技术领域
本发明属于人造革技术领域,具体涉及一种双面革。
背景技术
人造革是一种外观、手感似皮革并可代替其使用的塑料制品。通常以织物为底基,涂覆合成树脂及各种塑料添加制成,然后加热使之塑化,并经滚压压平或压花,即得产品。近似于天然皮革,具有柔软、耐磨等特点。根据覆盖物的种类不同,按照用途有鞋用人造革、箱包用人造革等。
在我国,人们习惯将用PVC树脂为原料生产的人造革称为PVC人造革(简称人造革),其根据底布层数又可分为单面型和双面型两种:单面型是指由一层基布和一层聚氯乙烯塑料涂胶相互贴合的复合体;双面型则是指在基部上、下两面分别涂以聚氯乙烯的人造革。
现有技术中,双面革的生产工艺为将塑化后的原料压延成膜,与基布两次复合,形成基布上下两面均与一层薄膜复合的结构,然后再经发泡处理形成双面革,采用这种方法同时对上下两面薄膜进行发泡,在重力作用下,下方薄膜发泡程度不如上方薄膜,且下方薄膜贴紧钢带,导致上下两面温度不同,发泡程度产生差异,影响产品质量。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明提供了一种双面革。
本发明通过以下技术方案实现:
一种双面革,其生产工艺,具体为如下步骤:
(1)表层膜与基布复合
按质量份数计,取PVC树脂粉100-120份、增塑剂50-60份、改性剂5-8份、稳定剂8-10份、发泡剂3-5份、填料0.2-0.4份、色料0.1-0.2份使用高混机于180-185℃充分混合10-15分钟,然后转入密炼机中,120-130℃进一步塑化3-5分钟,再经过轧轮机进行再次塑化5-8分钟,塑化后的原材料经过过滤机过滤杂质后,使用压延机中压成薄膜并与基布复合;
进一步的,所述PVC树脂粉,由SG3型树脂粉、SG5型树脂粉按质量比15-20:1混合后制得;
进一步的,所述增塑剂,由邻苯二甲酸二辛酯、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯、环氧大豆油按质量比5-8:5:1混合后制得;
进一步的,所述改性剂,由ACR-401、CPE、TPU按质量比3:5:8-12混合后制得;
进一步的,所述稳定剂,由光稳定剂、热稳定剂按质量比1:5-7混合后制得;

按质量份数计,取PVC树脂粉100-120份、增塑剂60-70份、改性剂6-9份、稳定剂3-4份、发泡剂6-10份、填料0.1-0.3份、色料0.1-0.2份使用高混机于130-140℃充分混合10-15分钟,然后转入密炼机中,110-115℃进一步塑化4-6分钟,再经过轧轮机进行再次塑化8-12分钟,塑化后的原材料经过过滤机过滤杂质后,使用压延机中压成薄膜再与步骤(2)加工好的单面革背面的基布进行热压复合;

本发明的有益效果:本发明运用了原料组分的精密配比和物理共混技术使双面革的两面具有不同的最佳发泡温度,避免第二次发泡过程对已经发泡的材料造成影响,这样制备的双面革发泡更加均匀、洁净、无油腻感,同时材料具有柔软有弹性、厚薄均匀一致的特性;同时步骤(2)制得的单面革经过简单表面处理后即可作为单面革成品出售,进一步提高了产品的市场竞争力。经过实验,本发明生产出的双面革,各方面力学性能均优于市面上的双面革,且耐寒性能更佳。

实施例1
一种双面革,其生产工艺,具体为如下步骤:
(1)表层膜与基布复合
按质量份数计,取PVC树脂粉100份、增塑剂50份、改性剂5份、稳定剂8份、发泡剂3份、填料0.2份、色料0.1份使用高混机于180℃充分混合10分钟,然后转入密炼机中,120℃进一步塑化3分钟,再经过轧轮机进行再次塑化5分钟,塑化后的原材料经过过滤机过滤杂质后,使用压延机中压成薄膜并与基布复合;

按质量份数计,取PVC树脂粉120份、增塑剂70份、改性剂9份、稳定剂4份、发泡剂10份、填料0.3份、色料0.2份使用高混机于140℃充分混合15分钟,然后转入密炼机中,115℃进一步塑化6分钟,再经过轧轮机进行再次塑化12分钟,塑化后的原材料经过过滤机过滤杂质后,使用压延机中压成薄膜再与步骤(2)加工好的单面革背面的基布进行热压复合;

按质量份数计,取PVC树脂粉110份、增塑剂55份、改性剂6份、稳定剂9份、发泡剂4份、填料0.3份、色料0.15份使用高混机于182℃充分混合13分钟,然后转入密炼机中,125℃进一步塑化4分钟,再经过轧轮机进行再次塑化6分钟,塑化后的原材料经过过滤机过滤杂质后,使用压延机中压成薄膜并与基布复合;

按质量份数计,取PVC树脂粉110份、增塑剂65份、改性剂7份、稳定剂3.5份、发泡剂8份、填料0.2份、色料0.15份使用高混机于135℃充分混合12分钟,然后转入密炼机中,112℃进一步塑化5分钟,再经过轧轮机进行再次塑化10分钟,塑化后的原材料经过过滤机过滤杂质后,使用压延机中压成薄膜再与步骤(2)加工好的单面革背面的基布进行热压复合;
