发光二极管或LED是电流在其中流动时能够发光的电子构件。LED发出的发光强度一般取决于通过LED的电流强度。特别地,LED的特征在于电流强度的阈值。该最大正向电流通常随温度升高而降低。

图1示出了根据本发明的连接装置的实施例的优选形式的图示。装置100包括引线框架110。引线框架是一体式构造的导电轨道的结构。例如,该引线框架可以从金属板上冲压以形成导电轨道,然后在绝缘基板上进行二次成型,其中除了形成轨道的部分之外的部分在二次成型之后与金属板分离。第一连接机构120适于将框架110连接到包括一个或多个光源的子组件。作为非限制性示例,以下将光源视为发光二极管或LED。第一连接机构120包括连接焊盘122,其被设计成通过应用引线键合124技术来连接到LED。该连接通过桥接来执行。桥接技术本身是从现有技术中已知的。以这种方式,LED电连接到引线框架110,同时被远程布置和从其中移除,从而有利地允许简化引线框架的结构。装置100还包括第二连接机构130,其被设计成通过压接将引线框架110连接到电源装置。为此,连接机构130包括导电凸耳132,其允许将导线的第一端部压接在连接线束上,连接线束的第二端连接到在现有技术中本身已知的电源装置,本身在现有技术中已知的是用于执行该压接凸耳连接的工具,并且将不在本发明的上下文中更详细地描述。使用凸耳132允许减少为装置100上的连接机构提供的空间。具体地,参考图1,装置100可以通过该措施具有相对较低的高度。这具有的优点在于,通过连接机构120连接的子组件不会被投有阴影,或者仅由装置100在有限的程度上被投有阴影。
框架110可以有利地容纳在支撑件150上,支撑件150以优选形式的实施例可以构成装置100的支架,如图1所示。所示的支架限定了基本平坦的表面,框架110容纳在基本平坦的表面上。它还包括侧面在表面侧面的壁。表面被示出为矩形,但是在不脱离本发明的范围情况下,也可以呈现不同的几何形状。同样地,尽管在不脱离本发明的范围的情况下,尽管可以想到其它布置,但是第一连接机构120和第二连接机构130被示出为布置在支撑件150的表面的相反端部处。支架或支撑元件150优选地可以通过模制例如聚丙烯或PP的合成材料来形成。有利地,支撑元件包括一个或多个电绝缘分离元件134,其允许凸耳132的分离,以便于压接操作。如图1所示,分离元件134可以由例如垂直于引线框架110的平面并且布置在凸耳132之间的壁形成。将能够使所描述的构造适应与特定应用相关的约束的本领域技术人员将知道其它几何形状。
除了图1所示的构造之外,根据由组件具有的功能,引线框架可以包括电子组件,电子组件包括电阻器,电容器,热敏电阻器或其他构件。组件的构件理想地通过激光焊接技术来固定。
图2在横截面中示出了装置100。在此可以看到支撑元件150,其限定了两个相反的平坦表面152和154。框架110容纳在表面154上。表面152包括连接机构,其允许装置100连接到散热装置,例如布置在装置100下方的散热器,散热器允许排出由装置100产生的热。以所示实施例的形式,连接机构140包括垂直于表面152延伸的臂。臂的端部具有夹持元件或爪,夹持元件或爪被构造成例如接合在散热器装置的散热片之间。臂140优选地由导热材料形成,并且连接到框架110。这通过例如由元件150限定的平面中的孔来实现,孔适合于传导由框架110生成的热到臂140,在那里热被散热器装置消散。在不脱离本发明的范围的情况下,爪的精确几何形状可以变化。本领域技术人员将能够改变连接机构140,使得连接机构140将能够与现有技术本身已知的特定耗散装置协作。
或者,表面152可以包括布置在表面本身上的到框架110的热连接。然后可以使用导热粘合剂层将表面152连接到具有基本上平坦的连接表面的散热元件。
所描述的措施允许在引线框架110上省略电阻电路,该电阻电路通常用于从现有技术已知的装置中,其唯一目的是散发由框架产生的热。这种电路的构件通常是大体积的,并且增加了装置100的几何尺寸。因此,使用连接和散热机构140允许进一步减小装置的尺寸,同时确保正确操作引线框架110所需的散热。尺寸的减小进一步降低了在连接到装置并包括LED的子组件上施加阴影的风险。
