Abstract
The invention discloses a steel bar threading-sleeve integrated machine and a processing system thereof, and belongs to the field of steel bar mechanical connection. The steel bar threading device comprises a frame, a first track is transversely arranged on the frame, a fixing seat is arranged in the middle of the first track, a steel bar sleeve is installed on the fixing seat, two steel bar rotating devices are slidably matched on the first track, the two steel bar rotating devices are located on two sides of the fixing seat, two steel bars coaxial with the steel bar sleeve are connected on the steel bar rotating devices, the steel bar threading device further comprises a lifting shell arranged on the frame, two second tracks are vertically arranged on the lifting shell, threading devices corresponding to the steel bar rotating devices are slidably matched on the second tracks, the threading devices are located between the fixing seat and the steel bar rotating devices, and a control device and a motor which are electrically connected are further arranged on the frame and are respectively connected with the two steel bar rotating devices and the two threading devices in a power mode.

The problem that still probably appears is that the reinforcing bar is in sleeve in-process, because manual the twisting, does not have fixed standard, probably leads to the reinforcing bar sleeve to appear excessively super twisting and leak to twist like this, leads to the reinforcing bar sleeve to produce the error in actual process great. the control device 9 controls the input platform 10 and the output platform 11 to convey the first steel bar 61 and the second steel bar 62 to the first steel bar rotating device 51 and the second steel bar rotating device 52 through the roller 14 respectively, positions the steel bars through the clamping jaws 502 on the chuck 501, then the control device 9 controls the two threading devices to carry out threading on the two steel bars, after threading is completed, the control device 9 controls the motor to drive the threading devices to ascend, a space is reserved, then the control device 9 controls the motor to drive the two steel bar rotating devices to slide on the first track 2 to the steel bar sleeve 4 on the fixed seat 3, then the input keyboard 91 in the control device 9 presets the maximum torque value of the steel bar sleeve, the control device 9 controls the motor to drive the steel bar rotating devices to rotate the steel bars, the steel bar heads of the steel bars are screwed into the steel bar sleeve 4, when the torque of the two steel bar rotating devices reaches the preset maximum value, the indicator lamp 92 is turned on, the two steel bar rotating devices stop rotating to complete connection of the steel bars, then the connected steel bars are conveyed to the rotary table 12 of the output platform 11 through the roller 14, the rotary table 12 is controlled to rotate so that the connected steel bars are separated from the rotary table 12 into the rotary table 13, and the work is completed.
