本发明公开了耐磨柔软牛仔面料及其制备方法,其制备方法为:以PBT为芯纱,外包棉纤维,混纺得棉/PBT包芯纱;以纯棉股线为经纱,棉/PBT包芯纱为纬纱进行织造;将织物置于酶溶液中酶洗,灭酶,排液后,水清冲洗,烘干;将烘干后的织物进行氨熏处理,即得耐磨柔软牛仔面料。有益效果为:本发明的牛仔面料具有良好的透气透湿性和耐磨性,手感柔软与皮肤摩擦无硬挺效果,具有较好的弹性且弹性不受湿度的影响,穿着舒适,提高了产品的附加值;本发明制备方法可用于工业化生产,对环境无不良影响。

技术领域
本发明涉及服装面料领域,特别涉及耐磨柔软牛仔面料及其制备方法。
背景技术
上世纪70年代末,随着改革开放,牛仔装涌入了中国的市场。中国牛仔产业经过20年的发展,由低级的手工作坊、独立经营扩展到大规模工业化生产、供应链联合协作的集团经营。广东的珠三角地区、江苏常州地区和山东淄博地区是中国三大牛仔布生产基地。其中珠三角地区是最大的牛仔布产业基地,面广量大。据不完全统计,目前加工生产牛仔布的浆染线不少于200条,织机1.8万台左右,后整理线约40条。珠三角牛仔布年生产能力超过10亿米,约占全国牛仔布总生产量的40%,名列全国首位,已成为全球闻名的“牛仔布产业”大基地。广东的牛仔布产业集群地区主要集中在广州新塘、中山市大涌、顺德均安等地,这些地区涌现出了一大批牛仔服装生产企业。然而,纵观这些大型的牛仔生产企业,其自主开发设计能力还很薄弱,众多企业现阶段处于成本纠缠与低利润竞争之中,能够自主研发进行原创设计的企业少之又少。大多数企业的牛仔面料还是以中低档产品、大路货为主,高档牛仔面料并不多见。而国外高档牛仔布,其全新的外观、时尚的色彩、雅俗共赏的风格,与传统牛仔布完全脱胎换骨,乍一看,让人难以置信这就是牛仔布。分析我国牛仔产品,主要差距表现在以下几个方面:牛仔布原料使用单调;产品技术含量不高,附加值低;缺少对牛仔布生产全过程的质量监控,产品质量稳定性差。牛仔布市场是一个需求庞大的市场,有非常巨大的市场潜力。而随着人们消费观念的转变,对牛仔服装在时尚、健康、安全、舒适、环保方面的要求越来越高,产品更突出个性化、时代化、潮流化,结合当前面料轻薄耐磨柔软的流行趋势,开发耐磨柔软的牛仔面料成为一种趋势。
现有技术如授权公告号为CN 102650089 B的中国发明专利,公开了一种牛仔弹性面料及其生产方法,该面料的经纱中至少含有20%的阳离子可染粗细节PET纱线,纬纱中至少含有20%的弹性纱线,在后整理加工过程中,通过碱减量处理和阳离子染料染色,使得所得面料具有良好弹性性能、手感柔软、耐磨性能佳且不易褪色,其吸水性在1.5秒以下,弹性率在5-30%之间,弹性回复率在80%以上。但该面料加工过程工业废水处理比较难,易造成环境污染。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种具有良好的透气透湿性和耐磨性、手感柔软、具有较好的弹性、穿着舒适、制备方法对环境无污染的耐磨柔软牛仔面料及其制备方法。
本发明针对上述技术中提到的问题,采取的技术方案为:耐磨柔软牛仔面料的制备方法,包括棉/PBT包芯纱的纺制、织物的织造、生物酶洗、氨熏,具体步骤为:
棉/PBT包芯纱的纺制:纺纱机设置参数为:芯纱根数为2-3根、预牵伸倍数为1-1.2倍、捻系数为380-400,以PBT为芯纱,外包棉纤维,混纺即得棉/PBT包芯纱,包芯纱解决了PBT长丝本身容易分丝的问题,同时兼具棉纤维的吸湿性、透气性和PBT的弹性、易上色、手感柔软、耐磨性,织造成织物时,不仅能改善织物的外观,还能提高织物的性能,降低原料成本;
织物的织造:以前期进行了蒸汽定捻的纯棉股线为经纱,棉/PBT包芯纱为纬纱进行织造,以310-320根/10cm的经密和185-195根/10cm的上机纬密进行织造,即得织物,织造中应保持的环境温度为5~20℃,相对湿度为60%左右,穿好后的经纱在固定经轴端和织轴端时,要尽量保证经纱张力的均匀,相对于纯棉牛仔面料,该织物的断裂伸长率较大,这是因为纬纱的收缩增大了对经纱的挤压,使经纱的弯曲程度增加,拉伸时经向纱线先伸直,再伸长,弹性增加,属于低弹性面料,具有可观的优势;
生物酶洗:将织物置于pH值为6-6.5的酶溶液中,浴比为1:9-11,升温至75-80℃,酶洗60-80min,灭酶,排液后,水清冲洗,烘干,备用,该步骤采用复合酶制剂,其中各种酶组分之间相互协同作用,使杂质能够被更多、更快的水解,可有效去除织物表面附着的棉仔壳、棉结等杂质,可以改善织物的手感,达到精炼的目的,且酶洗残液中含有水生动、植物所需的营养物质,从而可保护自然环境;
氨熏:将生物酶洗后的织物在进行氨熏处理,氨熏流量为800-1000L/min,车速为10-12m/s,即得耐磨柔软牛仔面料,该牛仔面料具有良好的透气透湿性和耐磨性,手感柔软与皮肤摩擦无硬挺效果,具有较好的弹性且弹性不受湿度的影响,穿着舒适,提高了产品的附加值。
优选的,酶溶液中各成分浓度为:纤维素酶1-2g/L、果胶酶1-2g/L、渗透剂0.8-1g/L、活性多肽0.01-0.02g/L、防污剂0.4-0.5g/L,活性多肽的氨基酸序列为HSHCRCLRCRVLHPGCVNCYRCSR,该活性多肽能够改变面料纤维的渗透压,打开纤维内部通道,使酶制剂能够在织物上的分布和结合更均匀,使杂质能够更多、更快的被酶制剂水解,缩减酶洗时间,提高生物酶洗的效率,且对织物的性能无影响。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点在于:
1.本发明的牛仔面料具有良好的透气透湿性和耐磨性,手感柔软与皮肤摩擦无硬挺效果,具有较好的弹性且弹性不受湿度的影响,穿着舒适,提高了产品的附加值。
2.本发明制备的棉/PBT包芯纱解决了PBT长丝本身容易分丝的问题,同时兼具棉纤维的吸湿性、透气性和PBT的弹性、易上色、手感柔软、耐磨性,织造成织物时,不仅能改善织物的外观,还能提高织物的性能,降低原料成本。
3.本发明采用复合酶制剂处理织物,其中各种酶组分之间相互协同作用,使杂质能够被更多、更快的水解,可以改善织物的手感,且酶洗残液中含有水生动、植物所需的营养物质,从而可保护自然环境。

