本发明公开了一种混织面料的染色工艺,它包括以下步骤,首先,退浆、去油;接着,将混织面料放入染色室中,将布料送入染色室进行染色,染色后维持30min后取出烘干;再然后,烘干后浸入7℃的水中进行水洗,水洗后进入固色室,通过蒸汽,并将调好的固色剂通过喷雾器喷入固色室中,在固色室保持30min;最后用36℃水进行水洗,水洗后烘干。该混织面料的染色工艺减化生产工艺,节约生产时间,颜色也更加稳定可控。

本发明涉及纺织印染技术领域,是一种混织面料的染色工艺。
背景技术:
混织面料因各种纤维性能不同,染色时所用染料也大不相同,传统染色工艺均是分次染色,生产时间特别长,且颜色准确度极难把控。
发明内容:
本发明所要解决的技术问题是,提供一种减化生产工艺,把混织面料一起染色,节约生产时间,颜色也更加稳定可控混织面料的染色工艺。
本发明的技术解决方案是,提供一种混织面料的染色工艺,它包括以下步骤,
首先,退浆、去油,加入强力除油剂、活性料,在40℃维持15min,继续加入无泡皂洗剂,在86℃维持10min;
然后,在染缸中加入3质量份聚丙烯酸钠、5质量份天然植物色素、2质量份冰醋酸、3质量份四甲基溴化铵、1质量份防沉淀剂和18质量份水,并搅拌均匀制成染色剂;
接着,将混织面料放入染色室中,将布料送入染色室,在染色室内通入蒸汽,并将调好的染色剂通过喷雾器喷入到染色室内,进行染色,染色后维持30min 后取出烘干;
再然后,烘干后浸入7℃的水中进行水洗,水洗后进入固色室,通过蒸汽,并将调好的固色剂通过喷雾器喷入固色室中,在固色室保持30min;
最后用36℃水进行水洗,水洗后烘干。
采用以上工艺后与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下优点:减化生产工艺,节约生产时间,颜色也更加稳定可控。

下面就具体实施方式对本发明作进一步说明:
一种混织面料的染色工艺,它包括以下步骤,

首先,退浆、去油,加入强力除油剂、活性料,在40℃维持15min,继续加入无泡皂洗剂,在86℃维持10min;
然后,在染缸中加入3质量份聚丙烯酸钠、5质量份天然植物色素、2质量份冰醋酸、3质量份四甲基溴化铵、1质量份防沉淀剂和18质量份水,并搅拌均匀制成染色剂;
接着,将混织面料放入染色室中,将布料送入染色室,在染色室内通入蒸汽,并将调好的染色剂通过喷雾器喷入到染色室内,进行染色,染色后维持30min后取出烘干;
