Abstract

本发明公开了一种切割出料装置总成,包括机架,机架上设有两个平行的皮带输送机,两个皮带输送机的,末端通过主动轮传动轴连接,两个皮带输送机的前端设有一条辊道,辊道位于两个皮带输送机之间。本发明结构设计合理,从切割设备出来的型材不需要人工出料,完全实现自动出料,出料效率高,节约了人力成本,同时杜绝了人员安全事故。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种切割出料装置总成,用于光伏组件边框的型材切割。
背景技术
在光伏组件的生产过程中,电池片和玻璃、EVA胶膜、TPT背板在一定的温度、压力和真空条件下粘结融合在一起后就要进行装框,即用铝合金边框将电池片及玻璃组件围绕固定以保护电池片及玻璃组件。铝合金边框的由铝型材制成,首先要对铝型材进行切割。现在的铝型材切割出料多为人工进行,出料效率低,且人工成本高,且人员离切割设备近,容易造成安全事故。
发明内容
本发明为了克服上述的不足,提供了一种切割出料装置总成,包括机架,机架上设有两个平行的皮带输送机,两个皮带输送机的末端通过主动轮传动轴连接,两个皮带输送机的前端设有一条辊道,辊道位于两个皮带输送机之间; 所述辊道包括若干辊子,每个辊子分别通过支架设置在滑板上,滑板的下方设有两个燕尾槽滑块,两个燕尾槽滑块下方分别设有一条燕尾型滑轨,燕尾槽滑块可在燕尾型滑轨上滑动,两条燕尾型滑轨设置在一底板上,底板下方设有若干丝杆升降机,所述丝杆升降机安装在机架上。
在此基础上,所述底板上设有若干支架,滑板上设有与支架等数量的气缸,若干气缸的的活塞杆与支架一一对应连接,由于气缸的作用,活塞杆可伸缩,于是滑板可在底板上滑动。 在此基础上,所述滑板上设有若干气爪,若干气爪与若干辊子在同一条直线上,气爪下方连有薄型气缸,薄型气缸安装在滑板上,薄型气缸可驱动气爪上升或下降。
在此基础上,所述机架上设有手轮,手轮与其中一个丝杆升降机之间通过第一传动轴连接,相邻丝杆升降机之间通过第二传动轴连接,转动手轮,通过第一传动轴和第二传动轴传动,可控制所有的丝杆升降机同时上升或下降。 本发明工作原理是:铝型材输送到辊道上指定位置后,气爪夹住铝型材,切割设备动作切断铝型材,然后,滑板在气缸的作用下动作,将切好的铝型材拉到皮带上,皮带输送机将切好的铝型材输送至皮带输送机末端。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明结构设计合理,从切割设备出来的型材不需要人工出料,完全实现自动出料,出料效率高,节约了人力成本,同时杜绝了人员安全事故。

如图1、图2所示,本发明为一种切割出料装置总成,包括机架1,机架1上设有两个平行的皮带输送机2,两个皮带输送机2的末端通过主动轮传动轴3连接,两个皮带输送机2的前端设有一条辊道4,辊道4位于两个皮带输送机2之间; 所述辊道4包括若干辊子5,每个辊子5分别通过安装架6设置在滑板7上,滑板7的下方设有两个燕尾槽滑块8,两个燕尾槽滑块8下方分别设有一条燕尾型滑轨9,两条燕尾型滑轨9设置在一底板10上,底板10下方设有若干丝杆升降机11,所述丝杆升降机11安装在机架1上。
所述底板10上设有若干支架14,滑板7上设有与支架14等数量的气缸12,若干气缸12的的活塞杆13与支架14一一对应连接。 所述滑板7上设有若干气爪19,若干气爪19与若干辊子5在同一条直线上,气爪19下方连有薄型气缸18,薄型气缸18安装在滑板7上。
所述机架1上设有手轮15,手轮与其中一个丝杆升降机11之间通过第一传动轴16连接,相邻丝杆升降机11之间通过第二传动轴17连接。
本发明工作原理是:铝型材输送到辊道上指定位置后,气爪夹住铝型材,切割设备动作切断铝型材,然后,滑板在气缸的作用下动作,将切好的铝型材拉到皮带上,皮带输送机将切好的铝型材输送至皮带输送机末端。
本发明结构设计合理,从切割设备出来的型材不需要人工出料,完全实现自动出料,出料效率高,节约了人力成本,同时杜绝了人员安全事故。

1.一种切割出料装置总成,其特征在于:包括机架(1),机架(1)上设有两个平行的皮带输送机(2),两个皮带输送机(2)的末端通过主动轮传动轴(3)连接,两个皮带输送机(2)的前端设有一条辊道(4),辊道(4)位于两个皮带输送机(2)之间; 所述辊道(4)包括若干辊子(5),每个辊子(5)分别通过安装架(6)设置在滑板(7)上,滑板(7)的下方设有两个燕尾槽滑块(8),两个燕尾槽滑块(8)下方分别设有一条燕尾型滑轨(9),两条燕尾型滑轨(9)设置在一底板(10)上,底板(10)下方设有若干丝杆升降机(11),所述丝杆升降机(11)安装在机架(1)上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的切割出料装置总成,其特征在于:所述底板(10)上设有若干支架(14),滑板(7)上设有与支架(14)等数量的气缸(12),若干气缸(12)的的活塞杆(13)与支架(14)一一对应连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的切割出料装置总成,其特征在于:所述滑板(7)上设有若干气爪(19),若干气爪(19)与若干辊子(5)在同一条直线上,气爪(19)下方连有薄型气缸(18),薄型气缸(18)安装在滑板(7)上。
4.根据权利要求1所述的切割出料装置总成,其特征在于:所述机架(1)上设有手轮(15),手轮与其中一个丝杆升降机(11)之间通过第一传动轴(16)连接,相邻丝杆升降机(11)之间通过第二传动轴(17)连接。
