Abstract

一种木塑复合装饰板及其制造方法，该木塑复合装饰板包括热塑性木塑复合材构成的壳层和由板状木芯构成的核层，板状木芯构成的核层被热塑性木塑复合材料壳层包覆，壳层外具有经热转印技术印刷得的装饰层；其制造方法包括a，制备木芯；b，制备热塑性木塑复合材料母料，并通过可以进给所述木芯的共挤设备将木塑复合材料母料熔融，将熔融的母料与木芯共同挤出成木芯在内木塑在外的板材；c，对挤出的板材进行装饰加工；d，将经装饰加工的板材进行冷却定型；e，将经冷却定型的板材截断；f，将板材的端面进行封闭。通过该方法制造的木塑复合装饰板不容易发生蠕变，且综合力学性能和尺寸稳定性好。
