Background
With the development of computer technology and network technology, managers of many enterprises browse and query internal resources of the enterprises through a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system. Based on the diversity of the enterprise, the resource types are also various, for example, if the enterprise is an e-commerce website operator, the resource may be a merchant, and if the enterprise is a talent recruitment platform operator, the resource may be a resume, etc. The CRM system may be an O2O (Online To Offline) system or the like.
In the related art, when the CRM system actually operates, it detects a newly added resource, and can add the resource identifier of the resource to the resource pool, and store the related information of the resource corresponding to the resource identifier. When the manager wants to inquire the resources in the resource pool, the manager can log in the management account at the terminal and send a resource acquisition request to the CRM system through the terminal. When the CRM system detects the resource acquisition request, the resource related information can be acquired through the resource identification in the resource pool and fed back to the terminal, and managers can select resources from the resource related information for management. For example, according to the above-described processing method, a manager of a certain takeout platform can browse the information related to all stores in the resource pool through the terminal, select one or more stores for management, select a managed store on the terminal, and then go to the gate to see whether the store really exists or not and sign up with the holder of the store.

Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
The embodiment of the invention provides a resource query method, and an execution main body of the method can be a server. The server can be a background server of the CRM system, the server can be provided with a processor, a memory, a transceiver and the like, the processor can be used for executing processing of resource query, the memory can be used for storing data required and generated in a resource query process, and the transceiver can be used for receiving and sending data. In the embodiment of the present invention, the CRM system is taken as an O2O system, and the resources are taken as merchants for example, so that details of the scheme are described, and other cases are similar and will not be described again.
Before implementation, a process of adding a resource identifier of a resource to a resource pool is first introduced:
when the O2O system is in operation, a resource holder may install the O2O system on a terminal, or enter a web page version O2O system through a browser installed on the terminal, apply for an account of the O2O system, and then log in the O2O system using the account and a password. Resource adding options are displayed in a main interface of the O2O system, a resource holder can click the resource adding options, the terminal can detect a click command of the resource adding options, and the terminal can display a related information input interface of the resource. The holder of the resource can input the related information of the resource, then click the submission option, the terminal can detect the click instruction of the submission option, send the related information of the resource to the server, after the server receives the related information of the resource, the resource can be audited according to the related information of the resource (if the server can determine whether the information is complete, if the information is complete, the information is passed, if the information is incomplete, the information is not passed), when the resource is determined to be audited, the resource identifier of the resource can be added into the resource pool, and the related information of the resource is stored.
As shown in fig. 1, the processing flow of the method for resource query may be as follows:
step 101, receiving a resource query request sent by a first terminal.
The first terminal is a terminal used by a manager of the O2O system.
In an implementation, when a manager of the O2O system wants to manage resources of the O2O system, the manager may install the O2O system on the terminal, or use a browser installed on the terminal to enter the web page version O2O system, and then log in using a management account and a password (the account name of the management account may be the name of the manager), and the terminal may display a main interface of the O2O system, and the main interface displays options for viewing resources, modifying data, and the like. The manager can click the option of checking the resource, the first terminal can detect a click command of the option of checking the resource, a resource query request is generated, and the resource query request carries the management account identifier of the currently logged-in management account. The first terminal may then send a resource query request to the server. After receiving the resource query request sent by the first terminal, the server may obtain the management account identifier by parsing from the resource query request.
Step 102, determining a first management group to which the management account identifier carried in the resource query request belongs.
The first management group is one of a plurality of management groups stored in the server (the process of storing the management groups in the server is described in detail later), and the first management group includes at least one management account, and the at least one management account includes a management account corresponding to a management account identifier carried in the resource query request.
In implementation, after determining the management account identifier, the server may use the management account identifier to find the first management group to which the management account identifier belongs from the pre-stored management groups.
And 103, determining at least one resource corresponding to the first management group according to the corresponding relation between the pre-stored resource and the management group.
The correspondence between the resources and the management groups may be pre-stored in the server by a technician (the process of establishing the correspondence is described in detail later), in the correspondence, the geographic location to which the resource corresponding to the management group belongs is located in the management area corresponding to the management group, that is, each management group corresponds to its own management area, and each management group can only correspond to the resource in its own management area.
