Abstract
本发明涉及一种治疗风湿骨病的药酒，所述药酒的配方中包括多种天然中草药并进行适当重量配比，各药物组分经白酒浸泡后，药物中的有效成分被浸提出来，药物中的有效成分溶出率高，且在制备过程中，各组分之间得以充分的混合接触，使得各组分药效得以充分发挥；在各药物组分的协同作用下，本发明所述药酒具有活血化瘀、祛风通络、解毒消肿、清热凉血、强筋骨的功效，可用于治疗各种风湿性关节炎、类风湿性关节炎、颈椎病、脊椎病、肩周炎等风湿骨病，治疗范围广，起效快，疗效好。

技术领域
本发明属于药酒领域，具体涉及一种治疗风湿骨痛的药酒及其制备方法。
背景技术
风湿和类风湿骨关节病是一切风湿和类风湿骨关节病变疾病的总称，包括13大类100多种疾患，是医学领域中最为庞大的一个类别，类风湿关节炎的系统性红斑狼疮、硬皮病、多发性肌炎、皮肌炎、干燥综合症、百塞综合症、强直性脊柱炎、痛风性关节炎、骨质性关节炎、化脓性关节炎、坐骨神经痛、关节肌萎缩、骨质增生、腰椎间盘突出、肢体性麻木、全身性的游走、骨蒸劳热、四肢全身性怕风、怕冷等上百种之多均属于风湿骨病。
风湿和类风湿骨关节是一种病因未明、滑膜炎为主的系统性、缠绵难愈的慢性全身性疾病。据统计表明，造成劳动力下降致残的第一类疾病，就是风湿骨关节病、肿瘤、心脏病。10％的病人生活不能自理，造成身体畸形，致残率也高，轻则致残，重则致死。其特征是手足骨多关节炎症，经常伴有关节外器官受累及血清类风湿因子阳性，关节畸形及功能丧失等。
现有技术中，用于治疗风湿和类风湿骨关节病治疗的内服或外用药物非常多，虽然大多能起到一定的治疗作用，但功能非常单一，效果不够全面。特别是外用药，虽然比口服药更安全，风险更小，但其推广应用却因为见效慢、治疗范围窄等不足而受到限制。
发明内容
为了解决现有技术存在的上述问题，本发明提供了一种治疗范围广、疗效好、见效快的治疗风湿骨病的药酒及其制备方法。
本发明所采用的技术方案为：
一种治疗风湿骨病的药酒，原料组分包括：
党参25-45重量份、大枣25-45重量份、茯苓25-45重量份、防风20-40重量份、鸡血藤20-40重量份、麻黄20-40重量份、威灵仙8-12重量份、徐常卿8-12重量份、黄芩15-35重量份、栀子15-35重量份、桂枝15-35重量份、桑枝10-20重量份、桑寄生10-20重量份、牛膝10-20重量份、杜仲8-12重量份、淫羊霍8-12重量份、熟地8-12重量份、白酒1000-5000重量份。
进一步优选所述治疗风湿骨病的药酒的原料组分包括：党参30-40重量份、大枣30-40重量份、茯苓30-40重量份、防风25-35重量份、鸡血藤25-35重量份、麻黄25-35重量份、威灵仙9-11重量份、徐常卿9-11重量份、黄芩20-30重量份、栀子20-30重量份、桂枝20-30重量份、桑枝12-18重量份、桑寄生12-18重量份、牛膝12-18重量份、杜仲9-11重量份、淫羊霍9-11重量份、熟地9-11重量份、白酒2000-4000重量份。
进一步优选所述治疗风湿骨病的药酒的原料组分包括：党参35重量份、大枣35重量份、茯苓35重量份、防风30重量份、鸡血藤30重量份、麻黄30重量份、威灵仙10重量份、徐常卿10重量份、黄芩25重量份、栀子25重量份、桂枝25重量份、桑枝15重量份、桑寄生15重量份、牛膝15重量份、杜仲10重量份、淫羊霍10重量份、熟地10重量份、白酒3000重量份。
