本发明公开了一种解酒组合物,由葛根、葛花、灵芝、高良姜、红景天、人参、蜂蜜制成;所述的解酒组合物各原料重量份如下:葛根100~350份,葛花100~350份,灵芝100~250份,高良姜20~150份,红景天20~150份,人参20~150份,蜂蜜1~80份。本发明还公来了一种解酒饮料。本发明配方合理、科学,通过各组分的科学配伍和协同作用,充分发挥加快机体代谢、活血解毒、发汗利湿的作用,该组合物产品经药效实验证明,能够加快酒精在体内的代谢,迅速降低酒精浓度,降低醉倒率,延长睡眠潜伏期,缩短醉酒睡眠时间,缓解醉酒症状,解酒效果明显。

本发明属于保健食品技术领域,涉及一种保健食品,尤其是一种含葛根、葛花、灵芝、高良姜、红景天、人参、蜂蜜的解酒组合物及其制备方法。
背景技术
酒是人们日常生活中常见的一种饮料,很多人都有饮酒习惯。适当的饮酒,具有加速血液循环、消除疲劳的作用;然而过量饮酒,酒精以及酒精在体内的代谢物质都会对人体产生很大的危害,首先,酒精会对胃粘膜产生刺激,引起胃溃疡危及生命;其次,酒精在肝内进行生物代谢,转化为乙醛,可损伤肝细胞膜系统,使肝小静脉纤维化,对肝细胞造成严重的损害。目前,市场上有很多种解酒产品,各个产品的成分不同,效果也不一样。
化学解酒药虽然能快速的缓解醉酒,但大多含有大量的化学制剂,对人体有很大的伤害,且往往治标不治本。随着人们身体健康需求意识的增强,以传统食方和毒副作用小的保健食品功能基料开发的具有解酒功效的保健食品日益得到消费者的青睐。中医治疗酒伤,不仅仅是排出体内酒精及其代谢物,还注重对身体的调养;饮酒过多,易造成宿醉、食欲下降等健康问题,复方中药不仅可以发汗利湿、增加代谢,还具有调理脾胃、活血解毒、加强机体恢复的功能,解酒保健食品必将得到更多酒民的认可。但是如何组方,如何优化制备工艺才能够实现更好的解酒疗效始终是科研人员的不懈追求。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种解酒组合物及其制备方法,本发明提供的解酒组合物经药效实验证明,确认能够加快酒精在体内的代谢,迅速降低酒精浓度,减轻醉酒症状(降低醉倒率,延长睡眠潜伏期,缩短醉酒睡眠时间),具有显著的解酒功效。
本发明的目的通过以下技术方案实现:

葛根味甘微辛,主入脾胃经,有解肌退热,生津止渴,透疹,升阳止泻,通经活络,解酒毒的功效。《本草纲目》载:“具清热、降火、排诸毒功效”;《千金方》载:“治酒醉不醒”;《药性论》载:“治天行上气,呕逆,开胃下食,主解酒毒,止烦渴;治胃虚热渴,酒毒呕吐”。葛根内含12%的黄酮类化合物,能促进新陈代谢,加强肝脏解毒功能,防止酒精对肝脏的损伤;提高肝细胞的再生能力,恢复正常肝脏机能,促进胆汁分泌,防止脂肪在肝脏堆积,有效预防饮酒造成的酒精肝、脂肪肝等作用。
葛花为豆科植物葛的干燥花,其味甘性平,归脾、胃经,有清热解毒,分解酒精,健脾、养胃、护肝等功效。《滇南本草》载:“治头晕,憎寒,壮热,解酒醒脾,酒痢,饮食不思,胸膈饱胀,发呃,呕吐酸痰,酒毒伤胃,吐血,呕血,消热。”葛花中的皂角苷、异黄酮类具有氧化还原作用,加速酒精氧化,使乙醇失去毒性,收缩和保护胃肠黏膜,减缓酒精的吸收,阻碍酒精快速大量地进入血液循环。酒前服用,提前在肝、胃形成保护膜,起到护肝养胃,增大酒量作用;酒中服用抗醉;酒后服用解酒,源于葛花中异黄酮类吸附酒中致醉物质,降低酒精浓度,降低心肌耗氧量,保护心血管,并通过加速排尿、排汗排泄分解,缓解头痛、眩晕、恶心等不舒服状态,减轻醉酒程度。