In implementation, after determining the first management group to which the management account identifier belongs, the server may obtain a correspondence between the pre-stored resource and the management group, and determine at least one resource corresponding to the first management group from the correspondence.
And 104, sending the related information of the at least one resource to the first terminal so that the first terminal displays the related information of the at least one resource.
The related information of the resource may include a name of the resource, a type of the resource (the type may be catering, hairdressing, beauty treatment, movies, etc.), an address of the resource, a cooperation state of the resource (signed or not signed), a contact manner of the resource, and the like.
In implementation, after determining the at least one resource corresponding to the first management group, the server may determine the related information of the at least one resource by using the resource identifier of the at least one resource, and then send the related information of the at least one resource to the first terminal, and after receiving the related information of the at least one resource, the first terminal may display the related information of the at least one resource in a form of a list in the interface. For example, as shown in fig. 2, the first management group is a vitex state management group, the resource corresponding to the vitex state management group is a merchant in the vitex state management area, the merchant has "old-fashioned mutton soup, gore hairdressing beauty, beef ramen" and the like, the server may transmit the related information of the merchant in the vitex state area to the first terminal, and the first terminal may display the related information of at least one resource in the form of a list.
In addition, in the embodiment of the present invention, when querying resources, a manager may further input a resource type, so that a resource query request may carry a management account identifier and a resource type, and after determining at least one resource in step 103, the server may determine a resource of the resource type based on related information of the at least one resource, and then send the determined related information of the resource to the first terminal, so that a method for querying resources based on the resource type is also provided. For example, as shown in fig. 3, the first management group is a vitex state management group, resources corresponding to the vitex state management group are merchants in the vitex state management area, and the merchants have "lao-pai mutton soup, hamburgers, beef noodles", and the like.
In addition, in the embodiment of the present invention, when querying resources, a manager may further select an option of an unmanaged resource (the unmanaged resource refers to a resource to which the manager has not been allocated), so that the resource query request carries a management account identifier and an unmanaged resource identifier, after the server determines at least one resource in step 103, the server may determine the unmanaged resource based on information related to the at least one resource, and then send the determined information related to the unmanaged resource to the first terminal, so that the manager may only view the unmanaged resource.
In the embodiment of the invention, the management group corresponds to the resource, so that the resource which can be inquired by the management account in the management group can be controlled, and the unreasonable resource distribution is reduced.
In addition, in the embodiment of the present invention, after the administrator browses at least one resource displayed by the first terminal, the administrator may apply for managing unmanaged resources (unmanaged resources refer to resources to which the administrator has not been allocated) in the at least one resource, and two feasible ways are provided below:
the first method is as follows: when a resource allocation request which is sent by a first terminal and carries a management account identifier and a resource identifier of a first resource is received, determining a first number of managed resources corresponding to the management account identifier; and if the first number is smaller than the number threshold corresponding to the pre-stored management account identifier, setting the first resource as the managed resource corresponding to the management account identifier, and sending a management success message to the first terminal.
The number threshold may be preset by a technician and stored in the server, where the number threshold is used to identify the maximum number of resources that can be managed by the corresponding management account, and the maximum number of resources that can be managed by each management account may be equal or unequal. The first resource may be any one of the at least one resource that is not managed by the manager.
In implementation, when the first terminal displays the received related information of the at least one resource, a management option may also be displayed corresponding to each resource that is not managed in the at least one resource, and a manager wants to manage a first resource in the at least one resource, and may click the management option corresponding to the first resource, and the first terminal detects a click instruction of the management option, generates a resource allocation request, and carries therein a management account identifier of a currently logged-in management account and a resource identifier of the first resource. After receiving the resource allocation request, the server may analyze the resource allocation request to obtain a management account identifier and a resource identifier of the first resource, then obtain a first number of managed resources corresponding to the management account identifier, and obtain a number threshold corresponding to the pre-stored management account identifier. Then, the first number and the number threshold are judged, if the first number is smaller than the number threshold, the server may set the first resource as a managed resource corresponding to the management account identifier, and send a management success message to the first terminal. After receiving the management success message sent by the server, the first terminal may display the management option corresponding to the first account as an inoperable state, and may display a management account identifier corresponding to the first resource. If the first number is greater than the number threshold, the server may send a prompt message to the first terminal that the number of managed resources has reached the maximum value, and the first terminal may display the prompt message after receiving the prompt message.
