Abstract
本发明公开了一种积层跟鞋材的制造方法,通过采用蒸汽控温,从而精确控制发泡胶片或不发泡胶片的厚度。根据需要选择发泡胶片的数量,从而控制发泡层的厚度。硫化后的板材中相邻的发泡片融为一体形成发泡层,不发泡胶片形成具有线条状的、硬度较硬的不发泡层,不发泡层与发泡层紧密粘合。本发明的积层跟鞋材的制造方法能够有效精确控制发泡胶片和不发泡胶片的出片厚度,从而使得硫化机硫化后形成的板材中发泡层和不发泡层的厚度能够精确控制,制造出横向线条间距规整且间距可控的、耐磨耐磕粘合牢固的、硬度可控的鞋材,本方法制造的鞋材比重轻,弹性好,线条明显、清晰,特别光亮度很高,各种颜色都可以制作。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及鞋材技术领域,具体涉及一种积层跟鞋材的制造方法。
背景技术
积层跟鞋材由于其具有层次分明的层叠效果,用来制作鞋子,尤其是鞋跟,既能够提高鞋子的美观度,又能很好的控制鞋子所需的硬度和弹性,其层叠形成的横向线条不会因为鞋子的磕碰磨损而消失。在同等性能鞋材中,积层跟鞋材比重更小,很适合用来制作鞋跟、鞋底。但是,目前积层跟鞋材的制作过程工艺条件苛刻,制作技术难度很高。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种积层跟鞋材的制造方法,所述积层跟鞋材包括有交替层叠的发泡层和不发泡层,所述制造方法包括以下步骤:
步骤一、将天然橡胶塑炼后,存放24小时以上自然塑化,加入EVA、填充料、促进料,通过密炼机进行混炼,形成混炼胶后,转入开炼后加入ADC发泡剂混炼形成发泡胶。开炼温度控制在90-100℃,将天然橡胶塑炼后用同样方法加入EVA、填充料、促进料混炼形成不发泡胶,操作方法同上;
步骤二、将发泡胶用出片机出片形成厚度控制在0.9毫米的发泡胶片,将不发泡胶用出片机出片形成0.6毫米的不发泡胶片。
步骤三、将1-5片发泡胶片与1片不发泡胶片交替间隔层叠,随后放入硫化机中硫化形成板材;
步骤四、将硫化后的板材自然冷切,形成积层跟鞋材成品大片。
出片机中所有与发泡胶片或不发泡胶片相接触的辊筒均采用蒸汽控温,控制所有辊筒的表面温度在75-85℃。
硫化机硫化过程中控制气压在0.8MP左右,温度控制再175-185℃,硫化时间1-1.5h。
步骤三中将3片发泡胶片与1片不发泡胶片交替间隔层叠,随后放入硫化机中硫化形成板材,3片发泡胶片硫化后形成4毫米左右的发泡层。
步骤三中将两片发泡胶片、1片不发泡胶片、3片发泡胶片、1片不发泡胶片、4片发泡胶片、1片不发泡胶片、5片发泡胶片、1片不发泡胶片依次层叠,随后放入硫化机中硫化,形成横向线条间隔逐渐增加的板材。
本发明的工作原理是:通过采用蒸汽控温,使得出片机中所有与发泡胶片或不发泡胶片相接触的辊筒的温度恒定,从而精确控制发泡胶片或不发泡胶片的厚度。根据需要选择发泡胶片的数量,将多片发泡胶片与不发泡胶片交替层叠,从而控制发泡层的厚度。硫化后的板材中相邻的发泡片融为一体形成发泡层,不发泡胶片形成具有线条状的、硬度较硬的不发泡层,不发泡层与发泡层紧密粘合。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明的积层跟鞋材的制造方法能够有效精确控制发泡胶片和不发泡胶片的出片厚度,从而使得硫化机硫化后形成的板材中发泡层和不发泡层的厚度能够精确控制,制造出横向线条间距规整且间距可控的、耐磨耐磕粘合牢固的、硬度可控的鞋材,本方法制造的鞋材比重轻,弹性好,线条明显、清晰,尤其能够提高鞋材的光亮度,提高鞋材的美观度,适合制作各种颜色的鞋材。

具体实施方式
现结合附图对本发明作进一步说明。