棉/PBT包芯纱的纺制:纺纱机设置参数为:芯纱根数为2根、预牵伸倍数为1.1倍、捻系数为380,以PBT为芯纱,外包棉纤维,混纺即得棉/PBT包芯纱,包芯纱解决了PBT长丝本身容易分丝的问题,同时兼具棉纤维的吸湿性、透气性和PBT的弹性、易上色、手感柔软、耐磨性,织造成织物时,不仅能改善织物的外观,还能提高织物的性能,降低原料成本;

1)纺纱机设置参数为:芯纱根数为3根、预牵伸倍数为1倍、捻系数为400,以PBT为芯纱,外包棉纤维,混纺得棉/PBT包芯纱,包芯纱解决了PBT长丝本身容易分丝的问题,同时兼具棉纤维的吸湿性、透气性和PBT的弹性、易上色、手感柔软、耐磨性,织造成织物时,不仅能改善织物的外观,还能提高织物的性能,降低原料成本;
2)以纯棉股线为经纱,棉/PBT包芯纱为纬纱进行织造,以320根/10cm的经密和185根/10cm的上机纬密进行织造,即得织物,织造中应保持的环境温度为5~20℃,相对湿度为60%左右,穿好后的经纱在固定经轴端和织轴端时,要尽量保证经纱张力的均匀,相对于纯棉牛仔面料,该织物的断裂伸长率较大,这是因为纬纱的收缩增大了对经纱的挤压,使经纱的弯曲程度增加,拉伸时经向纱线先伸直,再伸长,弹性增加,属于低弹性面料,具有可观的优势;

耐磨柔软牛仔面料及其制备方法,其制备方法为:以PBT为芯纱,外包棉纤维,混纺得棉/PBT包芯纱;以前期进行了蒸汽定捻的纯棉股线为经纱,棉/PBT包芯纱为纬纱进行织造,以315根/10cm的经密和185根/10cm的上机纬密进行织造,即得织物;将织物置于pH值为6.5,含有纤维素酶1.5g/L、果胶酶1.5g/L、渗透剂1g/L、活性多肽0.02g/L、防污剂0.45g/L的酶溶液中,浴比为1:11,升温至78℃,酶洗75min,灭酶,排液后,水清冲洗,烘干;将烘干后的织物在进行氨熏处理,氨熏流量为880L/min,车速为11m/s,即得耐磨柔软牛仔面料。

Claims (10)

1.耐磨柔软牛仔面料的制备方法,包括棉/PBT包芯纱的纺制、织物的织造、生物酶洗、氨熏,其特征在于:所述的生物酶洗为:将织物置于酶溶液中,浴比为1:9-11,酶洗,灭酶,排液后,水清冲洗,烘干,备用。
2.根据权利要求1所述的耐磨柔软牛仔面料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述的生物酶洗中酶溶液的pH值为6-6.5,酶洗温度为75-80℃,时间为60-80min。
3.根据权利要求1所述的耐磨柔软牛仔面料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述的生物酶洗中酶溶液中各成分浓度为:纤维素酶1-2g/L、果胶酶1-2g/L、渗透剂0.8-1g/L、活性多肽0.01-0.02g/L、防污剂0.4-0.5g/L。
4.根据权利要求3所述的耐磨柔软牛仔面料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述的生物酶洗中活性多肽的氨基酸序列为HSHCRCLRCRVLHPGCVNCYRCSR。
5.根据权利要求1所述的耐磨柔软牛仔面料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述的棉/PBT包芯纱的纺制中纺纱机设置参数为:芯纱根数为2-3根、预牵伸倍数为1-1.2倍、捻系数为380-400。
6.根据权利要求1所述的耐磨柔软牛仔面料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述的织物的织造中经纱为纯棉股线,纬纱为棉/PBT包芯纱。
7.根据权利要求1所述的耐磨柔软牛仔面料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述的织物的织造中纯棉股线前期进行了蒸汽定捻。
8.根据权利要求1所述的耐磨柔软牛仔面料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述的织物的织造中经密为310-320根/10cm,纬密为185-195根/10cm。
9.根据权利要求1所述的耐磨柔软牛仔面料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述的氨熏中氨熏流量为800-1000L/min,车速为10-12m/s。
10.耐磨柔软牛仔面料,其特征在于:所述的牛仔面料由权利要求1-9中任一权利要求所述生产方法制得。
