Abstract
本申请提供了一种抑制AMPA受体的活性肽及其制备方法和应用。所述活性肽的制备方法包括如下步骤:1)将鲑鱼皮浸泡后破碎,加水打浆,调pH值至6.5‑7.5;2)采用中性蛋白酶进行第一酶解;3)采用木瓜蛋白酶进行第二酶解后灭酶;4)将酶解液离心后,对上清液进行膜过滤、浓缩、脱色,制得活性肽。所述活性肽中含有氨基酸序列为Glu‑Gly‑Ala‑Arg的四肽。该四肽的溶解性好,可选择性地抑制神经元由AMPA受体引起的突触传递,具有抗癫痫作用。