一种制备所述治疗风湿骨病药酒的方法，包括如下步骤：
(1)分别取党参、大枣、茯苓、防风、鸡血藤，经分别干燥、粉碎处理后，得到上述各原料细粉，将所述各原料的细粉进行充分混合，得到第一混合料，待用；
(2)向步骤(1)所述第一混合料中加入第一有机溶剂并在40-80℃回流提取1-2h，回收第一有机溶剂后得到提取液；将所述提取液依次进行过滤、浓缩、干燥、粉碎处理，得到第一预混料，待用；
(3)分别取麻黄、威灵仙、徐常卿、黄芩、栀子，经分别干燥、粉碎处理后，得到上述各原料的细粉，将所述各原料的细粉进行充分混合，得到第二混合料，待用；
(4)向步骤(3)所述第二混合料中加入水进行蒸煮蒸馏，收取蒸馏液，将所述蒸馏液依次进行过滤、浓缩、干燥、粉碎处理，得到第二预混料，待用；
(5)分别取桂枝、桑枝、桑寄生、牛膝、杜仲、淫羊霍、熟地，经分别干燥、粉碎处理后，得到上述各原料的细粉，将所述各原料的细粉进行充分混合，得到第三混合料，待用；
(6)向步骤(5)所述第三混合料加入第二有机溶剂并在60-90℃回流提取1-2h，回收第二有机溶剂后得到提取液；将所述提取液依次进行过滤、浓缩、干燥、粉碎处理，得到第三预混料，待用；
(7)将步骤(2)所述第一预混料、步骤(4)第二预混料、步骤(6)第三预混料进行充分混合，加入所述白酒进行密封浸泡1-3个月，过滤弃渣，即得所述治疗风湿骨病的药酒。
步骤(1)中，所述各原料的细粉的粒度均为110-130目；步骤(2)中，所述第一有机溶剂为体积浓度50-70％的乙醇；所述第一混合料的质量与所述第一有机溶剂的体积之比为1:10-1:20g/ml。
步骤(2)中，进行所述回流提取之前，先将所述第一混合料在所述第一有机溶剂中进行浸泡5-15min。
步骤(3)中，所述各原料的细粉的粒度均为110-130目；步骤(4)中，所述第二混合料与水的质量比为1:6-1:9。
步骤(4)中，进行所述蒸煮蒸馏前，先将所述第二混合料在水中进行浸泡3-6h。
步骤(5)中，所述各原料的细粉的粒度均为110-130目；步骤(6)中，所述第二有机溶剂为体积浓度70-90％的乙醇；所述第三混合料的质量与所述第二有机溶剂的体积之比为1:5-1:15g/ml。
步骤(6)中，进行所述回流提取之前，先将所述第三混合料在所述第二有机溶剂中进行浸泡15-25min。
为了便于理解本发明，下面对本发明中的原料及药效作进一步阐述。
党参，味平，性甘。补中，益气，生津。治脾胃虚弱，气血两亏，体倦无力，食少，口渴，久泻，脱肛。
大枣，味甘，性温。补中益气，养血安神。用于脾虚食少，乏力便溏，妇人脏躁。
茯苓，味甘、淡，性平。利水渗湿，健脾，宁心。用于水肿尿少，痰饮眩悸，脾虚食少，便溏泄泻，心神不安，惊悸失眠。
防风，味辛、甘，性微温。用于外感表证，风疹瘙痒，风湿痹痛，破伤风正，脾虚湿盛。
鸡血藤，味苦、微甘，性温。具有活血舒筋，养血调经的功效；主治风湿痹痛，手足麻木，肢体瘫痪，月经不调，经行不畅，痛经，经闭，白细胞减少症。
麻黄，味辛、微苦，性温。发汗散寒、宣肺平喘、利水消肿。用治风寒感冒、胸闷喘咳、风水浮肿、支气管哮喘。
威灵仙，味辛、咸，性温。祛风除湿、通络止痛。用治风湿痹痛、肢体麻木、筋脉拘挛、屈伸不利、骨鲠咽喉。具有镇痛、抗疟，降血糖，利胆，增强食管蠕动，软化鱼骨刺，松弛咽、食道及肠平滑肌等作用。
