本发明涉及面料设计领域，特别是涉及一种斜纹印花复合面料。
背景技术
印花布因为涂料的印制相对简单，所需的工艺最少，拥有丰富的颜色，可用于所有的纺织纤维。它们的耐光牢度和耐干洗牢度良好，现有的印花面料在环保等级上还需要改进。
发明内容
本发明主要是针对现有技术的不足，提供了一种斜纹印花复合面料，在染色和印花过程中，将染料的活性基团与纤维分子混合，使得染料和纤维形成一个整体，印染出的产品，环保，甲醛含量低，色泽鲜亮，色牢度也比较好，手感柔软，印花部位也不粘手。
为了解决上述问题，本发明提供以下技术方案：
一种斜纹印花复合面料，其特征在于，包括：衬布本体层、印花里层和印花表层，所述基布本体层由经线和纬线交错编织制成斜纹纹，所述的经线密度为30-40cm，所述的纬线密度为45-50根/cm，所述印花里层由活性染料混合棉麻纤维、动物蛋白纤维和涤纶纤维制成，所述印花表层上印有凸出的花纹图案。
作为本发明的一优选实施例，所述印花表层还添加了防静电剂。
作为本发明的一优选实施例，所述的纬线直径为25微米。
作为本发明的一优选实施例，其特征在于所述的经线直径为20微米，所述的纬线直径为22微米。。
作为本发明的一优选实施例，所述印花里层中棉麻纤维、动物蛋白纤维和涤纶纤维的质量比为：4:3:2.5。
作为本发明的一优选实施例，所述动物蛋白纤维包括甲壳纤维、蚕丝纤维或羊毛纤维。
