocol according to actual requirements.
The method for modifying the original protocol is further described with reference to fig. 3 in conjunction with a specific embodiment.
Fig. 3 schematically shows a flow chart of a protocol processing method according to another embodiment of the present disclosure.

In response to the user's instruction, the contents of the original terms in the original agreement may be presented for the user to view or modify.
In operation S302, the original agreement is updated in response to the user' S operation of adding a new term, modifying an original term, or revoking an original term.
In an embodiment of the present disclosure, the user may add new terms to the original agreement. For example, a plurality of terms may be presented for selection by the user in response to an instruction from the user to add a new term. In response to at least one term being selected by the user, the selected term is added to the original agreement.
In another embodiment of the present disclosure, the user may modify the original terms in the original agreement. For example, the user may modify the information in the original clauses. And in response to the user completing the modification operation on the original clauses, marking the clauses before modification as the stop service, and adding the modified clauses to the original agreement.
In yet another embodiment of the present disclosure, the user may revoke the original terms in the original agreement. In response to the user overriding the operation of the specified original clause, the specified original clause is marked as out of service.
In operation S303, a service is provided to the user based on the service function modules corresponding to the terms in the updated original agreement.
According to the embodiment of the disclosure, whether the updated original protocol meets the standard or not can be judged through program auditing, manual auditing and other modes. For example, whether the updated original agreement meets the standard may be determined by determining whether necessary terms exist in the updated original agreement, whether conflicting terms exist in the updated original agreement, whether personal information in the updated original agreement is complete, and the like. And under the condition that the updated original agreement meets the standard, providing services for the user based on the service function modules corresponding to the terms in the updated original agreement.
According to the embodiment of the disclosure, the user may also explicitly expire time of the original terms to be expired, or explicitly effective time of the original terms to be newly added or modified, and may provide services for the user based on the expired or effective time of each term in the updated original agreement.
For example, a service instruction submitted by a user may be received, it may be determined whether a term corresponding to the service instruction exists in a new agreement or an original agreement associated with the user or an updated original agreement, if it is determined to exist, the service instruction may be responded to through a service function module corresponding to the term, and if it is determined to not exist, the service instruction may be responded to through a standardized service function module.
The embodiment of the disclosure supports the user to modify the signed agreement, so that the user can add new terms in the existing original agreement according to actual needs, or modify the original terms, or abolish the original terms, thereby facilitating the user operation and better meeting the personalized requirements of the user under various conditions.