灵芝自古被人们视为可起死回生解救中毒的“仙草”,因其独特的解毒功效,又被称为解酒草(醒酒草),具有解酒保肝的功效。其味甘性平,入心经,能补心血、益心气、安心神,可用于治头晕,保护肝脏、体倦神疲等症。研究发现,灵芝能帮助人体快速分解出乙醇脱氢酶和乙醛脱氢酶,分解人体内的酒精,缓解酒后不适症状。灵芝中富含灵芝多糖、灵芝酸、不饱和脂肪酸和膳食粗纤维等多种活性成分,具有很强的抗氧化作用,可以有效调整肝细胞功能,抵御或减少自由基对它们的伤害,增强肝细胞的解毒功能,减轻由于饮酒或药物中毒性肝炎导致的化学性肝损伤,增强肝组织的抗病毒能力;同时,还能清除血液中的毒素,对受损的肝脏细胞起到修复的作用。由于灵芝没有任何毒副作用,故可以长期食用。
高良姜又名良姜,为姜科植物高良姜的干燥根茎,其性味辛、热,入脾、胃经,具有散寒止痛,温中止呕的功效。《本草从新》载:“暖胃散寒,消食醒酒,治胃脘冷痛”;《大明本草》载:“治转筋泻痢、反胃呕食,解酒毒,消宿食”。急性酒精中毒可造成机体损伤,其中肝脏损伤尤为显著。其机制可能是,乙醇代谢过程中产生的乙醛、NADH及H2O2等有害物质造成膜系统脂质过氧化损伤。分子生物学研究表明,高良姜可明显降低自由基生成,对自由基生成的抑制率达96.99%,并推测高良姜中主要的抗氧化活性物质是黄酮醇类化合物,如山柰素-4-甲醚、高良姜素以及二芳基庚烷类化合物。
红景天为景天科红景天属多年生草本植物,其性平、味甘苦,归肺、心经,具有益气活血,清热解毒的作用,在《本草纲目》、《神农本草经》等医书中均有记载,认为红景天具有“祛邪恶气,补诸不足”之功。民间作为“扶正固本、清调补益”的保健品。红景天中含有多种化学成分,大多以苷类的形式存在,以红景天苷和苷元酪醇为主要有效成分,其中红景天苷对由乙醇代谢产物乙醛刺激引起的大鼠肝星状细胞HSC增殖、α1(I)型胶原mRNA合成,IκB表达下降、NF-κB活性增加有抑制作用。研究发现复方红景天颗粒能够明显抑制肝纤维化大鼠肝组织TGF-β1mR-NA与α1mRNA表达,同时血清PCⅢ、Ⅳ-C、HA水平亦明显减低,肝脏病理学损伤改善;红景天超微粉能明显降低小鼠血清中ALT、AST含量,对肝组织中MDA含量升高有一定的抑制作用,对小鼠急性肝损伤具有明显的保护作用。
人参是五加科人参属植物,其性平,味甘、微苦,归脾、肺、心经,具有大补元气,复脉固脱等功效。很多医著记载人参与其他药物配伍治疗不同疾病,其中就有人参可以保肝护肝疗效的记载,《本经逢原》载:“葛花,能解酒毒,葛花解酲汤用之,必兼人参”。药理学研究表明,人参的滋补作用和其对肝功能的影响有一定的关系,人参对肝脏的解毒、排泄、代谢及各种实验性肝损伤均有影响。人参皂苷对肝脏具有解毒的作用,可以修复急性肝损伤,抑制脂肪肝的变性。在大鼠急性酒精中毒模型中,人参皂苷可以降低乙醇所致血清谷氨酸转氨酶的升高,提高血清及肝中谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶的活性,抑制过氧化产物丙二醛的生成,清除乙醇在肝组织产生的自由基。人参和葛花在解酒剂中经常作为药对出现,人参可以促进葛花中的异黄酮类成分溶出,同时人参中的人参皂苷不但没有减少,反而有增加。可能是由于分子之间结构导致溶出度增大。这在化学层面解释了葛花人参配伍解酒护肝的机制。
蜂蜜为药食同源的食品,其味甘性平,能补中润燥,止痛,解毒,有促肠蠕动,保肝,降血脂等作用。研究发现,蜂蜜可以促进酒精的分解吸收,减轻饮酒原因造成的头痛症状,其所含的果糖是主要功效成分;而且蜂蜜能够通过降低线粒体膜脂质过氧化程度的方式起到保护肝脏作用,能为肝脏的代谢活动提供能量准备,刺激肝细胞再生,起到修复损伤的作用。
综上,本发明配方经合理复配,具有发汗利湿、增加代谢、活血行气等作用,能有效地预防醉酒和缓解醉酒症状,保护人体健康,适合各种程度的饮酒者。
本发明还提供了一种解酒组合物的制备方法,步骤如下:分别取本发明所述重量份的葛根、葛花、灵芝、高良姜、红景天、人参、蜂蜜,将葛根、葛花、灵芝、高良姜、红景天、人参混合,加入葛根、葛花、灵芝、高良姜、红景天、人参总重量的5~15倍的纯净水进行煮沸提取2~4次,过滤,合并提取液;将蜂蜜与提取液混合,精滤,得到解酒组合物。