徐常卿，味辛，性温。祛风化湿、行气通络。具有镇静、镇痛、解热作用；可降压、抗心肌缺血、抗心律失常；降低血脂、抗动脉粥样硬化；抑制血小板聚集及抗血栓形成；抗炎和抗变态；使回肠张力下降、抑制胃肠蠕动；对肝微粒体代谢和子宫收缩有抑制作用；抗早孕作用。
黄芩，味苦，性寒。清热燥湿、泻火解毒、止血、安胎。用治湿温、暑温胸闷呕恶、湿热痞满、泻痢、黄疸、肺热咳嗽、高热烦渴、血热吐衄、痈肿疮毒、胎动不安。
栀子，味苦，性寒。泻火除烦、清热利尿、凉血解毒；外用消肿止痛。用治温病热郁心胸，心烦、郁闷、躁扰不宁、睡眠不安；肝胆湿热郁结、黄疸、发热、小便短赤；血热妄行之吐血、衄血、尿血、跌打损伤、烫伤、烧伤等。
桂枝，味辛、甘，性温。发表解肌、温经通脉、助阳化气、平冲降气。用治风寒感冒、脘腹冷痛、血寒经闭、关节痹痛、痰饮、水肿、心悸、奔豚。
桑枝，味微苦，性平。有祛风湿，利关节的作用。用于风湿痹病，肩臂、关节酸痛麻木。
桑寄生，味苦、甘，性平。补肝肾、强筋骨、祛风湿、安胎元。用治风湿痹痛、腰膝酸软、筋骨无力、崩漏经多、妊娠漏血、胎动不安、高血压。
牛膝，味苦、酸，性平。补肝肾、强筋骨、逐瘀通经、引血下行。用治腰膝酸痛、筋骨无力、经闭癥瘕、肝阳眩晕。
杜仲，味甘，性温。补肝肾、强筋骨、安胎。用治肾虚腰痛、筋骨无力、妊娠漏血、胎动不安、高血压症。
淫羊霍，味辛、甘，性温。补肾阳、强筋骨、祛风湿。用治阳痿遗精、筋骨痿软、风湿痹痛、麻木拘挛；更年期高血压。
熟地，味甘，性微温。补血滋阴，益精填髓。心悸怔忡，月经不调，崩漏下血，肝肾阴虚，腰膝酸软，骨蒸潮热，盗汗遗精，内热消渴，眩晕，耳鸣，须发早白。

实施例1
本实施例提供一种治疗风湿骨病的药酒，原料组分包括：
党参25重量份、大枣45重量份、茯苓25重量份、防风40重量份、鸡血藤20重量份、麻黄40重量份、威灵仙8重量份、徐常卿12重量份、黄芩15重量份、栀子35重量份、桂枝15重量份、桑枝20重量份、桑寄生10重量份、牛膝20重量份、杜仲8重量份、淫羊霍12重量份、熟地8重量份、白酒5000重量份。
一种制备所述治疗风湿骨病的药酒的方法，包括如下步骤：
(1)分别取党参、大枣、茯苓、防风、鸡血藤，经分别干燥、粉碎处理后，得到粒度均为110目的上述各原料细粉，将所述各原料的细粉进行充分混合，得到第一混合料，待用；
(2)向步骤(1)所述第一混合料中加入体积浓度为50％的乙醇并在40℃回流提取2h，所述第一混合料的质量与乙醇的体积之比为1:10g/ml，回收乙醇后得到提取液；将所述提取液依次进行过滤、浓缩、干燥、粉碎处理，得到第一预混料，待用；
(3)分别取麻黄、威灵仙、徐常卿、黄芩、栀子，经分别干燥、粉碎处理后，得到粒度均为110目的上述各原料的细粉，将所述各原料的细粉进行充分混合，得到第二混合料，待用；
(4)向步骤(3)所述第二混合料中加入6倍质量水进行蒸煮蒸馏，收取蒸馏液，将所述蒸馏液依次进行过滤、浓缩、干燥、粉碎处理，得到第二预混料，待用；
(5)分别取桂枝、桑枝、桑寄生、牛膝、杜仲、淫羊霍、熟地，经分别干燥、粉碎处理后，得到粒度均为110目的上述各原料的细粉，将所述各原料的细粉进行充分混合，得到第三混合料，待用；
(6)向步骤(5)所述第三混合料加入体积浓度70％的乙醇并在60℃回流提取2h，所述第三混合料的质量与乙醇的体积之比为1:5g/ml，回收乙醇后得到提取液；将所述提取液依次进行过滤、浓缩、干燥、粉碎处理，得到第三预混料，待用；
