本发明公开了管道节能热风炉,它包括炉壳、炉胆,炉胆安装在炉壳内,炉胆与炉壳内壁之间安装有多段连续的U形弯管,多段连续的U形弯管绕炉胆外侧排布,多段连续的U形弯管的上端与炉胆的顶部相连通,多段连续的U形弯管的下端与设在炉壳底部的烟室相连通,炉壳底部的烟室设有出烟口;炉壳顶部设有进风口,炉壳侧边设有与供气管道相接的出气口。本发明管道节能热风炉结构简单,除尘效果好,而且能充分利用热风炉的热能,实现节能效果。

技术领域
目前传统热风炉的燃烧室通风死角多,不利于充分利用热能,造成能源浪费,而且除尘效果比较差,易造成环境污染。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种除尘效果好,且能充分热能的管道节能热风炉。
本发明以如下技术方案解决上述技术问题:
本发明管道节能热风炉,包括炉壳、炉胆,炉胆安装在炉壳内,炉胆与炉壳内壁之间安装有多段连续的U形弯管,多段连续的U形弯管绕炉胆外侧排布,多段连续的U形弯管的上端与炉胆的顶部相连通,多段连续的U形弯管的下端与设在炉壳底部的烟室相连通,炉壳底部的烟室设有出烟口;炉壳顶部设有进风口,炉壳侧边设有与供气管道相接的出气口。
所述炉胆的下部设有炉桥以及炉火进料口。
所述U形弯管的下部设有伸出外侧的出灰口。
本发明管道节能热风炉结构简单,除尘效果好,而且能充分利用热风炉的热能,实现节能效果。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步的说明:
如图1所示,本发明管道节能热风炉包括炉壳1、炉胆2,炉胆2安装在炉壳1内,炉壳1顶部设有进风口10,炉胆2的下部设有炉桥7以及炉火进料口9;炉胆2与炉壳1内壁之间安装有多段连续的U形弯管3,U形弯管旁侧焊接数块铁条能达到吸热、散热功能,多段连续的U形弯管绕炉胆2外侧排布,多段连续的U形弯管上端与炉胆2的顶部相连通,多段连续的U形弯管下端与设在炉壳底部的烟室8相连通,炉壳底部的烟室8设有出烟口5;炉壳1的侧边设有与供气管道(图中未示出)相接的出气口4,供气管道接入供热设备;U形弯管3的下部设有伸出外侧的出灰口6。
本发明的工作过程是:通过炉胆2内的燃料(即垃圾废料等)燃烧,产生的烟气排入U形弯管3,再落入炉壳底部的烟室8,并经出烟口5排出,由于产生的烟尘经过多道弯管沉降并落入炉壳底部的烟室8中,因此,除尘效果非常好,而且通过炉胆以及U形弯管产生的热能与炉壳内的空气实现热交换作用,因而产生的热气经出气口4通入供气管道,实现热能的充分利用。

1.管道节能热风炉,包括炉壳、炉胆,其特征在于,炉胆安装在炉壳内,炉胆与炉壳内壁之间安装有多段连续的U形弯管,多段连续的U形弯管绕炉胆外侧排布,多段连续的U形弯管的上端与炉胆的顶部相连通,多段连续的U形弯管的下端与设在炉壳底部的烟室相连通,炉壳底部的烟室设有出烟口;炉壳顶部设有进风口,炉壳侧边设有与供气管道相接的出气口。
2.根据权利要求1所述管道节能热风炉,其特征在于,所述炉胆的下部设有炉桥以及炉火进料口。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述管道节能热风炉,其特征在于,所述U形弯管的下部设有伸出外侧的出灰口。
