Abstract

本发明涉及一种抗静电保护膜,其在聚酯薄膜表面涂布一层抗静电涂层,抗静电涂层由导电型丙烯酸酯树脂、固化剂、流平剂和溶剂组成,其中导电型丙烯酸酯树脂为15重量份~35重量份,固化剂为0.2重量份~2.5重量份,流平剂为1.5重量份~2.5重量份,溶剂为60重量份~80重量份。该抗静电保护膜抗静电涂层经过去离子水、乙醇、异丙醇、甲苯、丁酮、乙酸乙酯擦拭,抗静电涂层均未脱落,具有耐溶剂性能。

一种抗静电保护膜
技术领域
本发明涉及一种抗静电保护膜及其制备方法,属于薄膜技术领域。
背景技术
随着显示器行业的飞速发展,在生产制造和运输偏光片、相位差板、显示器用透镜膜、防反射膜、硬涂膜、触摸面板用透明导电膜等的光学用膜、以及使用了它们的显示器等光学产品时,都会在其最外层使用抗静电保护膜加以覆盖,避免在生产制造和运输过程中受到污染导致光学检查的误判。在使用这些抗静电保护膜中,表面难免会沾到污渍,普通抗静电保护膜在使用溶剂清理保护膜外层污渍过程中,容易造成抗静电涂层脱落,而失去了抗静电性能。
中国专利CN101114026A公开了一种偏光片用表面保护膜,其通过聚噻吩、界面活性剂,黏结物树脂和水制成了一种防污拨水抗静电聚合物膜。由于保护膜在使用过程中,会用溶剂处理表面,因此需要保护膜表面具有耐溶剂性。
本发明所要解决的一个技术问题是提供一种抗静电保护膜,该抗静电保护膜可以降低表面电阻,且具有耐溶剂特性。
发明内容
本发明目的在于提供一种抗静电保护膜,在聚酯薄膜表面涂布抗静电涂层,该抗静电涂层具有耐溶剂性能,能够克服现有技术的不足。
为了解决以上问题,本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种抗静电保护膜,其在聚酯薄膜表面涂布一层抗静电涂层,所述的抗静电涂层的组分及其重量份是:

上述抗静电保护膜,所述的导电型丙烯酸酯树脂由丙烯酸酯树脂和导电高分子组成。
上述抗静电保护膜,丙烯酸酯树脂由丙烯酸酯硬单体、丙烯酸酯软单体、丙烯酸酯功能单体的组合物在70℃~85℃经自由基聚合2.5小时~4小时,将合成的丙烯酸酯树脂降温到40℃~50℃,加入导电高分子,再继续保温0.5小时~1.5小时得到导电型丙烯酸酯树脂。
上述抗静电保护膜,所述导电高分子为聚噻吩-3-[2-(2-甲氧基乙氧基)乙氧基]-2,5-二基、聚3,4-二氧乙撑噻吩、聚3-噻吩乙酸组合,聚噻吩-3-[2-(2-甲氧基乙氧基)乙氧基]-2,5-二基、聚3,4-二氧乙撑噻吩、聚3-噻吩乙酸的比例优选为0~0.4:1:0~0.3,相对于100重量份的丙烯酸酯单体组合物,所述的导电高分子加入量为3重量份~10重量份。
上述抗静电保护膜,所述硬单体为甲基丙烯酸甲酯、醋酸乙烯酯中的一种或两种组合,所述硬单体在丙烯酸酯树脂中是10重量份~25重量份。
上述抗静电保护膜,所述软单体为丙烯酸乙酯、丙烯酸丁酯、丙烯酸异辛酯中的一种或任意组合,所述软单体在丙烯酸酯树脂中是45重量份~70重量份。
上述抗静电保护膜,所述功能单体为对苯乙烯磺酸钠与丙烯酸、甲基丙烯酸、对苯乙烯磺酸钠、丙烯酸羟乙酯、丙烯酸羟丙酯、双丙酮丙烯酰胺中的一种或任意组合,上述方案中,所述功能单体在丙烯酸酯树脂中是20重量份~45重量份。
上述抗静电保护膜,所述固化剂为甲醚化六羟甲基三聚氰胺甲醛树脂、三羟甲基三聚氰胺甲醛树脂中一种或两种组合。
上述抗静电保护膜,所述流平剂为有机硅流平剂、丙烯酸酯流平剂的一种或任意组合。