(7)将步骤(2)所述第一预混料、步骤(4)第二预混料、步骤(6)第三预混料进行充分混合，加入所述白酒进行密封浸泡1个月，过滤弃渣，即得所述治疗风湿骨病的药酒。
实施例2
本实施例提供一种治疗风湿骨病的药酒，原料组分包括：
党参45重量份、大枣25重量份、茯苓45重量份、防风20重量份、鸡血藤40重量份、麻黄20重量份、威灵仙12重量份、徐常卿8重量份、黄芩35重量份、栀子15重量份、桂枝35重量份、桑枝10重量份、桑寄生20重量份、牛膝10重量份、杜仲12重量份、淫羊霍8重量份、熟地12重量份、白酒1000重量份。
一种制备所述治疗风湿骨病的药酒的方法，包括如下步骤：
(1)分别取党参、大枣、茯苓、防风、鸡血藤，经分别干燥、粉碎处理后，得到粒度均为130目的上述各原料细粉，将所述各原料的细粉进行充分混合，得到第一混合料，待用；
(2)向步骤(1)所述第一混合料中加入体积浓度为70％的乙醇，所述第一混合料的质量与乙醇的体积之比为1:20g/ml，先将所述第一混合料在乙醇中进行浸泡5min，再在80℃回流提取1h，回收乙醇后得到提取液；将所述提取液依次进行过滤、浓缩、干燥、粉碎处理，得到第一预混料，待用；
(3)分别取麻黄、威灵仙、徐常卿、黄芩、栀子，经分别干燥、粉碎处理后，得到粒度均为130目的上述各原料的细粉，将所述各原料的细粉进行充分混合，得到第二混合料，待用；
(4)向步骤(3)所述第二混合料中加入9倍质量水，先将所述第二混合料在水中进行浸泡3h，再进行蒸煮蒸馏，收取蒸馏液，将所述蒸馏液依次进行过滤、浓缩、干燥、粉碎处理，得到第二预混料，待用；
(5)分别取桂枝、桑枝、桑寄生、牛膝、杜仲、淫羊霍、熟地，经分别干燥、粉碎处理后，得到粒度均为130目的上述各原料的细粉，将所述各原料的细粉进行充分混合，得到第三混合料，待用；
(6)向步骤(5)所述第三混合料加入体积浓度90％的乙醇，所述第三混合料的质量与乙醇的体积之比为1:15g/ml，先将所述第三混合料在乙醇中进行浸泡15min，再在90℃回流提取1h，回收乙醇后得到提取液；将所述提取液依次进行过滤、浓缩、干燥、粉碎处理，得到第三预混料，待用；
(7)将步骤(2)所述第一预混料、步骤(4)第二预混料、步骤(6)第三预混料进行充分混合，加入所述白酒进行密封浸泡3个月，过滤弃渣，即得所述治疗风湿骨病的药酒。

本实施例提供一种治疗风湿骨病的药酒，原料组分包括：
党参30重量份、大枣40重量份、茯苓30重量份、防风35重量份、鸡血藤25重量份、麻黄35重量份、威灵仙9重量份、徐常卿11重量份、黄芩20重量份、栀子30重量份、桂枝20重量份、桑枝18重量份、桑寄生12重量份、牛膝18重量份、杜仲9重量份、淫羊霍11重量份、熟地9重量份、白酒4000重量份。
一种制备所述治疗风湿骨病的药酒的方法，包括如下步骤：
(1)分别取党参、大枣、茯苓、防风、鸡血藤，经分别干燥、粉碎处理后，得到粒度均为120目的上述各原料细粉，将所述各原料的细粉进行充分混合，得到第一混合料，待用；
(2)向步骤(1)所述第一混合料中加入体积浓度为60％的乙醇，所述第一混合料的质量与乙醇的体积之比为1:15g/ml，先将所述第一混合料在乙醇中进行浸泡15min，再在60℃回流提取1.5h，回收乙醇后得到提取液；将所述提取液依次进行过滤、浓缩、干燥、粉碎处理，得到第一预混料，待用；
