Fig. 3A-3B schematically show a flow chart of a data processing method according to an embodiment of the present disclosure.
As shown in fig. 3A, the method includes operations S310 to S340.
In operation S310, image information is acquired.
According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, the image information may be an image that can be used to store related data, and the image information may include, for example, image information such as a two-dimensional code, a barcode, and the like. The image information can be used to store text data, website links, audio data, video data, etc., and the related data stored in the image information can be obtained by parsing the image information. It is understood that the embodiments of the present disclosure are not limited to specific types of image information, and may be two-dimensional codes, bar codes, and other images capable of being used to store related data.
In operation S320, the image information is parsed to obtain user data, and it is determined whether user identification data is included in the user data.
According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, the user data may include, for example, a user's amount of consumption, information of goods consumed by the user, an order number consumed by the user, a time of consumption by the user, user's identity data, related links, and the like. The identity data of the user may include account information of the user, for example.
For example, when the user consumes at the merchant a, the consumption receipt provided by the merchant includes, for example, image information, which may be a two-dimensional code, and the user may apply for issuing a consumption certificate, such as issuing a consumption invoice, by scanning the image information. That is, the two-dimensional code may include the amount of the user's consumption at merchant A, the order number of the user's consumption, the time of the user's consumption, the user's identity data, related links, and the like. The user identity data may be, for example, account information of a member of the user registered with the merchant a, such as a member account, and the related link may be, for example, an interface link provided by the merchant a for supporting the user to apply for issuing a consumption certificate, and the like.
In the embodiment of the present disclosure, the image information is analyzed, for example, a consumption two-dimensional code provided by a merchant is scanned, the two-dimensional code is analyzed to obtain user data, and whether the user data includes user identity data is determined, for example, whether the user data includes member account information of the user is determined.
In operation S330, in case that the user data includes user identity data, ticket information matching the user identity data is acquired, wherein the ticket information can be used to generate a ticket voucher.
According to the embodiment of the disclosure, the bill information may be, for example, information for generating a bill voucher, for example, when the bill voucher is an invoice, the bill information may be, for example, an invoice heading, a taxpayer identification number, a contact address, and the like.
The merchant can store the member information to a background database or a cloud platform, the member information may include a member account and bill information of an invoice issued before the account, wherein the member account and the bill information associated with the member account can be stored in the background database or the cloud platform of the merchant in an associated manner, when the user data obtained by analyzing the image information includes user identity data, the bill information associated with the user identity data and pre-stored by the member is inquired from the background database or pulled from the cloud platform, for example, the bill information associated with the user identity data is obtained, such as the bill heading, the taxpayer identification number, the contact manner and the like, and the bill information can be used for generating a bill certificate, for example, the bill information can be submitted to a tax system to obtain the invoice required by the user.
Wherein, under the condition that the user data includes the user identity data, acquiring the bill information matched with the user identity data, including:
first, in the case where the user data includes user identification data, it is determined whether there is ticket information that matches the user identification data.
For example, in the case that the user data obtained from the image information includes user identity data, it may be determined whether there is bill information matching the user identity data from a background database of the merchant or a cloud platform, for example, when the user identity data is a member account, it may be determined whether there is bill information associated with the member stored in advance from the background database of the merchant or from the cloud platform.
And secondly, if the bill information matched with the user identity data exists, acquiring the bill information matched with the user identity data.
For example, when there is bill information matching the user identity data in the merchant background database or the cloud platform, for example, when the user identity data is a member account, and when there is bill information associated with the member in the merchant background database or the cloud platform, the bill information associated with the user identity data in advance stored by the member is acquired from the background database or pulled from the cloud platform, for example, an invoice heading, a taxpayer identification number, a contact way, and the like associated with the user identity data are acquired.
And then, if the bill information matched with the user identity data does not exist, acquiring at least one piece of related bill information.
For example, when there is no bill information matching the user identity data in the merchant backend database or the cloud platform, at least one piece of related bill information may be obtained, where the related bill information may be, for example, bill information that may be needed by the user, the related bill information may be, for example, stored in the backend database or in the cloud platform, and the related bill information may be bill information of other members of the merchant, or may be bill information of an invoice that has been issued by the merchant before.
If the bill information matched with the user identity data does not exist, the merchant can recommend a plurality of bill information with higher use frequency to the user for the user to select, or can also receive input data of the user and recommend the bill information related to the input data to the user based on the input data of the user. For example, when the user inputs "beijing", a plurality of pieces of related ticket information including, for example, "beijing tokyo century trade limited" and a corresponding taxpayer identification number, or "beijing tokyo shankoku information technology limited" and a corresponding taxpayer identification number, or the like may be recommended to the user.
In operation S340, the ticket information is presented.
According to the embodiment of the disclosure, the bill information can be displayed for the user to select the required bill information, or the user can confirm whether the bill information is correct, and the information such as the consumption amount of the user, the order number consumed by the user, the consumption time of the user, the identity data of the user and the like can also be displayed.
According to the embodiment of the disclosure, the user identity data is obtained by analyzing the image information, the bill information matched with the user identity data is automatically obtained, the bill information can be used for issuing the bill voucher, the bill information is displayed to enable the user to confirm whether the bill information is correct or not, the fact that the tedious bill information is not required to be manually input is achieved, and therefore the efficiency of issuing the consumption voucher is improved.