In addition, in the embodiment of the present invention, when the administrator manages the first resource, the administrator may also approve the first resource, and the corresponding processing may be as follows:
when a resource allocation request which is sent by a first terminal and carries a management account identifier and a resource identifier of a first resource is received, determining a first number of managed resources corresponding to the management account identifier; and if the first number is smaller than the number threshold corresponding to the prestored management account identifier, sending a management request to the login terminal of the account holding the first resource, and when receiving an agreement message sent by the login terminal of the account corresponding to the first resource, setting the first resource as the managed resource corresponding to the management account identifier and sending a management success message to the first terminal.
The holding account of the first resource refers to a registered account of the holder of the first resource, for example, the first resource is a merchant, and the registered account of the holder of the merchant refers to a login account of the merchant when the merchant resides in the O2O system.
And then judging the first number and the number threshold, if the first number is smaller than the number threshold, the server can send a management request to the login terminal of the account holding the first resource, and the management request carries a management account identifier. The login terminal can display the management request and the management account identifier carried in the management request after receiving the management request, and display the agreement option and the rejection option corresponding to the management request, the holder of the first resource can click the agreement option if the holder wants to be managed by the management account corresponding to the management account identifier, and the login terminal can detect the click instruction of the agreement option and send the agreement message to the server. After receiving the agreement message, the server may set the first resource as a managed resource corresponding to the management account identifier, and send a management success message to the first terminal.
If the first number is greater than the number threshold, the server may send a prompt message to the first terminal that the number of managed resources has reached the maximum value, and the first terminal may display the prompt message after receiving the prompt message.
In addition, if the holder of the first resource does not want to be managed by the management account corresponding to the management account identifier, the holder may click a rejection option, the login terminal may detect a click instruction of the rejection option, and send a rejection message to the server, and after receiving the rejection message, the server may send a management failure message to the first terminal.
In addition, if the holding account of the first resource is a mobile phone number, a management request may be sent to a terminal on which a Subscriber Identity Module (SIM) card to which the mobile phone number belongs is installed in a short message manner, where the management request may display the management request in a short message, and display an agreement identifier and a rejection identifier in the management request, and if the holder of the first resource wants to manage the first resource by the management account corresponding to the management account identifier, the agreement identifier may be replied to the short message, and after receiving the agreement identifier, the server may set the first resource as a managed resource corresponding to the management account identifier, and send a management success message to the first terminal.
The second method comprises the following steps: when a resource allocation request which is sent by a first terminal and carries a management account identifier and a resource identifier of a second resource is received, determining a second number of managed resources of a first management group to which the management account identifier belongs; and if the second number is smaller than the number threshold corresponding to the pre-stored first management group, setting the second resource as the managed resource corresponding to the management account identifier, and sending a management success message to the first terminal.
The number threshold may be preset by a technician and stored in the server, where the number threshold is used to identify the maximum number of resources that can be managed by the corresponding management group, and the maximum numbers of resources that can be managed by different management groups may be the same or different. The second resource may be any one of the at least one resource that is not managed by the manager.
In implementation, when the first terminal displays the received related information of the at least one resource, a management option may also be displayed corresponding to each unmanaged resource in the at least one resource, and a manager wants to manage a second resource in the at least one resource, and may click the management option corresponding to the second resource, and the first terminal detects a click instruction of the management option, generates a resource allocation request, and carries therein a management account identifier of a currently logged-in management account and a resource identifier of the second resource. After receiving the resource allocation request, the server may parse the resource allocation request to obtain a management account identifier and a resource identifier of a second resource, then determine a first management group to which the management account identifier belongs, determine a second number of managed resources of the first management group, and obtain a number threshold corresponding to the first management group. And then judging the second number and the number threshold, if the second number is smaller than the number threshold, the server can set the second resource as the managed resource corresponding to the management account identifier, and send a management success message to the first terminal. After receiving the management success message sent by the server, the first terminal may display the management option corresponding to the first resource as an inoperable state, and may display a management account identifier corresponding to the first account.
