本发明涉及一种提高蓬松度的羊毛面料处理工艺,包括首先将羊毛面料在35‑50℃的添加有氯化钠的水中浸泡60‑80min,其中氯化钠与羊毛面料的质量比为1:180;然后加入氧化剂,氧化剂与羊毛面料的质量比为1:90,氧化过程温度保持在45℃,持续30min;然后加入柔软剂,柔软剂与羊毛面料的质量比为1:120,柔软过程温度保持在30℃,持续20min;再加入还原剂,还原剂与羊毛面料的质量比为1:100,还原过程温度保持在40℃,持续30min,其特征在于:所述在加入柔软剂之前,加入蓬松剂。本发明所具有的优点是:在加入柔软剂之前,加入蓬松剂,通过蓬松剂的作用可以使整理过的羊毛面料蓬松度高,手感厚实,并且面料表面无板结现象,提高了羊毛面料的保暖性和舒适度。

背景技术
现有技术中有一种羊毛面料防缩处理工艺,其特征是:首先将羊毛面料在35-50℃的添加有氯化钠的水中浸泡60-80min,其中氯化钠与羊毛面料的质量比为1:180;然后加入氧化剂,氧化剂与羊毛面料的质量比为1:90,氧化过程温度保持在45℃,持续30min;然后加入柔软剂,柔软剂与羊毛面料的质量比为1:120,柔软过程温度保持在30℃,持续20min;再加入还原剂,还原剂与羊毛面料的质量比为1:100,还原过程温度保持在40℃,持续30min;最后进行烘干,烘干温度在100-120℃,至含水率小于或等于0.8%即可。这种羊毛面料防缩处理工艺,其整理后的面料耐水洗,且具有优异的抗皱性能和抗菌性能。但是采用这种工艺处理过的羊毛面料,面料的硬度较高,面料表面板结,影响了羊毛面料的保暖性和美观性。
发明内容
针对上述缺点,本发明目的在于提供一种提高蓬松度的羊毛面料处理工艺,其能使整理过的羊毛面料蓬松度高,手感较厚,保暖性和美观性均有大幅度提高。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种提高蓬松度的羊毛面料处理工艺,包括首先将羊毛面料在35-50℃的添加有氯化钠的水中浸泡60-80min,其中氯化钠与羊毛面料的质量比为1:180;然后加入氧化剂,氧化剂与羊毛面料的质量比为1:90,氧化过程温度保持在45℃,持续30min;然后加入柔软剂,柔软剂与羊毛面料的质量比为1:120,柔软过程温度保持在30℃,持续20min;再加入还原剂,还原剂与羊毛面料的质量比为1:100,还原过程温度保持在40℃,持续30min;最后进行烘干,烘干温度在100-120℃,至含水率小于或等于0.8%即可,其特征在于:在加入柔软剂之前,加入蓬松剂,静置35min,蓬松剂与羊毛面料的质量比为1:68;所述蓬松剂包括以下重量百分比的组分:
棕榈油酸酯基咪唑啉季铵盐:2~8,
脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺:2~8,
十二烷基三甲基氯化铵:3~6,
柠檬酸:3~6,
异丙醇胺:2~8,
椰子油酸二乙醇酰胺:1~5。
本发明与现有技术相比所具有的优点是:在加入柔软剂之前,加入蓬松剂,通过蓬松剂的作用可以使整理过的羊毛面料蓬松度高,手感厚实,并且面料表面无板结现象,提高了羊毛面料的保暖性和舒适度。

棕榈油酸酯基咪唑啉季铵盐:6,
脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺:6,
十二烷基三甲基氯化铵:5,
柠檬酸:3,
异丙醇胺:5,
椰子油酸二乙醇酰胺:4。