图3示出了根据本发明的装置200的优选形式的实施例200的俯视图的示意图。装置200基本上类似于迄今为止描述的装置100,并且包括与前述实施例形式中的引线框架相似的引线框架210。第一连接机构220被设计成将框架210连接到包括一个或多个光源的子组件。第一连接机构220包括连接焊盘222,连接焊盘222被设计成通过应用引线键合技术来允许连接到LED。此连接通过桥接执行。装置200还包括第二连接机构230,其被设计成通过压接将引线框架210连接到电源装置。为此,连接机构230包括导电凸耳232,其允许将导线的第一端压接在连接线束上,该连接线束的第二端连接到在现有技术中本身已知的电源装置。
框架210可以有利地容纳在支撑件250上,支撑件250在优选形式的实施例中可以构成装置200的支架。有利地,支撑元件包括一个或多个电绝缘分离元件234,其允许隔离凸耳232,以便于压接操作。如图3所示,分离元件234可以例如由垂直于引线框架210的平面并且布置在凸耳232之间的壁形成。
如图3所示,根据组件所具有的功能,引线框架可以有利地结合包括电阻器,电容器,热敏电阻或其他构件的电子组件。所示的组件包括防止静电放电或ESD的机构,其被配置为例如电容器243的形式。组件还可以包括用于测量温度的机构,例如热敏电阻器242和箱式电阻器241,其被设计成允许通过压接连接的电源装置适于通过第一连接机构220连接的每个LED的光通量/电流特性。组件的构件理想地通过激光焊缝244固定。
根据本发明的措施使连接器特别适用于构建用于机动车辆的照明装置。灯具有有限的空间。与现有技术的已知连接装置相比,根据本发明的连接装置具有减小的尺寸,这在本上下文中是本身的优点。此外,由于根据本发明的装置降低了投射在包含光源的子组件上的阴影的风险,所以通过消除在现有技术中已知的对定位的某些限制,在这种照明装置中的光源定位方面提供了更大的自由度。具体地,采用根据本发明的连接装置的照明装置可以应用于机动车辆的照明和/或信号装置中。
Claims (12)
1.一种用于将至少一个光源电连接到电源装置的装置(100),其中连接装置包括引线框架(110),第一连接机构(120),所述第一连接机构被设计用于通过桥接将框架(110)连接到远离框架的光源,并且其特征在于,连接装置(100)还包括第二连接机构(130),所述第二连接机构被设计成通过压接将框架(110)连接到电源装置。
2.根据权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,所述装置(100)包括机械连接机构(140),所述机械连接机构被设计成将所述装置连接到散热机构。
3.根据权利要求2所述的装置,其特征在于,所述机械连接机构(140)从支撑元件(150)的第一表面(152)突出,其中所述引线框架(110)被容纳在所述支撑元件(150)的位于所述第一表面(152)的相反侧的第二表面(154)上。
4.根据权利要求2和3中任一项所述的装置,其特征在于,所述机械连接机构(140)包括导热材料。
5.根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的装置,其特征在于,所述第二连接机构(130)包括至少一个导电凸耳(132),所述至少一个导电凸耳被设计成压接到电源装置的连接元件。
6.根据权利要求5所述的装置,其特征在于,所述第二连接机构(130)包括由电绝缘元件(134)分开的成一排的多个导电凸耳(132)。
7.根据权利要求1至6中任一项所述的装置,其特征在于,所述第一连接机构(120)包括至少一个连接焊盘(122)和至少一个桥接线(124)。
8.根据权利要求7所述的装置,其特征在于,桥接线(124)通过焊接连接到连接焊盘(122)。
9.根据权利要求1至8中任一项所述的装置,其特征在于,所述引线框架(110)包括电路。
10.一种用于机动车辆的照明装置,所述照明装置包括电源装置,所述电源装置通过电连接元件(100)连接到远离连接元件的至少一个光源,其特征在于,连接元件(100)是根据权利要求1至9中任一项所述的装置。
11.根据权利要求10所述的装置,其特征在于,所述光源是发光二极管或LED。
12.一种用于机动车辆的照明和/或信号装置,其特征在于,所述照明和/或信号装置包括根据权利要求10或11所述的照明装置。
