本发明公开了一种夜间可视的面料，包括面料内层、面料中层和面料外层，所述的面料内层包括棉、大豆纤维和涤纶，通过混合纺织方式编织，所述的面料中层是麻，通过纬编纺织方式编织，所述的面料外层包括醋酸纤维、灰纱和低弹涤纶丝，通过单面纬编针织方式编织，所述的面料内层通过粘胶纤维粘接在所述的面料中层上，所述的面料中层通过粘胶纤维粘接在所述的面料外层上，利用数码印花方式将反光油墨喷印到所述的面料外层。通过上述方式，本发明夜间可视的面料通过混纺方式编织面料，并利用先进的喷染技术完成面料的印染，具有较强的柔韧性，印花图案不易磨损，美观实用。

一种夜间可视的面料
技术领域
本发明涉及印花面料领域，特别是涉及一种夜间可视的面料。
背景技术
在现有的针织面料中，很多是在面料上印染各种颜色和花纹的图片，称之为印花面料，保证在使用过程中，防止印花的磨损是需要解决的问题，而通常印染面料制成的成衣只是单纯的保暖作用，现在也有越来越多的其他功能的成衣。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种夜间可视的面料，通过混纺方式编织面料，并利用先进的喷染技术完成面料的印染，具有较强的柔韧性，印花图案不易磨损，美观实用。
为解决上述技术问题，本发明采用的一个技术方案是：
提供一种夜间可视的面料，包括面料内层、面料中层和面料外层，所述的面料内层包括棉、大豆纤维和涤纶，通过混合纺织方式编织，所述的面料中层是麻，通过纬编纺织方式编织，所述的面料外层包括醋酸纤维、灰纱和低弹涤纶丝，通过单面纬编针织方式编织，所述的面料内层通过粘胶纤维粘接在所述的面料中层上，所述的面料中层通过粘胶纤维粘接在所述的面料外层上，利用数码印花方式将反光油墨喷印到所述的面料外层。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中，所述灰纱密度为40tex。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中，所述的涤纶是熔融纺丝制成。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中，所述的醋酸纤维是干法纺丝制成。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中，所述的棉在所述的面料内层占重量份为5-7份。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中，所述的醋酸纤维在所述的面料外层占重量份为3-5份。
本发明的有益效果是：提供一种夜间可视的面料，通过混纺方式编织面料，并利用先进的喷染技术完成面料的印染，具有较强的柔韧性，印花图案不易磨损，美观实用。

本发明夜间可视的面料的有益效果是：提供一种夜间可视的面料，通过混纺方式编织面料，并利用先进的喷染技术完成面料的印染，具有较强的柔韧性，印花图案不易磨损，美观实用。

1.一种夜间可视的面料，其特征在于，包括：面料内层、面料中层和面料外层，所述的面料内层包括棉、大豆纤维和涤纶，通过混合纺织方式编织，所述的面料中层是麻，通过纬编纺织方式编织，所述的面料外层包括醋酸纤维、灰纱和低弹涤纶丝，通过单面纬编针织方式编织，所述的面料内层通过粘胶纤维粘接在所述的面料中层上，所述的面料中层通过粘胶纤维粘接在所述的面料外层上，利用数码印花方式将反光油墨喷印到所述的面料外层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的夜间可视的面料，其特征在于，所述灰纱密度为40tex。
3.根据权利要求1所述的夜间可视的面料，其特征在于，所述的涤纶是熔融纺丝制成。
4.根据权利要求1所述的夜间可视的面料，其特征在于，所述的醋酸纤维是干法纺丝制成。