本发明所述的解酒组合物的制备方法的最优方案,步骤如下:将葛根、葛花、灵芝、高良姜、红景天、人参混合,加入葛根、葛花、灵芝、高良姜、红景天、人参总重量的10倍的纯净水进行煮沸提取2次,第一次煮沸提取的时间为1h,第二次煮沸提取的时间为0.5h,120目过滤,合并两次提取液;将蜂蜜与提取液混合,200目精滤,得到解酒组合物。
本发明还提供了一种解酒饮料,包括本发明提供的解酒组合物和常用的辅料。
上述解酒饮料中加入的辅料,包括但不限于乳糖、白砂糖、甘露醇、山梨醇、赤鲜糖醇、甜菊糖苷、柠檬酸、苹果酸、山梨酸钾、苯甲酸钠、羧甲基纤维素钠、明胶、黄芪胶、黄原胶、卡拉胶或魔芋胶。
优选的,所述的解酒饮料包括本发明提供的解酒组合物、白砂糖和山梨酸钾;所述的解酒饮料中白砂糖的质量百分比浓度为1%~10%,山梨酸钾的质量百分比浓度为0.01%~0.5%。
本发明还提供了该解酒饮料的制备方法,步骤如下:将葛根、葛花、灵芝、高良姜、红景天、人参混合,加入葛根、葛花、灵芝、高良姜、红景天、人参总重量的5~15倍的纯净水进行煮沸提取2~4次,过滤,合并提取液;取与提取液等体积的纯净水,将蜂蜜、白砂糖、山梨酸钾、提取液和纯净水混合得调配液,调配液中白砂糖的质量百分比浓度为1%~10%,山梨酸钾的质量百分比浓度为0.01%~0.5%,调配液再经过精滤、均质、灭菌,得到解酒饮料。
优选的,所述的解酒饮料的制备方法,步骤如下:
(1)、提取:分别取洗净的葛根、葛花、灵芝、高良姜、红景天、人参,加入葛根、葛花、灵芝、高良姜、红景天、人参总重量的5~15倍的纯净水煮沸提取两次,第一次时间为1h,第二次时间为0.5h,120目过滤,合并两次提取液;
(2)、调配:取与提取液等体积的纯净水定容,再加入蜂蜜、白砂糖、山梨酸钾,搅拌混匀,200目精滤后,得调配液,调配液中白砂糖的质量百分比浓度为1%~10%,山梨酸钾的质量百分比浓度为0.01%~0.5%;
(3)、均质:调配液加热至60~70℃,经两次高压均质,高压均质的均质压力为30~60Mpa,得均质液;
(4)、一次灭菌:均质液经超高温瞬时灭菌,温度为135~140℃,灭菌时间为4~5s;
(5)、灌装:灭菌过的料液经真空灌装机灌装、封盖;
(6)、二次灭菌:封盖后的饮料置于杀菌釜中在115~121℃杀菌20min,得解酒饮料。
优选的,步骤(1)中,加入葛根、葛花、灵芝、高良姜、红景天、人参总重量的10倍的纯净水煮沸提取两次,第一次时间为1h,第二次时间为0.5h,120目过滤,合并两次提取液。
与现有技术比较,本发明的有益效果:
本发明配方安全、健康,由安全性高的葛根、葛花、灵芝、高良姜、红景天、人参、蜂蜜组成,属于保健食品功能基料和药食同源食材,从原料角度保证了产品的安全性;本发明配方合理、科学,通过各组分的科学配伍和协同作用,充分发挥加快机体代谢、活血解毒、发汗利湿的作用,该组合物产品经药效实验证明,能够加快酒精在体内的代谢,迅速降低酒精浓度,缓解醉酒症状(降低醉倒率,延长睡眠潜伏期,缩短醉酒睡眠时间),解酒效果明显。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施方式,进一步阐述本发明的技术方案。
实施例1
一种解酒组合物,按下列重量份的原料制备而成:
葛根150份;葛花150份;灵芝100份;高良姜50份;红景天50份;人参50份;蜂蜜5份。
制备方法如下:
(1)提取:分别取洗净的葛根150份、葛花150份、灵芝100份、高良姜50份、红景天50份、人参50份,加入原料总重量10倍的纯净水,煮沸提取两次,第一次时间为1h,第二次时间为0.5h,120目过滤,合并两次提取液。
