Abstract

本发明属于减震器用具技术领域,尤其涉及一种低刚度减震器。本发明公开了低刚度减震器,其特征在于,减震器的外表面上开设有安装槽,减震器的中心处开设有内孔,减震器上开设有错位交叉设置的腔体。本发明的有益效果是:降低减震器刚度为目的,保证其足够的安装强度,提高整车NVH性能。

技术领域
本发明属于减震器用具技术领域,尤其涉及一种低刚度减震器。
背景技术
基于新能源整车对整车的NVH性能要求,在驾驶室内部,人主观感觉不应有踏板、方向盘发抖现象,并且不得有明显的异响等不良。特此,要求开发一款全新的减震器,用于ABS及EVP等动力源总成的隔震。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于解决以上所述的技术问题,提供一种降低减震器刚度为目的,保证其足够的安装强度,提高整车NVH性能的低刚度减震器,其技术方案如下:
低刚度减震器,其特征在于,减震器的外表面上开设有安装槽,减震器的中心处开设有内孔,减震器上开设有错位交叉设置的腔体。
优选方式为,所述的内孔为六边形孔。
优选方式为,所述的减震器上设置有加强筋。
优选方式为,所述的腔体为扇形腔。
优选方式为,减震器由硅橡胶制成,整个结构为一体式硫化成型。
本发明提供的低刚度减震器,在使用的时候,腔体的设置是为了降低刚度方面,使其安装槽处的刚度降低。内孔的设置从结构原理方面更易变形,只有让减震器有足够的弹性变形空间,方能起到良好吸震。
本发明加强筋保证将减震器的安装槽装入支架孔后,两端刚度较大,其支架不易从安装槽处脱落。
本发明的有益效果是:降低减震器刚度为目的,保证其足够的安装强度,提高整车NVH性能。

具体实施方式
下面结合图1至图4具体说明实施例:
低刚度减震装置,包括减震器2、产品件1、支架3和螺栓4,所述的减震器2设置于支架3和产品件1之间;所述的减震器2的外表面上开设有安装槽24,减震器的中心处开设有内孔21,减震器上开设有错位交叉设置的腔体23;所述的支架3上设置有支架孔,减震器通过安装槽24安置于支架孔内,将螺栓的一端插入减震器的内孔后连接在产品件上。
优选方式为,所述的螺栓包括螺纹区43、法兰盘42、支撑段41和直径段44,所述的法兰盘为压装减震器端部定位,所述的支撑段与减震器的内孔相切接触,支撑起整个整个装置的重量;所述的直径段位于内孔内并与减震器的内孔呈间隙状态。
优选方式为,所述的内孔为六边形孔。
优选方式为,所述的减震器上设置有加强筋22。
优选方式为,所述的腔体为扇形腔。
减震器结构设计,为了降低刚度方面,分别设置了对置错位交叉深度的扇形腔,使其安装槽24处的刚度降低,同时,为保证其橡胶支撑结构强度,设计结构加强筋22,且保将减震器的安装槽槽装入支架3孔后,两端刚度较大,其支架3不易从安装槽24处脱落。同时,设计减震器的内孔21为六边形,从结构原理方面更易变形,只有让减震器有足够的弹性变形空间,方能起到良好吸震。
螺栓3结构设计,螺纹区43可能直接拧入安装产品件的螺纹孔内,靠螺纹端部的台阶定位,法兰盘为压装减震器端部定位;支撑段,其功能是与减震器的六边形内孔相切接触,支撑起整个产品件的重量;直径段与减震器的六边形内孔呈间隙状态,主要功能实现,在产品件启动、停止工作瞬间,震动较大,需减震器2有足够的变形量来吸收能量冲击,同时,又要防止产品件的位移量过大,引起与整车其它外围件撞击等失效模式,控制直径段44与六边形内孔21的间隙为1mm,使产品最大位移量控制在1mm内;
装配时,首先将减震器2装入支架3孔内,使其安装槽24有效卡入支架孔;再将螺栓4插入减震器2,直接拧入产品件1的相应螺纹孔内。支架3直接与车身连接,进而达到良好的隔震性能。无能水平方向或侧方向安装,均保证其安装的可靠性及隔震率。
减震器采用弹性性能良好,抗气候性强,耐臭氧、耐高低温性能良好的硅橡胶制成,整个结构为一体式硫化成型。

1.低刚度减震器,其特征在于,减震器的外表面上开设有安装槽,减震器的中心处开设有内孔,减震器上开设有错位交叉设置的腔体。
2.如权利要求1所述的低刚度减震器,其特征在于,所述的内孔为六边形孔。
3.如权利要求1所述的低刚度减震器,其特征在于,所述的减震器上设置有加强筋。
4.如权利要求1所述的低刚度减震器,其特征在于,所述的腔体为扇形腔。
5.如权利要求1所述的低刚度减震器,其特征在于,减震器由硅橡胶制成,整个结构为一体式硫化成型。