If the second number is greater than the number threshold, the server may send a prompt message to the first terminal that the number of managed resources has reached the maximum value, and the first terminal may display the prompt message after receiving the prompt message.
In addition, in the embodiment of the present invention, when the administrator manages the first resource, the administrator may also approve the first resource, and the corresponding processing may be as follows:
when a resource allocation request which is sent by a first terminal and carries a management account identifier and a resource identifier of a second resource is received, determining a second number of managed resources of a first management group to which the management account identifier belongs; and if the second number is smaller than the pre-stored number threshold corresponding to the first management group, sending a management request to the login terminal of the account holding the second resource, and when receiving an agreement message sent by the login terminal of the account corresponding to the second resource, setting the second resource as the managed resource corresponding to the management account identifier, and sending a management success message to the first terminal.
After receiving the resource allocation request, the server may obtain, from the resource allocation request, the management account identifier and the resource identifier of the second resource by parsing, then determine a first management group to which the management account identifier belongs, determine a second number of managed resources of the first management group, and obtain a number threshold corresponding to the first management group. And then judging the second number and the number threshold, if the second number is smaller than the number threshold, the server can send a management request to the login terminal of the account holding the second resource, and the management request carries the management account identifier. The login terminal can display the management request and the management account identifier carried in the management request after receiving the management request, and display the agreement option and the rejection option corresponding to the management request, the holder of the second resource can click the agreement option if the holder wants to be managed by the management account corresponding to the management account identifier, and the login terminal can detect the click instruction of the agreement option and send the agreement message to the server. After receiving the agreement message, the server may set the second resource as a managed resource corresponding to the management account identifier, and send a management success message to the first terminal.
If the second number is greater than the number threshold, the server may send a prompt message to the first terminal that the number of managed resources has reached the maximum value, and the first terminal may display the prompt message after receiving the prompt message.
Through the first mode and the second mode, the number of resources which can be managed by each management account can be further limited.
It should be noted that, if a certain resource is a managed resource, when the related information of the managed resource is displayed, the signed status is displayed, and other management accounts cannot manage the resource.
In the embodiment of the invention, the management account can be directly operated in the O2O system, so that the resource to be managed can be selected, and the time can be saved.
As shown in fig. 4, another embodiment of the present invention further provides a method for establishing a corresponding relationship between a resource and a management group, where a corresponding processing flow may be as follows:
step 401, establishing a corresponding relationship between the management area and the resource, and establishing a corresponding relationship between the management area and the management group.
In implementation, the server may specify a geographical range of each management area according to a preset management area division policy, and then divide each resource into corresponding management areas according to a geographical location of each resource in the resource pool, so that a correspondence between the management areas and the resources is established.
The server may further determine a management area where a geographical location (which may be an office location where the management group is located) of a certain management group is located as the management area corresponding to the management group, so that a correspondence relationship between the management area and the management group is obtained. For example, if the geographic location of the first management group in beijing is the korea No. 1 in the sunny region and a certain management area is the sunny region, then the first management group in beijing corresponds to the management area.
The correspondence relationship between the management area and the management group may be stored as the attribute information of the management area, or may not be stored separately as the attribute information of the management area.
Optionally, the corresponding relationship between the management area and the resource may be established according to the location of the resource, the historical traffic of each resource, and the number of the management groups, and the corresponding processing in step 401 may be as follows:
and establishing a corresponding relation between the management area and the resources according to the geographical position of each resource in the resource pool, the service volume of each resource in the preset historical time and the number of the management groups.
Dividing a management area according to the traffic and the number of management groups of each resource in a resource pool within a preset historical time; and dividing each resource into corresponding management areas according to the geographical position of each resource in the resource pool so as to establish the corresponding relation between the management areas and the resources. The preset historical time duration may be preset by a technician and stored in the server, for example, the preset historical time duration may be 30 days, 60 days, and the like. The traffic volume in the preset historical time duration refers to the volume of the resources, such as the number of sold commodities, in the preset historical time duration.