(3)分别取麻黄、威灵仙、徐常卿、黄芩、栀子，经分别干燥、粉碎处理后，得到粒度均为120目的上述各原料的细粉，将所述各原料的细粉进行充分混合，得到第二混合料，待用；
(4)向步骤(3)所述第二混合料中加入8倍质量水，先将所述第二混合料在水中进行浸泡5h，再进行蒸煮蒸馏，收取蒸馏液，将所述蒸馏液依次进行过滤、浓缩、干燥、粉碎处理，得到第二预混料，待用；
(5)分别取桂枝、桑枝、桑寄生、牛膝、杜仲、淫羊霍、熟地，经分别干燥、粉碎处理后，得到粒度均为120目的上述各原料的细粉，将所述各原料的细粉进行充分混合，得到第三混合料，待用；
(6)向步骤(5)所述第三混合料加入体积浓度80％的乙醇，所述第三混合料的质量与乙醇的体积之比为1:10g/ml，先将所述第三混合料在乙醇中进行浸泡25min，再在75℃回流提取1.5h，回收乙醇后得到提取液；将所述提取液依次进行过滤、浓缩、干燥、粉碎处理，得到第三预混料，待用；
(7)将步骤(2)所述第一预混料、步骤(4)第二预混料、步骤(6)第三预混料进行充分混合，加入所述白酒进行密封浸泡2个月，过滤弃渣，即得所述治疗风湿骨病的药酒。

一种制备所述治疗风湿骨病的药酒的方法，包括如下步骤：
(1)分别取党参、大枣、茯苓、防风、鸡血藤，经分别干燥、粉碎处理后，得到粒度均为120目的上述各原料细粉，将所述各原料的细粉进行充分混合，得到第一混合料，待用；
(2)向步骤(1)所述第一混合料中加入体积浓度为50％的乙醇，所述第一混合料的质量与乙醇的体积之比为1:10g/ml，先将所述第一混合料在乙醇中进行浸泡5min，再在40℃回流提取2h，回收乙醇后得到提取液；将所述提取液依次进行过滤、浓缩、干燥、粉碎处理，得到第一预混料，待用；
(3)分别取麻黄、威灵仙、徐常卿、黄芩、栀子，经分别干燥、粉碎处理后，得到粒度均为110目的上述各原料的细粉，将所述各原料的细粉进行充分混合，得到第二混合料，待用；
(4)向步骤(3)所述第二混合料中加入6倍质量水，先将所述第二混合料在水中进行浸泡3h，再进行蒸煮蒸馏，收取蒸馏液，将所述蒸馏液依次进行过滤、浓缩、干燥、粉碎处理，得到第二预混料，待用；
(5)分别取桂枝、桑枝、桑寄生、牛膝、杜仲、淫羊霍、熟地，经分别干燥、粉碎处理后，得到粒度均为110目的上述各原料的细粉，将所述各原料的细粉进行充分混合，得到第三混合料，待用；
(6)向步骤(5)所述第三混合料加入体积浓度70％的乙醇，所述第三混合料的质量与乙醇的体积之比为1:5g/ml，先将所述第三混合料在乙醇中进行浸泡15min，再在60℃回流提取2h，回收乙醇后得到提取液；将所述提取液依次进行过滤、浓缩、干燥、粉碎处理，得到第三预混料，待用；
(7)将步骤(2)所述第一预混料、步骤(4)第二预混料、步骤(6)第三预混料进行充分混合，加入所述白酒进行密封浸泡2个月，过滤弃渣，即得所述治疗风湿骨病的药酒。
实施例5
本实施例提供一种治疗风湿骨病的药酒，原料组分包括：
党参35重量份、大枣35重量份、茯苓35重量份、防风30重量份、鸡血藤30重量份、麻黄30重量份、威灵仙10重量份、徐常卿10重量份、黄芩25重量份、栀子25重量份、桂枝25重量份、桑枝15重量份、桑寄生15重量份、牛膝15重量份、杜仲10重量份、淫羊霍10重量份、熟地10重量份、白酒3000重量份。
一种制备所述治疗风湿骨病的药酒的方法，包括如下步骤：
