背景技术
印花布因为涂料的印制相对简单,所需的工艺最少,拥有丰富的颜色,可用于所有的纺织纤维。它们的耐光牢度和耐干洗牢度良好,甚至称得上优秀,如果将印花面料同时满足了荧光功能,将会有很好的市场前景。

为了解决上述问题,本发明提供以下技术方案:
一种荧光印花复合面料,其特征在于,包括:基布本体层、中间印花层和表面装饰层,所述基布本体层由经线和纬线交错编织制成缎纹,所述的经线直径为22微米,所述的纬线直径为25微米,所述中间印花层由DTY长丝纤维、精梳棉纤维、荧光纤维混合编织而成,所述表面装饰层采用涤纶纤维和棉纤维材料。
作为本发明的一优选实施例,所述的经线密度为30-45根/cm,所述的纬线密度为48-55根/cm。
作为本发明的一优选实施例,所述的经线密度为38根/cm,所述的纬线密度为50根/cm。
作为本发明的一优选实施例,所述中间印花层中DTY长丝纤维、精梳棉纤维、荧光纤维的质量比为4:3:3.5。
作为本发明的一优选实施例,所述中间印花层的表面设置有凸起的花纹图案。
作为本发明的一优选实施例,所述中间印花层和表面装饰层中间还设置有热熔胶层。

3.根据权利要求1所述的荧光印花复合面料,其特征在于,所述的经线密度为38根/cm,所述的纬线密度为50根/cm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的荧光印花复合面料,其特征在于,所述中间印花层中DTY长丝纤维、精梳棉纤维、荧光纤维的质量比为4:3:3.5。