As shown in fig. 3B, after the image information is analyzed to obtain the user data, when the user data includes the user identification data and there is the bill information matched with the user identification data, the bill information matched with the user identification data is obtained and displayed, and the user only needs to determine whether the bill information is correct, and does not need to manually enter the bill information, so that the process of making an invoice is convenient and fast.
Fig. 4A-4B schematically show a flow chart of a data processing method according to another embodiment of the present disclosure.
As shown in fig. 4A, the method includes operations S310 to S340 and operations S410 to S420. Operations S310 to S340 are the same as or similar to the operations described above with reference to fig. 3A, and are not described again here.
In operation S410, in case that the user data does not include the user identity data, at least one related ticket information is acquired.
According to the embodiment of the disclosure, under the condition that the user data acquired by analyzing the image information does not include the user identity data, at least one piece of related bill information is acquired. For example, when there is no user identity data, at least one piece of related ticket information may be directly obtained from the background database or the cloud platform without matching the ticket information matched with the user identity data in the background database or the cloud platform, where the related ticket information may be, for example, ticket information that may be required by the user, and the related ticket information may be, for example, ticket information of other members of the merchant, or ticket information of an invoice that has been issued by the merchant before. For example, the merchant may recommend a plurality of pieces of ticket information with higher use frequency to the user for selection by the user.
According to the embodiment of the present disclosure, in the case that the user data does not include the user identity data, obtaining at least one piece of related ticket information includes:
first, in a case where the user data does not include user identification data, input data of the user is acquired.
The input data of the user may be, for example, partial information input by the user, and the partial information may be, for example, partial information of a new line for invoicing.
Secondly, based on the input data of the user, at least one piece of related bill information associated with the input data is acquired.
Recommending bill information related to the input data for the user based on the input data of the user. For example, when the user inputs "beijing", a plurality of pieces of related ticket information including, for example, "beijing east century trade limited" and a corresponding taxpayer identification number, or "beijing east science information technology limited" and a corresponding taxpayer identification number, or the like may be recommended to the user.
According to the embodiment of the disclosure, based on input data of a user, acquiring at least one piece of related bill information associated with the input data comprises:
first, based on input data of a user, it is determined whether there is related ticket information associated with the input data.
For example, based on the user's input data, it is determined whether a merchant's backend database or cloud platform stores ticket information associated with the user's input data.
Secondly, if the related bill information associated with the input data exists, at least one piece of related bill information is obtained.
If the bill information associated with the user input data exists, the related bill information is acquired, for example, at least one piece of related bill information related to the user input data can be matched from a background database or a cloud platform of a merchant through a fuzzy matching function, for example, at least one invoice new line is matched based on the user input data in a fuzzy matching mode for the user to select, and when the user selects a required invoice new line from the at least one invoice new line, the new line and a taxpayer identification number corresponding to the new line can be displayed at the same time. For example, the input data of the user is "beijing", when a background database or a cloud platform of a merchant stores bill information such as "beijing tokyo century trade limited company" and a corresponding taxpayer identification number, or "beijing tokyo shankou information technology limited company" and a corresponding taxpayer identification number, the stored bill information is associated with the input data of the user, at least one piece of related bill information associated with "beijing tokyo" is obtained through fuzzy matching, and the related bill information obtained through the fuzzy matching function includes, for example: "beijing east century trade limited company" and corresponding taxpayer identification number, or "beijing east shankukoku information technology limited company" and corresponding taxpayer identification number, and the like.
Then, if the related bill information associated with the input data does not exist, the input data is stored.
If there is no bill information associated with the user input data, for example, the user input data is "beijing AB limited", when the bill information stored in the background database or cloud platform of the merchant is not related to the input data, the user input data is stored, for example, the bill information such as "beijing AB limited" and the corresponding taxpayer identification number input by the user is stored, so as to be provided to other invoicing users later.
In operation S420, at least one related ticket information is presented.
According to the embodiment of the disclosure, the related ticket information can be displayed so that the user can select the required ticket information from the recommended at least one piece of related ticket information, and the information such as the consumption amount of the user, the order number consumed by the user, the consumption time of the user, the identity data of the user and the like can also be displayed.
As shown in fig. 4B, after the image information is analyzed to obtain the user data, in the case that the user data does not include the user identity data, at least one piece of related bill information associated with the input data of the user is obtained, and the at least one piece of related bill information is displayed, so that the user can select the required bill information from the at least one piece of related bill information, and the process of making an invoice is convenient and fast.
Fig. 5 schematically shows a flow chart of a data processing method according to yet another embodiment of the present disclosure.
As shown in fig. 5, the method includes operations S310 to S340, S410 to S420, and S510. Operations S310 to S340 are the same as or similar to the operations described above with reference to fig. 3A, and are not described herein again, and operations S410 to S420 are the same as or similar to the operations described above with reference to fig. 4A, and are not described herein again.
In operation S510, image information is generated based on consumption data of a user and/or user identity data.
According to the embodiment of the disclosure, a merchant can encrypt information such as consumption data of a user or identity data of the user according to the consumption condition of the user to generate image information, for example, a two-dimensional code is generated, and the two-dimensional code is printed in a consumption receipt, so that the user can issue a consumption certificate based on the two-dimensional code, for example, issue a consumption invoice.