(1)分别取党参、大枣、茯苓、防风、鸡血藤，经分别干燥、粉碎处理后，得到粒度均为130目的上述各原料细粉，将所述各原料的细粉进行充分混合，得到第一混合料，待用；
(2)向步骤(1)所述第一混合料中加入体积浓度为70％的乙醇，所述第一混合料的质量与乙醇的体积之比为1:20g/ml，先将所述第一混合料在乙醇中进行浸泡15min，再在80℃回流提取1h，回收乙醇后得到提取液；将所述提取液依次进行过滤、浓缩、干燥、粉碎处理，得到第一预混料，待用；
(3)分别取麻黄、威灵仙、徐常卿、黄芩、栀子，经分别干燥、粉碎处理后，得到粒度均为130目的上述各原料的细粉，将所述各原料的细粉进行充分混合，得到第二混合料，待用；
(4)向步骤(3)所述第二混合料中加入9倍质量水，先将所述第二混合料在水中进行浸泡6h，再进行蒸煮蒸馏，收取蒸馏液，将所述蒸馏液依次进行过滤、浓缩、干燥、粉碎处理，得到第二预混料，待用；
(5)分别取桂枝、桑枝、桑寄生、牛膝、杜仲、淫羊霍、熟地，经分别干燥、粉碎处理后，得到粒度均为130目的上述各原料的细粉，将所述各原料的细粉进行充分混合，得到第三混合料，待用；
(6)向步骤(5)所述第三混合料加入体积浓度90％的乙醇，所述第三混合料的质量与乙醇的体积之比为1:15g/ml，先将所述第三混合料在乙醇中进行浸泡25min，再在90℃回流提取1h，回收乙醇后得到提取液；将所述提取液依次进行过滤、浓缩、干燥、粉碎处理，得到第三预混料，待用；
(7)将步骤(2)所述第一预混料、步骤(4)第二预混料、步骤(6)第三预混料进行充分混合，加入所述白酒进行密封浸泡2个月，过滤弃渣，即得所述治疗风湿骨病的药酒。
本发明所述治疗风湿骨病药酒的使用方法：外用涂抹，一日3次，每次20-30分钟。
本发明所述的治疗风湿骨病的药酒，配方中包括多种天然中草药并进行适当重量配比，各药物组分经白酒浸泡后，药物中的有效成分被浸提出来，药物中的有效成分溶出率高，且在制备过程中，各组分之间得以充分的混合接触，使得各组分药效得以充分发挥；在各药物组分的协同作用下，本发明所述药酒具有活血化瘀、祛风通络、解毒消肿、清热凉血、强筋骨的功效，可用于治疗各种风湿性关节炎、类风湿性关节炎、颈椎病、脊椎病、肩周炎等风湿骨病，治疗范围广，起效快，疗效好。

1.一种治疗风湿骨病的药酒，其特征在于，原料组分包括：
党参25-45重量份、大枣25-45重量份、茯苓25-45重量份、防风20-40重量份、鸡血藤20-40重量份、麻黄20-40重量份、威灵仙8-12重量份、徐常卿8-12重量份、黄芩15-35重量份、栀子15-35重量份、桂枝15-35重量份、桑枝10-20重量份、桑寄生10-20重量份、牛膝10-20重量份、杜仲8-12重量份、淫羊霍8-12重量份、熟地8-12重量份、白酒1000-5000重量份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的治疗风湿骨病的药酒，其特征在于，原料组分包括：