上述抗静电保护膜,所述溶剂为醇类溶剂与去离子水组成的混合溶剂,所述的醇类溶剂优先为异丙醇、丁醇和乙二醇的一种或任意组合,优选醇类溶剂与水的比例优选为1:3~2:1。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下优点:
1、本发明通过在聚酯薄膜表面涂布一层导电型丙烯酸酯树脂,干燥固化后,导电高分子在涂层表面形成连续的导电相,从而降低表面电阻。
2、本发明采用合成过程中加入导电高分子,选择是聚噻吩,其比例与丙烯酸酯树脂在3:100~10:100范围内,抗静电效果好,实现降低表面电阻的作用。
3、本发明的丙烯酸酯树脂,引入了羟基、羧基等可参与交联固化基团,同时在合成过程中加入导电导高分子,丙烯酸酯树脂成膜后形成的空间网络结构使导电高分子稳定存在于高分子结构中,使导电层具有耐溶剂性,溶剂擦拭后,涂层未脱落。
4、本发明所用的导电高分子,由于其共轭高分子链结构,电子在分子链迁移,不受环境温度、湿度的影响,抗静电性能稳定。
具体实施方式:
以下结合具体实施方式对本发明作进一步的详细说明,但本发明的实施方式并不限于此。
实施例中所述的聚酯薄膜选用的是光学级聚酯薄膜。
所述的有机硅流平剂优选为BYK333、BYK348,所述的丙烯酸酯流平剂优选为BYK380N、德谦835。
实施例1
以10g甲基丙烯酸甲酯、5g对苯乙烯磺酸钠、5g丙烯酸乙酯、5g丙烯酸、2.5g丙烯酸羟乙酯、2.5g双丙酮丙烯酰胺制备丙烯酸酯树脂,丙烯酸酯树脂的制备方法与CN103554340B相同,在70℃条件下聚合4小时,然后将合成的丙烯酸酯树脂降温到50℃,加入2.25g聚3,4-二氧乙撑噻吩继续搅拌保温1.5小时后出料,即得导电型丙烯酸酯树脂。
称取上述15g导电型丙烯酸酯树脂和2.5g甲醚化六羟甲基三聚氰胺甲醛树脂、2.5g BYK348、20g异丙醇和60g去离子水,混合均匀后得到抗静电涂布液,该涂布液涂布于光学级聚酯薄膜,经过干燥后得到抗静电保护膜。
性能测试结果见表1。
实施例2
以25g醋酸乙烯酯、55g丙烯酸丁酯、10g对苯乙烯磺酸钠、5g甲基丙烯酸、10g丙烯酸羟丙酯、5g双丙酮丙烯酰胺制备丙烯酸酯树脂,丙烯酸酯树脂的制备方法与CN103554340B相同,在75℃条件下聚合3.5小时,然后将合成的丙烯酸酯树脂降温到50℃,加入0.8g聚噻吩-3-[2-(2-甲氧基乙氧基)乙氧基]-2,5-二基、3.9g聚3,4-二氧乙撑噻吩、0.8g聚3-噻吩乙酸继续搅拌保温1小时后出料,即得导电型丙烯酸酯树脂。
称取上述35g导电型丙烯酸酯树脂和0.4g三羟甲基三聚氰胺甲醛树脂、0.4g甲醚化六羟甲基三聚氰胺甲醛树脂、1.5g BYK333、1gBYK380N、40g异丙醇和20g去离子水,混合均匀后得到抗静电涂布液,该涂布液涂布于光学级聚酯薄膜,经过干燥后得到抗静电保护膜。
实施例3
以10g甲基丙烯酸甲酯、45g丙烯酸丁酯、25g丙烯酸异辛酯、15对苯乙烯磺酸钠、7g丙烯酸、15g丙烯酸羟乙酯、8g丙烯酸羟丙酯制备丙烯酸酯树脂,丙烯酸酯树脂的制备方法与CN103554340 B相同,在80℃条件下聚合3小时,然后将合成的丙烯酸酯树脂降温到45℃,加入2.7g聚噻吩-3-[2-(2-甲氧基乙氧基)乙氧基]-2,5-二基、8.9g聚3,4-二氧乙撑噻吩、0.9g聚3-噻吩乙酸继续搅拌保温1小时后出料,即得导电型丙烯酸酯树脂。