实施例一
将天然橡胶塑炼后停放24小时以上自然塑化,再加入EVA、填充料、促进料,通过密炼机进行混炼,再放ADC发泡剂进行开炼,形成发泡胶;将天然橡胶塑炼后停放24小时以上自然塑化,再加入EVA、填充料、促进料混炼到开炼形成不发泡胶;将发泡胶用出片机出片形成0.9毫米的发泡胶片,将不发泡胶用出片机出片形成0.6毫米的不发泡胶片,出片机中所有与发泡胶片或不发泡胶片相接触的辊筒均采用蒸汽控温,控制所有辊筒的表面温度在80℃左右。将3片发泡胶片、1片不发泡胶片、3片发泡胶片、1片不发泡胶片、3片发泡胶片、1片不发泡胶片、3片发泡胶片依次层叠,基本根据客户对积层跟的高度作出调节,随后放入硫化机中硫化,硫化机硫化过程中控制气压在0.8MP,温度控制再180℃,硫化时间1h;将硫化后的板材自然冷切,形成如图1所示的积层跟鞋材成品,经检验,积层跟鞋材成品中发泡层的厚度约为4mm左右,所得积层跟鞋材成品的密度为0.6g/ccm,比重根据客户需求作出调节。
实施例二
将天然橡胶塑炼后停放24小时以上自然塑化,再加入EVA、填充料、促进料,进密炼机混炼形成发泡胶,再加ADC发泡剂进行开炼,形成发泡胶片;将天然橡胶塑炼后加入EVA、填充料、促进料混炼形成不发泡胶,再进入开炼机开练出片;将发泡胶用出片机出片形成0.9毫米的发泡胶片,将不发泡胶用出片机出片形成0.6毫米的不发泡胶片,出片机中所有与发泡胶片或不发泡胶片相接触的辊筒均采用蒸汽控温,控制所有辊筒的表面温度在75℃。将两片发泡胶片、1片不发泡胶片、3片发泡胶片、1片不发泡胶片、4片发泡胶片、1片不发泡胶片、5片发泡胶片、1片不发泡胶片依次层叠,随后放入硫化机中硫化形成板材,硫化机硫化过程中控制气压在0.8MP,温度控制再185℃,硫化时间1.5h;将硫化后的板材自然冷切,形成如图2所示的积层跟鞋材成品。经检验,能够形成发泡层的厚度逐渐增加的积层跟鞋材成品,所得积层跟鞋材成品的比重为0.65g/ccm。(比重可根据客户需求作出调节)。

Claims (6)
1.一种积层跟鞋材的制造方法,所述积层跟鞋材包括有交替层叠的发泡层和不发泡层,其特征在于,所述制造方法包括以下步骤:
步骤一、将天然橡胶塑炼后停放24小时以上进行塑化,再加入EVA、填充料、促进料,进入密炼机混炼,再放ADC发泡剂用开炼机开炼发泡胶,温度控制在90-100℃;将天然橡胶塑炼后停放24小时以上进行塑化,再加入EVA、填充料、促进料,进入密炼机混炼,再进入开炼机炼成不发泡胶;
步骤二、将发泡胶用出片机出片形成厚度控制在0.9毫米的发泡胶片,将不发泡胶用出片机出片形成0.6毫米的不发泡胶片。
2.步骤三、将1-5片发泡胶片与1片不发泡胶片交替间隔层叠,随后放入硫化机中硫化形成板材;
步骤四、将硫化后的板材自然冷切,形成积层跟鞋材成品。
3.如权利要求1所述的积层跟鞋材的制造方法,其特征在于,所述出片机中所有与发泡胶片或不发泡胶片相接触的辊筒均采用蒸汽控温,控制所有辊筒的表面温度在75-85℃。
4.如权利要求1所述的积层跟鞋材的制造方法,其特征在于,所述硫化机硫化过程中控制气压在0.8MP,温度控制再175-185℃,硫化时间1-1.5h。
5.如权利要求1所述的积层跟鞋材的制造方法,其特征在于,所述步骤三中将3片发泡胶片与1片不发泡胶片交替间隔层叠,随后放入硫化机中硫化形成板材,3片发泡胶片硫化后形成4毫米左右的发泡层。
6.如权利要求1所述的积层跟鞋材的制造方法,其特征在于,所述步骤三中将两片发泡胶片、1片不发泡胶片、3片发泡胶片、1片不发泡胶片、4片发泡胶片、1片不发泡胶片、5片发泡胶片、1片不发泡胶片依次层叠,随后放入硫化机中硫化,形成横向线条间隔逐渐增加的板材。
