本发明公开了一种混织面料的染色工艺，它包括以下步骤，首先，退浆、去油；接着，将混织面料放入染色室中，将布料送入染色室进行染色，染色后维持30min后取出烘干；再然后，烘干后浸入7℃的水中进行水洗，水洗后进入固色室，通过蒸汽，并将调好的固色剂通过喷雾器喷入固色室中，在固色室保持30min；最后用36℃水进行水洗，水洗后烘干。该混织面料的染色工艺减化生产工艺，节约生产时间，颜色也更加稳定可控。

本发明涉及纺织印染技术领域，是一种混织面料的染色工艺。
背景技术：
混织面料因各种纤维性能不同，染色时所用染料也大不相同，传统染色工艺均是分次染色，生产时间特别长，且颜色准确度极难把控。
发明内容：
本发明所要解决的技术问题是，提供一种减化生产工艺，把混织面料一起染色，节约生产时间，颜色也更加稳定可控混织面料的染色工艺。
本发明的技术解决方案是，提供一种混织面料的染色工艺，它包括以下步骤，
首先，退浆、去油，加入强力除油剂、活性料,在40℃维持15min,继续加入无泡皂洗剂，在86℃维持10min；
然后，在染缸中加入3质量份聚丙烯酸钠、5质量份天然植物色素、2质量份冰醋酸、3质量份四甲基溴化铵、1质量份防沉淀剂和18质量份水，并搅拌均匀制成染色剂；
接着，将混织面料放入染色室中，将布料送入染色室，在染色室内通入蒸汽，并将调好的染色剂通过喷雾器喷入到染色室内，进行染色，染色后维持30min 后取出烘干；
再然后，烘干后浸入7℃的水中进行水洗，水洗后进入固色室，通过蒸汽，并将调好的固色剂通过喷雾器喷入固色室中，在固色室保持30min；
最后用36℃水进行水洗，水洗后烘干。
采用以上工艺后与现有技术相比，本发明具有以下优点：减化生产工艺，节约生产时间，颜色也更加稳定可控。

下面就具体实施方式对本发明作进一步说明：

首先，退浆、去油，加入强力除油剂、活性料,在40℃维持15min,继续加入无泡皂洗剂，在86℃维持10min；
然后，在染缸中加入3质量份聚丙烯酸钠、5质量份天然植物色素、2质量份冰醋酸、3质量份四甲基溴化铵、1质量份防沉淀剂和18质量份水，并搅拌均匀制成染色剂；
接着，将混织面料放入染色室中，将布料送入染色室，在染色室内通入蒸汽，并将调好的染色剂通过喷雾器喷入到染色室内，进行染色，染色后维持30min后取出烘干；