In implementation, when the server establishes the corresponding relationship between the management area and the resources, the server may obtain the geographic position of each resource by using the resource identifier of each resource in the resource pool, determine the traffic volume of each resource within the preset historical time, and determine the number of the management groups, and then establish the corresponding relationship between the management area and the resources according to the geographic position of each resource, the traffic volume of each resource within the preset historical time, and the number of the management groups.
For example, the number of the management areas is determined as the number of the management groups, then the sum of the traffic volumes of all the resources in the resource pool within the preset historical duration is determined, and the sum is divided by the number of the management groups to obtain the sum of the traffic volumes of the resources included in each management area within the preset historical duration, that is, the average traffic volume. Then, the management areas are divided on the principle that the sum of the traffic of the resources included in each management area in the preset historical time length is equal to the average traffic. After division, dividing each resource into corresponding management areas according to the geographical position of each resource in the resource pool to obtain the corresponding relation between the management areas and the resources.
In addition, the server can also obtain other attribute information of each resource, such as resource type (movie, restaurant) and the like.
Optionally, when establishing the corresponding relationship between the manager region and the resource, the resource may be first divided into sub-management regions, and then the sub-management regions form the management region, so as to obtain the corresponding relationship between the management region and the resource, and the corresponding processing may be as follows:
determining a sub-management area to which each resource belongs according to the geographical position of each resource in the resource pool; and combining the sub-management areas according to the traffic and the number of the management groups of the resources in each sub-management area within the preset historical time length to obtain a plurality of management areas, and establishing the corresponding relation between the management areas and the resources. The difference of the total traffic of different management areas is smaller than a preset threshold, and the total traffic is the sum of the traffic of all the resources in the sub-management areas included in the management area.
Wherein the technician can specify the geographic scope of each sub-management area, with the principle mi∩mj=φ,(1≤i,j≤n),
Figure BDA0001634549070000141
Wherein m isiAnd mjRepresenting the geographical range of different sub-management areas, n being the number of sub-management areas, M being all sub-pipesThe sum of the geographic extents of the geographic areas. For example, china may be divided into 200 sub-management areas. The preset threshold may be preset by a technician and stored in a server, such as 50.
In implementation, as shown in fig. 5, the server may obtain the resource identifier of each resource from the resource pool, find the geographic position of each resource using the resource identifier of each resource, and then determine the sub-management region corresponding to the geographic range to which the geographic position of each resource belongs, that is, the sub-management region to which each resource belongs. In this way, the sub-management area to which each resource belongs can be determined.
Then, the sum of the traffic volumes of all the resources in the resource pool within the preset historical duration may be determined, and the sum is divided by the number of the management groups to obtain the sum of the traffic volumes of the resources included in each management area within the preset historical duration, that is, the average traffic volume. The number of the general management areas is the same as the number of the management groups, and the server may merge the sub-management areas into the management areas with the number of the management groups, so that a difference between total traffic amounts of different management areas obtained by the merging is smaller than a preset threshold (that is, the total traffic amount of each management area is close to an average traffic amount), and the total traffic amount is a sum of traffic amounts of all resources in the sub-management areas included in the management area (where the traffic amount of the resource is a traffic amount within a preset history duration). In this way, the sub-management areas included in each management area can be determined.
The server may determine the resource in the sub-management area included in each management area as the resource corresponding to each management area, so that the correspondence between the management areas and the resources may be obtained.