称取上述20g导电型丙烯酸酯树脂和0.1g甲醚化六羟甲基三聚氰胺甲醛树脂、0.1g三羟甲基三聚氰胺甲醛树脂、1gBYK348、0.5gBYK380N、10g异丙醇、5g丁醇、5g乙二醇和40g去离子水,混合均匀后得到抗静电涂布液,该涂布液涂布于光学级聚酯薄膜,经过干燥后得到抗静电保护膜。
实施例4
以15g甲基丙烯酸甲酯、5g醋酸乙烯酯、35g丙烯酸乙酯、15g丙烯酸丁酯、5g对苯乙烯磺酸钠、5g丙烯酸、5g甲基丙烯酸、5g丙烯酸羟乙酯、5g双丙酮丙烯酰胺制备丙烯酸酯树脂,丙烯酸酯树脂的制备方法与CN103554340 B相同,在85℃条件下聚合2.5小时,然后将合成的丙烯酸酯树脂降温到40℃,加入2.2g聚噻吩-3-[2-(2-甲氧基乙氧基)乙氧基]-2,5-二基、5.4g聚3,4-二氧乙撑噻吩继续搅拌保温0.5小时后出料,即得导电型丙烯酸酯树脂。
称取上述25g导电型丙烯酸酯树脂和0.5g甲醚化六羟甲基三聚氰胺甲醛树脂、1g三羟甲基三聚氰胺甲醛树脂、2g德谦835、38g异丙醇和38g去离子水,混合均匀后得到抗静电涂布液,该涂布液涂布于光学级聚酯薄膜,经过干燥后得到抗静电保护膜中。
实施例5
以15g甲基丙烯酸甲酯、20g丙烯酸丁酯、40g丙烯酸乙酯、8g对苯乙烯磺酸钠、2g丙烯酸异辛酯、3g丙烯酸、5g甲基丙烯酸、15g丙烯酸羟乙酯、2g双丙酮丙烯酰胺制备丙烯酸酯树脂,丙烯酸酯树脂的制备方法与CN103554340 B相同,在75℃条件下聚合4小时,然后将合成的丙烯酸酯树脂降温到45℃,加入5.9g聚3,4-二氧乙撑噻吩、1.8g聚3-噻吩乙酸继续搅拌保温1小时后出料,即得导电型丙烯酸酯树脂。
称取上述30g导电型丙烯酸酯树脂和2g甲醚化六羟甲基三聚氰胺甲醛树脂、1.5gBYK380N、40g异丙醇和36.5g去离子水,混合均匀后得到抗静电涂布液,该涂布液涂布于光学级聚酯薄膜,经过干燥后得到抗静电保护膜中。
对比例
以10g甲基丙烯酸甲酯、5g对苯乙烯磺酸钠、5g丙烯酸乙酯、5g丙烯酸、2.5g丙烯酸羟乙酯、2.5g双丙酮丙烯酰胺制备丙烯酸酯树脂,丙烯酸酯树脂的制备方法与CN103554340B相同,在70℃条件下聚合4小时,然后将合成的丙烯酸酯树脂降温到50℃保温1.5小时后出料,得到丙烯酸酯树脂。
称取上述15g丙烯酸酯树脂和2.5g甲醚化六羟甲基三聚氰胺甲醛树脂、2.5gBYK348、20g异丙醇、60g去离子水和1.05g聚3,4-二氧乙撑噻吩,混合均匀后得到抗静电涂布液,该涂布液涂布于光学级聚酯薄膜,经过干燥后得到抗静电保护膜。
表1中各项性能测试方法如下:
(1)抗静电涂层电阻测试
将抗静电保护膜裁成12*12mm尺寸,在高阻计(型号:SME-8310)上测试抗静电层表面电阻。
(2)耐溶剂性能测试
参照标准GB/T23989-2009,主要选择了溶剂有去离子水,乙醇,甲苯,丁酮,乙酸乙酯来进行测试测试。使用以下符号将涂层脱落情况进行分类:

所述丙烯酸酯树脂由丙烯酸酯硬单体、丙烯酸酯软单体、丙烯酸酯功能单体的组合物在70℃-85℃经自由基聚合2.5小时-4小时,将合成的丙烯酸酯树脂降温到40℃-50℃,加入导电高分子,再继续保温0.5小时-1.5小时得到导电型丙烯酸酯树脂;
所述导电高分子为聚噻吩-3-[2-(2-甲氧基乙氧基)乙氧基]-2,5-二基、聚3,4-二氧乙撑噻吩、聚3-噻吩乙酸组合,聚噻吩-3-[2-(2-甲氧基乙氧基)乙氧基]-2,5-二基、聚3,4-二氧乙撑噻吩、聚3-噻吩乙酸的质量比为0-0.4:1:0-0.3,相对于100重量份的丙烯酸酯单体组合物,所述的导电高分子加入量为3重量份-10重量份;
