Abstract
本发明涉及一种滑板轮的制备工艺,该制备工艺采用注塑模进行注塑加工,即准备具有环形腔的注塑模,并在注塑模环形腔的表面喷涂脱模剂,再将含有弹性的聚氨酯材料通过浇注机灌注入环形腔,聚氨酯材料的灌注量为填充环形腔的量;浇注完毕后加热至80℃,使环形腔内的材料固化;固化结束后,进行脱模,最后,休整,成成品。本发明的优点在于:本发明滑板轮的制备工艺,通过采用注塑模注塑加工,避免脱模剂在模具型腔表面积聚成大颗粒,进而提高产品外观质量,同时降低模具型腔表面粗糙度,避免产品表面划伤,降低产品表面粗糙度。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于体育用品制备技术领域,特别涉及一种滑板轮的制备工艺。
背景技术
滑板项目可谓是极限运动历史的鼻祖,许多的极限运动项目均由滑板项目延伸而来。20世纪50年代末60年代初由冲浪运动演变而成的滑板运动,在而今已成为地球上最酷的运动。滑板的左右运动的控制主要由滑板轮或长板轮的避震器的形变来完成,通过人在滑板上的左右重心来控制滑板支架上的避震器的形变,以此来完成滑板轮方向的控制。
因此,滑板轮的质量直接影响到滑板的性能及质量,现有滑板轮的制备,一般是通过将聚氨酯材料灌注到塑料模具中,进行注塑加工;但该制备方法存在一定的缺陷:塑料模具型腔表面的粗糙度太高,易使加工产品表面划伤,影响产品的外观质量及增加产品表面的粗糙度。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种滑板轮的制备工艺,以解决上述技术问题。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的技术方案为:一种滑板轮的制备工艺,其创新点在于:所述制备工艺采用注塑模进行注塑加工,其具体步骤如下:
(1)准备具有环形腔的注塑模,并在注塑模环形腔的表面喷涂粒径为0.6~0.8µm的脱模剂,在注塑模环形腔的表面形成一层薄膜;
(2)将含有弹性的聚氨酯材料通过浇注机灌注入环形腔,聚氨酯材料的灌注量为填充环形腔的量,注塑压力为6~8MPa,注塑速率为8~12m/s;
(3)聚氨酯材灌注料完毕后加热至80℃,使环形腔内的材料固化;固化结束后,进行脱模,最后,休整,成成品。
进一步地,所述脱模剂为硅油型脱模剂,该硅油型脱模剂粘度为180~200mPa・s,表面张力为18~20N/m,且硅油型脱模剂中甲基占总质量的39.55%。
本发明的优点在于:本发明滑板轮的制备工艺,通过采用注塑模注塑加工,注塑速率控制在8~12m/s,注射速率高,制品的表面粗糙度低,强度较高,但过高的注射速率会使气泡偏多,影响制品的外观;固化温度控制在80℃,固化温度太低,聚氨酯材料成型的制品有缺料现象,温度太高,会使聚氨酯材料发生降解,最终成型的制品性能变差,特别会使制品表面出现色差、颜色不一致。
具体实施方式
本发明滑板轮的制备工艺,该制备工艺采用注塑模进行注塑加工,其具体步骤如下:
(1)准备具有环形腔的注塑模,并在注塑模环形腔的表面喷涂粒径为0.6~0.8µm的脱模剂,在注塑模环形腔的表面形成一层薄膜;
(2)将含有弹性的聚氨酯材料通过浇注机灌注入环形腔,聚氨酯材料的灌注量为填充环形腔的量,注塑压力为6~8MPa,注塑速率为8~12m/s;
(3)聚氨酯材灌注料完毕后加热至80℃,使环形腔内的材料固化;固化结束后,进行脱模,最后,休整,成成品。
作为实施例,更具体地实施方式为注塑模为铝模,脱模剂为硅油型脱模剂,该硅油型脱模剂粘度为180~200mPa・s, 表面张力为18~20N/m,且硅油型脱模剂中甲基占总质量的39.55%。
实施例1
本实施以25Φ避震器为例,该滑板避震器通过以下步骤制备而成:
(1)准备具有环形腔的注塑模,并在注塑模环形腔的表面喷涂粒径为0.5µm的脱模剂,且该脱模剂为粘度为180mPa・s, 表面张力为20N/m的硅油型脱模剂,在注塑模环形腔的表面形成一层薄膜;
(2)将含有弹性的聚氨酯材料通过浇注机灌注入环形腔,聚氨酯材料的灌注量为填充环形腔的量,注塑压力为8MPa,注塑速率为12m/s;
(3)聚氨酯材灌注料完毕后加热至80℃,使环形腔内的材料固化;固化结束后,进行脱模,最后,休整,成成品。
实施例2
本实施例以70Φ的透明长板板轮为例,该长板轮通过以下步骤制备而成:
(1)准备具有环形腔的注塑模,并在注塑模环形腔的表面喷涂粒径为0.7µm的脱模剂,且该脱模剂为粘度为180mPa・s, 表面张力为18N/m的硅油型脱模剂,在注塑模环形腔的表面形成一层薄膜;
(2)将含有弹性的聚氨酯材料通过浇注机灌注入环形腔,聚氨酯材料的灌注量为填充环形腔的量,注塑压力为6MPa,注塑速率为8m/s;
(3)聚氨酯材灌注料完毕后加热至80℃,使环形腔内的材料固化;固化结束后,进行脱模,最后,休整,成成品。
实施例3
本实施例以54Φ滑板轮为例,该滑板轮通过以下步骤制备而成:
(1)准备具有环形腔的注塑模,并在注塑模环形腔的表面喷涂粒径为0.6µm的脱模剂,且该脱模剂为粘度为190mPa・s, 表面张力为19N/m的硅油型脱模剂,在注塑模环形腔的表面形成一层薄膜;
(2)将含有弹性的聚氨酯材料通过浇注机灌注入环形腔,聚氨酯材料的灌注量为填充环形腔的量,注塑压力为7MPa,注塑速率为10m/s;
(3)聚氨酯材灌注料完毕后加热至80℃,使环形腔内的材料固化;固化结束后,进行脱模,最后,休整,成成品。

(1)准备具有环形腔的注塑模,并在注塑模环形腔的表面喷涂粒径为0.6~0.8µm的脱模剂,在注塑模环形腔的表面形成一层薄膜;
(2)将含有弹性的聚氨酯材料通过浇注机灌注入环形腔,聚氨酯材料的灌注量为填充环形腔的量,注塑压力为6~8MPa,注塑速率为8~12m/s;
(3)聚氨酯材灌注料完毕后加热至80℃,使环形腔内的材料固化;固化结束后,进行脱模,最后,休整,成成品。
2.根据权利要求1所述的滑板轮的制备工艺,其特征在于:所述脱模剂为硅油型脱模剂,该硅油型脱模剂粘度为180~200mPa・s, 表面张力为18~20N/m,且硅油型脱模剂中甲基占总质量的39.55%。
