Abstract

含精油生物质综合加工循环利用系统包括隧道式多功能连续化蒸馏萃取设备、薄膜离心式分离纯化设备、生物质燃料加工设备和生物质燃料燃烧供能设备。含精油生物质原料在隧道式蒸馏萃取设备中连续化萃取,获得初级精油或其他非挥发性活性成分;初级精油或其他非挥发性活性成分进入薄膜离心式分离纯化设备进行纯化,可获得高纯度目标产品;萃取后的生物质残渣在生物质燃料加工设备中经干燥、粉碎、造粒等过程,制成生物质燃料;生物质燃料一部分可以投放市场,另一部分在生物质燃料燃烧供能设备中燃烧,提供萃取和纯化过程所需能量;燃烧后剩余的灰烬可以作为碳基肥料投放市场。本发明可以用于生物有效成分提纯领域,实现物料的综合加工与循环利用。

含精油生物质综合加工循环利用系统
技术领域
本发明涉及一种含精油生物质综合加工循环利用系统。
背景技术
精油为从芳香植物的花、叶、茎、根或果实中,通过水蒸气蒸馏法、溶剂提取法、超声波辅助提取法或超临界流体萃取法等方法提取的挥发性芳香物质的总称。近年来植物提取物的功效得到越来越多人的认可,受到消费者的热捧。但是目前的萃取设备只能提取水溶性或者脂溶性的非挥发性成分,对于精油的提取需要特制的挥发油提取装置,而且对于生物质残渣没有合理的处理方式,这在一定程度上造成了资源浪费和不便。
发明内容
本发明为一种含精油生物质综合加工循环利用系统,不但能够满足一般植物有效成分的提纯,而且可以提纯精油,并且在此基础上还可以满足对生物质残渣的综合加工与循环利用。本发明所述含精油生物质综合加工循环利用系统,它主要由四部分组成,包括隧道式多功能连续化蒸馏萃取设备、薄膜离心式分离纯化设备、生物质燃料加工设备和生物质燃料燃烧供能设备;含精油生物质原料在隧道式蒸馏萃取设备中连续化萃取,获得初级精油或其他非挥发性活性成分;初级精油或其他非挥发性活性成分进入薄膜离心式分离纯化设备进行纯化,获得高纯度萜烯类化合物、酯类化合物、醛类化合物和黄酮类化合物等目标产品;萃取后的生物质残渣在生物质燃料加工设备中经干燥、粉碎、造粒等过程,制成生物质燃料;生物质燃料一部分可以投放市场销售,另一部分在生物质燃料燃烧供能设备中燃烧,提供萃取和纯化过程所需能量;生物质燃料燃烧后剩余的灰烬可以作为碳基肥料投放市场。
本发明可以用于生物有效成分提纯领域,完成非挥发性成分和挥发性成分的提纯,实现原料的综合加工与循环利用,避免资源浪费。

含精油生物质原料在隧道式蒸馏萃取设备中连续化萃取,获得初级精油或其他非挥发性活性成分;初级精油或其他非挥发性活性成分进入薄膜离心式分离纯化设备进行纯化,获得高纯度萜烯类化合物、酯类化合物、醛类化合物和黄酮类化合物等目标产品;萃取后的生物质残渣在生物质燃料加工设备中经干燥、粉碎、造粒等过程,制成生物质燃料;生物质燃料一部分可以投放市场销售,另一部分在生物质燃料燃烧供能设备中燃烧,提供萃取和纯化过程所需能量;生物质燃料燃烧后剩余的灰烬可以作为碳基肥料投放市场。

1.含精油生物质综合加工循环利用系统,其特征在于,它由四部分组成,包括隧道式多功能连续化蒸馏萃取设备、薄膜离心式分离纯化设备、生物质燃料加工设备和生物质燃料燃烧供能设备。
2.根据权利要求1所述的含精油生物质综合加工循环利用系统,其特征在于,含精油生物质原料在隧道式蒸馏萃取设备中连续化萃取,获得初级精油或其他非挥发性活性成分;初级精油或其他非挥发性活性成分进入薄膜离心式分离纯化设备进行纯化,获得高纯度萜烯类化合物、酯类化合物、醛类化合物和黄酮类化合物等目标产品;萃取后的生物质残渣在生物质燃料加工设备中经干燥、粉碎、造粒等过程,制成生物质燃料;生物质燃料一部分可以投放市场销售,另一部分在生物质燃料燃烧供能设备中燃烧,提供萃取和纯化过程所需能量;生物质燃料燃烧后剩余的灰烬可以作为碳基肥料投放市场。
3.根据权利要求1所述的含精油生物质综合加工循环利用系统,其特征在于,该系统产品类型多样化,可以生产植物精油、香精香料、活性物质单体、生物质燃料、碳基肥料等。
4.根据权利要求1所述的含精油生物质综合加工循环利用系统,其特征在于,该系统可以实现原料的循环利用,没有废弃物排出,环保节约。