(2)调配:在提取液中加入5份的蜂蜜,搅拌混匀,200目精滤后,得解酒组合物。
实施例2
一种解酒组合物,按下列重量份的原料制备而成:
葛根225份;葛花225份;灵芝150份;高良姜75份;红景天75份;人参75份;蜂蜜25份。
制备方法如下:
(1)提取:分别取洗净的葛根225份、葛花225份、灵芝150份、高良姜75份、红景天75份、人参75份,加入原料总重量10倍的纯净水,煮沸提取两次,第一次时间为1h,第二次时间为0.5h,120目过滤,合并两次提取液。
(2)调配:在提取液中加入25份的蜂蜜,搅拌混匀,200目精滤后,得解酒组合物。
实施例3
一种解酒组合物,按下列重量份的原料制备而成:
葛根300份;葛花300份;灵芝200份;高良姜100份;红景天100份;人参100份;蜂蜜50份。
制备方法如下:
(1)提取:分别取洗净的葛根300份、葛花300份、灵芝200份、高良姜100份、红景天100份、人参100份,加入原料总重量10倍的纯净水,煮沸提取两次,第一次时间为1h,第二次时间为0.5h,120目过滤,合并两次提取液。
(2)调配:在提取液中加入50份的蜂蜜,搅拌混匀,200目精滤后,得解酒组合物。
实施例4
一种解酒饮料,按下列重量份的原料制备而成:
葛根250份;葛花250份;灵芝150份;高良姜75份;红景天75份;人参75份;蜂蜜30份。
制备方法如下:
(1)提取:分别取洗净的葛根250份、葛花250份、灵芝150份、高良姜75份、红景天75份、人参75份,加入原料总重量10倍的纯净水,煮沸提取两次,第一次时间为1h,第二次时间为0.5h,120目过滤,合并两次提取液。
(2)调配:提取液以等体积的纯净水定容,分别加入30份的蜂蜜,适量的白砂糖和山梨酸钾,搅拌混匀,200目精滤后,得调配液,调配液中白砂糖的质量百分比浓度为5%,山梨酸钾的质量百分比浓度为0.05%。
(3)均质:调配液加热至60~70℃,经两次高压均质,均质压力为30~60Mpa,得均质液。
(4)一次灭菌:均质液经超高温瞬时(135~140℃,4~5s)灭菌。
(5)灌装:灭菌过的料液经真空灌装机灌装、封盖。
(6)二次灭菌:封盖后的饮料置杀菌釜中于115~121℃杀菌20min,传送带上冷却,得解酒饮料。
实施例5小鼠解酒功能实验
为了进一步表明本发明提供的组合物和饮料的解酒性能,以实施例1~3制得的解酒组合物和实施例4制得的解酒饮料为例,进行小鼠预防醉酒试验,试验方法、试验数据及相关分析如下所述。
1、实验材料
1.1实验动物
ICR小鼠,清洁级,18-22g,雄性,购自扬州大学比较医学中心,合格证号:SCXK(苏)2012-0004。
1.2药物与试剂
RU-21安体普解酒药,Spirit Science USA,Inc.,批号:25752;
实施例1~4中制作的解酒组合物或饮料,浓度0.183g/mL;
乙醇溶液,配制成50%(v/v)浓度,备用。
2、实验方法
2.1分组与剂量设置
正常组:给予生理盐水灌胃;
模型组:给予生理盐水灌胃;
阳性药组:给予RU-21灌胃,人日服用量2g,小鼠给药剂量0.33g/kg;
实施例组:
实施例1组:给予实施例1组合物灌胃,人日服用量11g,小鼠给药剂量1.83g/kg;
实施例2组:给予实施例2组合物灌胃,人日服用量11g,小鼠给药剂量1.83g/kg;
实施例3组:给予实施例3组合物灌胃,人日服用量11g,小鼠给药剂量1.83g/kg;
实施例4组:给予实施例4饮料灌胃,人日服用量11g,小鼠给药剂量1.83g/kg;
对比例组:
A1组:缺葛根,葛花300份、灵芝200份、高良姜100份、红景天100份、人参100份、蜂蜜50份;以上成分按照实施例3的制备方法制成组合物,给予此组合物灌胃,人日服用量11g,小鼠给药剂量1.83g/kg;