In addition, the server may also merge sub-management areas into a management area using the following method:
the server may determine a sub-management area where the geographical location of each management group is located, and then merge the sub-management area where the geographical location of a certain management group is located with sub-management areas around the sub-management group, so that a difference between a sum of traffic of resources in the management area obtained by the merging within a preset history duration and the average traffic obtained by the previous calculation is smaller than a preset value (the preset value may be the same as the aforementioned preset threshold), and thus, the sub-management area included in each management area may be obtained. In addition, for the merging manner, the server may also merge the sub-management areas into the management area using the following manner:
the server merges the sub-management areas into a plurality of management areas of the number of management groups, so that the merging manner that the difference between the total traffic in the different management areas obtained by merging is smaller than the preset threshold value is estimated to be various, and in any merging manner, the server determines the sum of the absolute values of the difference between the total traffic of the resources of the management areas in the preset historical time length and the average traffic in the merging manner, so that a sum of the absolute values can be determined for each merging manner, and then determines a group of management areas with the smallest sum of the absolute values as the final management area. For example, the average traffic volume is 500, there are two merging methods, so that the difference between the total traffic volumes in the different management areas obtained by merging is smaller than the preset threshold, in the first merging method, 3 management areas are obtained by merging, the sum of the total traffic volumes of the resources in the management area 1 in the preset history duration is 500, the sum of the total traffic volumes of the resources in the management area 2 in the preset history duration is 490, the sum of the total traffic volumes of the resources in the management area 3 in the preset history duration is 510, and in the first merging method, the sum of the absolute values is: (500-. In the second merging mode, 3 management areas are merged, the sum of total traffic of the resources in the management area 4 in the preset history duration is 520, the sum of total traffic of the resources in the management area 5 in the preset history duration is 480, the sum of total traffic of the resources in the management area 6 in the preset history duration is 500, and in the second merging mode, the sum of absolute values is: 500-500 + 500-480 + 520-500-40. The sum of the absolute values in the first merging method and the sum of the absolute values in the second merging method, the management area in the first merging method is determined as the final management area (in this example, this is merely an example, and is not an actual management area).
It should be noted that, in general, the sub-management areas included in each management area are adjacent in position.
In the above processing, the management area includes a sub-management area, and if the resource corresponding to the management group is to be adjusted subsequently, the resource corresponding to the management group can be adjusted directly by adjusting the management area to which the sub-management area belongs.
In addition, an interface can be provided for staff of the O2O system to delete sub management areas and add sub management areas in the management area.
In addition, when the corresponding relationship between the management area and the resource is established, the corresponding relationship can be determined based on the geographical position of the resource, and the corresponding processing can be as follows:
a technician of the O2O system can divide a plurality of management areas on a map based on the distribution of resources, so that the geographical range of each management area can be obtained. When the server establishes the corresponding relationship between the management areas and the resources, the server can acquire the pre-stored geographic range of each management area and the geographic position of the resources in the resource pool, and then determine the management area corresponding to the geographic range to which the geographic position of a certain resource belongs as the management area corresponding to the resource, so that the corresponding relationship between the management areas and the resources can be established.
Optionally, in the embodiment of the present invention, a process of establishing a corresponding relationship between a management area and a management group is further provided, and corresponding processing may be as follows:
and respectively determining the management groups of the geographical positions in each management area according to the preset geographical positions of each management group to obtain the corresponding relation between the management areas and the management groups.
In implementation, the server may obtain the geographic position of each management group, determine a management group whose geographic position is within a certain management area as the management group corresponding to the management area, and thus obtain the correspondence between the management area and the management group.
For example, the geographic location of a certain management group is the hokko 32 in the beijing sunny-facing area, and belongs to a sunny-facing area management area, and the management group corresponds to the sunny-facing area management area.
In addition, in the embodiment of the present invention, before establishing the corresponding relationship between the management area and the resources, after acquiring the resource identifier of each resource from the resource pool, the resource identifier of each resource may be used to determine that there is no resource identifier of a geographic location, determine the resources corresponding to the resource identifiers as invalid resources, and then delete the invalid resources.
Step 402, establishing the corresponding relation between the resource and the management group according to the corresponding relation between the management area and the resource and the corresponding relation between the management area and the management group.
In implementation, after the server establishes the corresponding relationship between the management area and the resource and the corresponding relationship between the management area and the management group, the server can correspond the resource and the management group corresponding to the same management area, and then obtain the corresponding relationship between the resource and the management group.
In the embodiment of the invention, the management area is corresponding to the resource, then the management area is corresponding to the management group, and finally the resource is corresponding to the management group, so that the corresponding relation between the management group and the resource can be quickly established.
