本发明关于一种雪地轮胎套,一种雪地轮胎套,其包括有:钢丝链、钢丝圈、橡胶组成,其特征在于:所述钢丝链与橡胶压在一起,钢丝链在轮胎套的外表面及内表面分别有露出,钢丝圈与轮胎侧面的橡胶紧压在一起;钢丝链一面与雪地面接触,一面与原轮胎表面接触,同时增加了双方摩擦力,行驶过程中提升抓地力,轻松破除冰面水膜,让行驶更加安全,整个结构合理,性能优良,便于推广。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种轮胎,尤其是机动车轮胎的一种雪地轮胎套。
背景技术
在冬季行车时,轮胎与冰雪路面会形成一层水膜,导致轮胎与路面的摩擦力减小,造成轮胎打滑。目前市场上一般采用特殊的胎面花纹和胶料配方设计,以增大轮胎与冰雪路面的摩擦力,与普通轮胎相比抓着性能相对好点;现在采用一种雪地轮胎套,轮胎套是用钢丝链与橡胶做在一起,硬度与软度适中,轮胎套的内表面及外表面都有钢丝链的凹凸面露出,将雪地轮胎套套在轮胎上行驶时抓地性能相当好,因此,冬季轮胎在冰雪路面上的操控性、通过性和安全性较好。
发明内容:
套上雪地轮胎套在低温地区使用效果更加明显,它能增强车辆在冰雪路面上的附着力,从而增大了牵引力,提高了越野机动性,另外还提高车辆的操纵稳定性和制动性稳定性。一年四季车辆在路上行驶胎面上的花纹都磨损了,到了冬季路面上行成结冰后就会导致轮胎抓地性能下降,操纵性欠缺。
本发明为能够提高轮胎在雪地上的着附能力,增大牵引力提高动力提高机动车性能,就此提出一种套在原轮胎上的雪地轮胎。
本发明是这样实现的:一种雪地轮胎套,其包括有:钢丝链、钢丝圈、橡胶组成,其特征在于:所述钢丝链与橡胶压在一起,钢丝链在轮胎套的外表面及内表面分别有露出,钢丝圈与轮胎侧面的橡胶紧压在一起。
本发明的优点是安装方便、性能优良,钢丝链一面与雪地面接触,一面与原轮胎表面接触,同时增加了双方摩擦力,行驶过程中提升抓地力,轻松破除冰面水膜,让行驶更加安全,整个结构合理,便于推广。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图进一步详细说明实施方式和工作原理:
参见附图:橡胶1与钢丝链3压在一起,钢丝链3在雪地轮胎套5的内表面31与外表面32分别露出,钢丝圈2压在雪地轮胎套的边缘4橡胶里面增强轮胎边缘的强度,如果遇到寒冷的天气下雪后且路面有结冰情况,将雪地轮胎套5取出,放掉原有轮胎里面的气,将雪地轮胎套5套在原有轮胎上再将原轮胎气充满,雪地轮胎套5将紧紧包在原有的轮胎上面,行驶过程中雪地轮胎套5钢丝链内表面31与原轮胎外面紧紧的抓紧,雪地轮胎套钢丝链外表面32与地面紧紧的抓紧,同时增加两表面的摩擦力,车子不仅能更安全地行驶而且还能破除冰面水膜。