A2组:缺葛花,葛根300份、灵芝200份、高良姜100份、红景天100份、人参100份、蜂蜜50份;以上成分按照实施例3的制备方法制成组合物,给予此组合物灌胃,人日服用量11g,小鼠给药剂量1.83g/kg;
A3组:缺灵芝,葛根300份、葛花300份、高良姜100份、红景天100份、人参100份、蜂蜜50份;以上成分按照实施例3的制备方法制成组合物,给予此组合物灌胃,人日服用量11g,小鼠给药剂量1.83g/kg;
A4组:缺高良姜,葛根300份、葛花300份、灵芝200份、红景天100份、人参100份、蜂蜜50份;以上成分按照实施例3的制备方法制成组合物,给予此组合物灌胃,人日服用量11g,小鼠给药剂量1.83g/kg;
A5组:缺红景天,葛根300份、葛花300份、灵芝200份、高良姜100份、人参100份、蜂蜜50份;以上成分按照实施例3的制备方法制成组合物,给予此组合物灌胃,人日服用量11g,小鼠给药剂量1.83g/kg;
A6组:缺人参,葛根300份、葛花300份、灵芝200份、高良姜100份、红景天100份、蜂蜜50份;以上成分按照实施例3的制备方法制成组合物,给予此组合物灌胃,人日服用量11g,小鼠给药剂量1.83g/kg;
A7组:缺蜂蜜,葛根300份、葛花300份、灵芝200份、高良姜100份、红景天100份、人参100份;以上成分按照实施例3的制备方法制成组合物,给予此组合物灌胃,人日服用量11g,小鼠给药剂量1.83g/kg;
A8组:葛根300份、葛花300份;以上成分按照实施例3的制备方法制成组合物,给予此组合物灌胃,人日服用量11g,小鼠给药剂量1.83g/kg;
A9组:葛根300份、葛花300份,蜂蜜50份;以上成分按照实施例3的制备方法制成组合物,给予此组合物灌胃,人日服用量11g,小鼠给药剂量1.83g/kg;
生理盐水、阳性药及组合物灌胃体积,按10mL/kg体重计算。
2.2小鼠解酒试验
取小鼠,雄性。在实验室饲养3d后,然后禁食5h,选取(25±1)g的健康小鼠称重标记后随机分组,分别为正常组、模型组、阳性药组、实施例1~4组、A1~A7组,每组各10只。精确称取各小鼠重量,并根据预试致醉量(0.13mL/kg体重),计算每只小鼠的灌胃量。正常组和模型组灌胃生理盐水,其余各组依次灌胃不同剂量的组合物。0.5h后,除正常组外,各组按致醉量灌胃乙醇溶液(50%v/v乙醇),记录各组小白鼠翻正反射消失及恢复的时间,3h后取血,检测血清乙醇浓度。
2.3数据处理
一般采用方差分析,但需按方差分析的程序先进行方差齐性检验,方差齐,计算F值,F值<0.05,结论:各组均数间差异无显著性;F值>0.05,P<0.05,用多个实验组和一个模型组间均数的两两比较方法进行统计;对非正态或方差不齐的数据进行适当的变量转换,待满足正态或方差齐要求后,用转换后的数据进行统计;若变量转换后仍未达到正态或方差齐的目的,改用秩和检验进行统计。
3、实验结果
3.1对醉倒动物数的影响
预防醉酒试验结果如表1所示。由表1可见,模型组小鼠的醉倒率为80.0%,各组未发现动物因醉酒死亡;与模型组比较,阳性组和实施例组的醉倒率显著降低,且实施例1组效果与阳性组相当,实施例2、3、4组效果均优于阳性组。对比例组与模型组相比,没有显著差异。

3.2对醉酒时间的影响
试验结果如表2所示。由表2可见,在几个实施例组中,实施例3组小鼠的睡眠潜伏期最长,而睡眠时间最短;实施例组与模型组比较,睡眠潜伏期和睡眠时间有显著差异;实施例组效果均优于阳性药RU-21组,且实施例组的效果优于A1-A9组。

3.3对小鼠血清乙醇含量的影响