As shown in fig. 6, in another embodiment of the present invention, a method for a resource holder to query an administrative account is further provided, and the corresponding steps may be processed as follows:
step 601, when receiving a management account query request carrying a resource identifier of a third resource sent by a second terminal, determining a second management group corresponding to the third resource according to a corresponding relationship between the resource and the management group.
The second terminal is a terminal used by the holder of the third resource. Such as a terminal used by the holder of the merchant.
In implementation, in the O2O system, an option for viewing the management account is displayed in a main interface of a holder of the third resource, the holder of the third resource may click the option for managing the account when wanting to search for a third resource of an account management itself, and the second terminal may detect a click instruction of the option for managing the account, generate a management account query request, carry a resource identifier of the third resource in the account query request, and then send the management account query request to the server.
After receiving the management account query request sent by the second terminal, the server may obtain the resource identifier of the third resource from the management account query request by parsing, and obtain the correspondence between the pre-stored resource and the management group. And determining a second management group corresponding to the third resource from the corresponding relation.
Step 602, sending the attribute information of each management account in the second management group to the second terminal, so that the second terminal displays the attribute information of each management account in the second management group.
Wherein, the attribute information of the management account may include: manage account identification, manage accounts currently managed by the account, etc., contact phone, etc.
In an implementation, after the server determines the second management group corresponding to the third resource, the server may determine the attribute information of each management account in the second management group, and then transmit the attribute information of each management account in the second management group to the second terminal, and after the second terminal receives the attribute information of each management account transmitted by the server, the second terminal may display the attribute information of each management account.
Subsequently, if the holder of the third resource wants a certain management account to manage the third resource, the management option corresponding to the management account may be clicked, and the second terminal may detect the management option, may send a management request to the server, and carries therein the resource identifier of the third resource and the management account identifier corresponding to the management option. After receiving the management request, the server may obtain the resource identifier and the management account identifier of the third resource through analysis. And if the number of the managed resources of the management account corresponding to the management account identifier does not exceed the number threshold, sending a management request to a login terminal of the management account corresponding to the management account identifier, wherein the resource identifier of the third resource is carried in the management request. The login terminal can display the management request and the resource identifier of the third resource after receiving the management request, and display an agreement option and a rejection option corresponding to the management request, if the holder of the management account identifier wants to manage the third resource, the agreement option can be clicked, the login terminal can detect a click instruction of the agreement option, and send an agreement message to the server, and the server can set the third resource as the managed resource corresponding to the management account identifier, and send a management success message to the second terminal. If the holder of the management account identifier does not want to manage the third resource, the holder can click the rejection option, the login terminal detects a click instruction of the rejection option, a rejection message is sent to the server, and the server can send a management failure message to the second terminal.
In the embodiment of the invention, the holder of the resource can also select the management account, thereby providing convenience for the holder of the resource.
In addition, in another embodiment of the present invention, a process of storing a management group in a server is further provided:
each management group is composed of at least one management account, and each management group corresponds to a geographic location (office location of a holder of the management account in the management group).
As shown in fig. 7, a worker of the O2O system may establish an organization structure tree based on a currently set management group, where a management part is located at the top end of the organization structure tree, and the management part includes a southern large area, a northern large area, and a CBD (Central Business District) large area, and then the southern large area is divided into a Central south area, a jiangsu area, a southeast area, a cantonese sea area, a southwest area, and the like, and the northern large area is divided into a northwest area, a yunlu area, a northeast area, a bohai area, a north china area, and the like, and the CBD large area is divided into a jingjin area, a east china area, a wide and deep area, a yunhu-han area, and the like. And then each region corresponds to at least one management group, so that an organization structure tree of a management part is established, and the management part, the large region, the management group and the management account are arranged from the top to the bottom in sequence.
When management groups are set in the above-mentioned area, management groups set in cities with relatively large population density are more than that, for example, 6 management groups can be set in the city with large population density in beijing, and 2 management groups can be set in the city with relatively small population density in west ampere compared to beijing.
Based on the above organization structure tree and the aforementioned correspondence between the management group and the management area, the area to which the management group belongs and the large area to which the management group belongs can be found based on the management area.