党参30-40重量份、大枣30-40重量份、茯苓30-40重量份、防风25-35重量份、鸡血藤25-35重量份、麻黄25-35重量份、威灵仙9-11重量份、徐常卿9-11重量份、黄芩20-30重量份、栀子20-30重量份、桂枝20-30重量份、桑枝12-18重量份、桑寄生12-18重量份、牛膝12-18重量份、杜仲9-11重量份、淫羊霍9-11重量份、熟地9-11重量份、白酒2000-4000重量份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的治疗风湿骨病的药酒，其特征在于，原料组分包括：党参35重量份、大枣35重量份、茯苓35重量份、防风30重量份、鸡血藤30重量份、麻黄30重量份、威灵仙10重量份、徐常卿10重量份、黄芩25重量份、栀子25重量份、桂枝25重量份、桑枝15重量份、桑寄生15重量份、牛膝15重量份、杜仲10重量份、淫羊霍10重量份、熟地10重量份、白酒3000重量份。
4.一种制备权利要求1-3任一项所述治疗风湿骨病的药酒的方法，其特征在于，包括如下步骤：
(1)分别取党参、大枣、茯苓、防风、鸡血藤，经分别干燥、粉碎处理后，得到上述各原料细粉，将所述各原料的细粉进行充分混合，得到第一混合料，待用；
(2)向步骤(1)所述第一混合料中加入第一有机溶剂并在40-80℃回流提取1-2h，回收第一有机溶剂后得到提取液；将所述提取液依次进行过滤、浓缩、干燥、粉碎处理，得到第一预混料，待用；
(3)分别取麻黄、威灵仙、徐常卿、黄芩、栀子，经分别干燥、粉碎处理后，得到上述各原料的细粉，将所述各原料的细粉进行充分混合，得到第二混合料，待用；
(4)向步骤(3)所述第二混合料中加入水进行蒸煮蒸馏，收取蒸馏液，将所述蒸馏液依次进行过滤、浓缩、干燥、粉碎处理，得到第二预混料，待用；
(5)分别取桂枝、桑枝、桑寄生、牛膝、杜仲、淫羊霍、熟地，经分别干燥、粉碎处理后，得到上述各原料的细粉，将所述各原料的细粉进行充分混合，得到第三混合料，待用；
(6)向步骤(5)所述第三混合料加入第二有机溶剂并在60-90℃回流提取1-2h，回收第二有机溶剂后得到提取液；将所述提取液依次进行过滤、浓缩、干燥、粉碎处理，得到第三预混料，待用；
(7)将步骤(2)所述第一预混料、步骤(4)第二预混料、步骤(6)第三预混料进行充分混合，加入所述白酒进行密封浸泡1-3个月，过滤弃渣，即得所述治疗风湿骨病的药酒。
5.根据权利要求4所述治疗风湿骨病的药酒的方法，其特征在于，步骤(1)中，所述各原料的细粉的粒度均为110-130目；步骤(2)中，所述第一有机溶剂为体积浓度50-70％的乙醇；所述第一混合料的质量与所述第一有机溶剂的体积之比为1:10-1:20g/ml。
6.根据权利要求4所述治疗风湿骨病的药酒的方法，其特征在于，步骤(2)中，进行所述回流提取之前，先将所述第一混合料在所述第一有机溶剂中进行浸泡5-15min。
7.根据权利要求4所述治疗风湿骨病的药酒的方法，其特征在于，步骤(3)中，所述各原料的细粉的粒度均为110-130目；步骤(4)中，所述第二混合料与水的质量比为1:6-1:9。
8.根据权利要求4所述治疗风湿骨病的药酒的方法，其特征在于，步骤(4)中，进行所述蒸煮蒸馏前，先将所述第二混合料在水中进行浸泡3-6h。
9.根据权利要求4所述治疗风湿骨病的药酒的方法，其特征在于，步骤(5)中，所述各原料的细粉的粒度均为110-130目；步骤(6)中，所述第二有机溶剂为体积浓度70-90％的乙醇；所述第三混合料的质量与所述第二有机溶剂的体积之比为1:5-1:15g/ml。
10.根据权利要求4所述治疗风湿骨病的药酒的方法，其特征在于，步骤(6)中，进行所述回流提取之前，先将所述第三混合料在所述第二有机溶剂中进行浸泡15-25min。