试验结果如表3所示。由表3可见,正常组小鼠血液中乙醇含量很低,用乙醇灌胃3h后,模型组、阳性组及各实施例组、对比例组血清中乙醇含量均大幅升高;阳性组及实施例组血清中乙醇含量较模型组显著降低,且实施例组血清中乙醇含量较阳性组及A1-A9组低,说明实施例组降低血清中乙醇浓度优于阳性组及A1-A9组。

4、结论
本发明中,各组合物在小鼠醉倒率、睡眠潜伏期、睡眠时间、血清乙醇含量等指标,与模型组统计学差异时,才可判定各组合物具有预防醉酒作用。根据上述实验结果,各实施例组与模型组相比,有显著差异;实施例组效果显著优于A1-A9组,说明本发明组合物配方具有协同作用;实施例组在降低醉倒率,延长睡眠潜伏期、缩短睡眠时间、促进血液乙醇代谢等方面均有一定的改善作用,且效果优于阳性药。
Claims (10)
1.一种解酒组合物,其特征在于该解酒组合物由葛根、葛花、灵芝、高良姜、红景天、人参、蜂蜜制成;所述的解酒组合物各原料重量份如下:葛根100~350份,葛花100~350份,灵芝100~250份,高良姜20~150份,红景天20~150份,人参20~150份,蜂蜜1~80份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的解酒组合物,其特征在于所述的解酒组合物各原料重量份如下:葛根150~300份,葛花150~300份,灵芝100~200份,高良姜50~100份,红景天50~100份,人参50~100份,蜂蜜1~50份。
3.根据权利要求2所述的解酒组合物,其特征在于所述的解酒组合物由以下重量份的原料制成:葛根150~300份,葛花150~300份,灵芝100~200份,高良姜50~100份,红景天50~100份,人参50~100份,蜂蜜5~50份。
4.根据权利要求3所述的解酒组合物,其特征在于所述的解酒组合物由以下重量份的原料制成:葛根300份,葛花300份,灵芝200份,高良姜100份,红景天100份,人参100份,蜂蜜50份。
5.权利要求1所述的解酒组合物的制备方法,其特征在于步骤如下:将葛根、葛花、灵芝、高良姜、红景天、人参混合,加入葛根、葛花、灵芝、高良姜、红景天、人参总重量的5~15倍的纯净水进行煮沸提取2~4次,过滤,合并提取液;将蜂蜜与提取液混合,精滤,得到解酒组合物。
6.根据权利要求5所述的解酒组合物的制备方法,其特征在于步骤如下:将葛根、葛花、灵芝、高良姜、红景天、人参混合,加入葛根、葛花、灵芝、高良姜、红景天、人参总重量的10倍的纯净水进行煮沸提取2次,第一次煮沸提取的时间为1h,第二次煮沸提取的时间为0.5h,120目过滤,合并两次提取液;将蜂蜜与提取液混合,200目精滤,得到解酒组合物。
7.一种解酒饮料,包括权利要求1所述的解酒组合物和常用的辅料。
8.根据权利要求7所述的解酒饮料,其特征在于所述的解酒饮料包括权利要求1所述的解酒组合物、白砂糖和山梨酸钾;所述的解酒饮料中白砂糖的质量百分比浓度为1%~10%,山梨酸钾的质量百分比浓度为0.01%~0.5%。
9.权利要求8所述的解酒饮料的制备方法,其特征在于步骤如下:取权利要求1所述重量份的葛根、葛花、灵芝、高良姜、红景天、人参、蜂蜜,将葛根、葛花、灵芝、高良姜、红景天、人参混合,加入葛根、葛花、灵芝、高良姜、红景天、人参总重量的5~15倍的纯净水进行煮沸提取2~4次,过滤,合并提取液;取与提取液等体积的纯净水,将蜂蜜、白砂糖、山梨酸钾、提取液和纯净水混合得调配液,调配液中白砂糖的质量百分比浓度为1%~10%,山梨酸钾的质量百分比浓度为0.01%~0.5%,调配液再经过精滤、均质、灭菌,得到解酒饮料。
10.根据权利要求9所述的解酒饮料的制备方法,其特征在于步骤如下:
(1)、提取:分别取洗净的葛根、葛花、灵芝、高良姜、红景天、人参,加入葛根、葛花、灵芝、高良姜、红景天、人参总重量的5~15倍的纯净水煮沸提取两次,第一次时间为1h,第二次时间为0.5h,120目过滤,合并两次提取液;
