Abstract

本发明公开一种抗静电墙纸的制作方法。本方法是通过一种含有酰胺类(HOA)抗静电剂、增塑剂(DOP和BBP)、发泡剂(AC)、钙锌复合稳定剂(CZ-2、Ca/Zn)、着色剂、填充料和聚氯乙烯(PVC)糊状树脂组成的含抗静电剂的PVC涂层料。将PVC涂层料均匀涂布于纸基上,经过160~220℃的温度,经塑化、发泡,即可制成抗静电墙纸,如在涂层表面上进行压花,则可制成具有装饰作用的抗静电墙纸。由于抗静电墙纸不仅具有良好的抗静电性,而且具有较高的电阻性能,并能够通过墙纸表面的导电膜使集聚的静电容易泄漏,因此,适用于对抗静电有较高要求的计算机房、电气室等。

一种抗静电墙纸的制作方法
技术领域
本发明涉及抗静电用墙纸的制造方法。
背景技术
由于抗静电墙纸具有良好的抗静电性,即此种墙纸既有较高的电阻性能,又能够通过墙纸表面的导电膜使静电容易泄漏,因此,能适用于对静电有较高要求的计算机房、自动化车间,电气室等的室内使用。已有抗静电墙纸的制作方法按日本昭58-5374和昭61-201100专利介绍,前一种是将金属离子吸附在丙烯纤维上,剪成适当长度的导电纤维材料,再与水及合成树脂混合,将导电纤维材料混合物涂布在墙面上,将其蒸发、干燥,即可起抗静电作用;后一种是含浸铜化合物粘合成的导电性纤维制做的纸状物层粘帖在纸层上。上述两种方法工艺较复杂,不易制造。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于采用一种比较简易的制造抗静电墙纸的方法。
本方法是用含有一种抗静电剂的聚氯乙烯涂层料均匀涂布在纸基上,经加热、塑化、发泡,制成抗静电墙纸。抗静电剂的涂层料由酰胺类抗静电剂(HOA)、聚氯乙烯(PVC)、增塑剂邻苯二甲酸二辛酯(DOP)和丁苄酯(BBP)、填充料(CaCO3)、发泡剂偶氮二甲酰胺(AC)、着色剂钛白粉(TiO2)及氧化锌(ZnO)和钙锌液体复合稳定剂(CZ-2)等配制而成。其具体配制步骤是,分别配制三种浆料:(1)偶氮二甲酰胺(AC)发泡剂浆料,将AC发泡剂和邻苯二甲酸二辛酯(DOP)增塑剂按1∶1之比,经充分搅拌配制成浆料;(2)钛白粉(TiO2)着色剂浆料:将TiO2粉与DOP增塑剂按1∶2之比,经充分搅拌配制成浆料;(3)ZnO着色剂浆料:将ZnO粉与DOP增塑剂按1∶2之比,经充分搅拌制成浆料。在配制上述三种浆料时,物料均需经研磨机研磨。然后再配制聚氯乙烯(PVC)涂层料,其步骤是将PVC树脂、AC发泡浆料、钛白粉浆料、氧化锌浆料、增塑剂(DOP、BBP)、钙锌液体复合稳定剂、酰胺类抗静电剂及填充料等原料经混合、研磨、粉碎制成混合均匀的抗静电涂层料。再将该涂层料均匀涂布于纸基上,涂层料的厚度控制在0.35±0.02mm的范围内。然后,将粘有涂层料的纸基经160~220℃的温度进行塑化、发泡,就制成具有抗静电作用的墙纸,再压上予定的图案,即成为具有装饰作用的抗静电墙纸。
经测试,抗静电墙纸的起电电压为102~108V,表面绝缘电阻值为7.1×106~1.5×107Ω。
实施例:
在木质纤维占75%、棉质纤维占25%的纸基上(其指标:重量为100g/m2、厚度为0.15mm),均匀涂布一种涂料层,此种含有抗静电性能的聚氯乙烯(PVC)涂料层是通过将PVC树脂、钙锌复合稳定剂(CZ-2)和酰胺类抗静电剂(HOA)、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯(DOP)中,加入TiO2和DOP的浆料(比例为1∶2)、ZnO和DOP的浆料(比例为1∶2)、偶氮二甲酰胺和DOP的浆料(比例为1∶1)以及丁苄脂(BBP)和CaCO3等,经混合、搅拌和研磨、分散制成。涂层料涂布厚度为0.35±0.02mm,经过205℃加热后即塑化和发泡,再在此抗静电墙纸上压上不同形状的图案(即压花),即可制成具有装饰花纹的抗静电墙纸。经测定,其表面绝缘点电阻值为(7.1~15)×106Ω。

Claims (4)

1.一种抗静电墙纸的制作方法,其特征在于,用一种含有抗静电剂的聚氯乙烯涂层料均匀涂布于纸基上,经加热塑化、发泡、压花,而获得具有抗静电性的墙纸。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的抗静电墙纸,其特征在于,此种含有抗静电剂的聚氯乙烯(即PVC)涂层料,是由偶氮二甲酰胺(AC)与邻苯二甲酸二辛酯(DOP)均匀混合的浆料(比例为1∶1)、钛白粉(TiO2)与邻苯二钾酸二辛酯(DOP)均匀混合的浆料(比例为1∶2)、氧化锌(ZnO)与邻苯二甲酸二辛酯(DOP)均匀混合的浆料(比例为1∶2)等分别加入经过均匀混合的含有钙锌复合稳定剂(CZ-2,即Ca/Zn)、酰胺类抗静电剂(HOA)、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯(DOP)、丁苄酯(BBP)及碳酸钙(CaCO3)和聚氯乙烯(PVC)糊状树脂的浆液中,经过均匀混合而成。
3. 根据权利要求1及2所述的抗静电墙纸,其特征在于,上述含有抗静电剂的PVC涂层料,需均匀涂布于纸基上,其厚度要求为0.35±0.02mm。
4. 根据权利要求1至3所述的抗静电墙纸,其特征在于,涂布有抗静电剂的PVC涂层料,需经过160~220℃的温度加热、塑化、发泡、压花制成。
