Abstract

本发明涉及一种具有平稳流速的三元催化装置,该装置包括:等径壳体、衬垫、载体、设置在等径壳体前端的不等径进气管,所述不等径进气管包括依次连接的:第一等径段、锥形段、第二等径段、第三等径段,第一等径段、第二等径段、第三等径段的内径逐渐增大,第三等径段末端和壳体连接,壳体内径和第二等径段内径相同。本发明的具有平稳流速的三元催化装置的结构设计较为合理,第三等径段的大内径设计,可使得该装置在工作时衬垫端面直接置于高温气流的冲击之下不容易被吹散流失,平稳气流流速,可有效延长衬垫的使用寿命,方便实用,适宜进一步推广应用。

一种具有平稳流速的三元催化装置
技术领域
本发明涉及催化装置的结构设计技术领域,更具体地说,涉及一种具有平稳流速的三元催化装置。
背景技术
为达到国家规定的尾气排放标准,现有技术中在汽车排气系统中加装三元催化装置是汽车常用措施,三元催化装置能对HC、CO、NOx等有害气体进行有效净化。现有的三元催化装置的结构一般是由陶瓷载体、衬垫、壳体和两端盖组成,其中的衬垫包裹陶瓷载体置于壳体之中,在壳体两端连有两端盖,由端盖分别连接进排气管,其中的陶瓷载体是催化器的核心部件。按照传统的结构,工作时衬垫端面直接置于高温气流的冲击之下,很容易被吹散流失,造成衬垫破环。因此开发一种结构设计合理,方便实用的具有平稳流速的三元催化装置是本领域技术人员要解决的技术问题。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是:为克服上述背景技术中提到的技术问题,现提供一种结构设计合理,方便实用的具有平稳流速的三元催化装置。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种具有平稳流速的三元催化装置,该装置包括:等径壳体、衬垫、载体、设置在等径壳体前端的不等径进气管,所述不等径进气管包括依次连接的:第一等径段、锥形段、第二等径段、第三等径段,第一等径段、第二等径段、第三等径段的内径逐渐增大,第三等径段末端和壳体连接,壳体内径和第二等径段内径相同。
进一步限定,上述技术方案中所述衬垫包裹在载体外侧,衬垫外表面与等径壳体粘接。
进一步限定,上述技术方案中所述第一等径段、第二等径段和第三等径段长度相等,锥形段的长度等于第一等径段、第二等径段和第三等径段三者长度之和。
进一步限定,上述技术方案中所述等径壳体中轴线和不等径进气管中轴线重合。
有益效果:与现有技术相比,本发明的具有平稳流速的三元催化装置的结构设计较为合理,第三等径段的大内径设计,可使得该装置在工作时衬垫端面直接置于高温气流的冲击之下不容易被吹散流失,平稳气流流速,可有效延长衬垫的使用寿命,方便实用,适宜进一步推广应用。

如附图所示的一种具有平稳流速的三元催化装置,该装置包括:等径壳体1、衬垫2、载体3、设置在等径壳体1前端的不等径进气管4,所述不等径进气管4包括依次连接的:第一等径段41、锥形段42、第二等径段43、第三等径段44,第一等径段41、第二等径段43、第三等径段44的内径逐渐增大,第三等径段44末端和壳体1连接,壳体1内径和第二等径段43内径相同。
进一步限定,上述技术方案中所述衬垫2包裹在载体3外侧,衬垫2外表面与等径壳体1粘接;所述第一等径段41、第二等径段43和第三等径段44长度相等,锥形段42的长度等于第一等径段41、第二等径段43和第三等径段44三者长度之和;所述等径壳体1中轴线和不等径进气管4中轴线重合。

1.一种具有平稳流速的三元催化装置,其特征是:该装置包括:等径壳体、衬垫、载体、设置在等径壳体前端的不等径进气管,所述不等径进气管包括依次连接的:第一等径段、锥形段、第二等径段、第三等径段,第一等径段、第二等径段、第三等径段的内径逐渐增大,第三等径段末端和壳体连接,壳体内径和第二等径段内径相同。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有平稳流速的三元催化装置,其特征是:所述衬垫包裹在载体外侧,衬垫外表面与等径壳体粘接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有平稳流速的三元催化装置,其特征是:所述第一等径段、第二等径段和第三等径段长度相等,锥形段的长度等于第一等径段、第二等径段和第三等径段三者长度之和。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有平稳流速的三元催化装置,其特征是:所述等径壳体中轴线和不等径进气管中轴线重合。
