本发明公开了一种天然内胎胶料抗热老化的改良配方,包括下列重量份数的组分:天然橡胶:85‑100份,丁苯橡胶:15‑20份,丁基再生胶:20‑30份,炭黑:20‑30份,碳酸钙:40‑50份,石蜡油:10‑15份,氧化锌:3‑5份,硬脂酸:1‑3份,防老剂4020:2‑3份,RD:2‑3份,微晶蜡:1‑3份,硫磺:0.8‑1.5份,促进剂CZ:0.8‑1份,DM:0.8‑1份。本发明的天然内胎胶料加入丁基再生胶能有效的提高内胎的抗热老化性能,保持内胎在高温下良好的物理性能及使用特性。提高了内胎在高温下使用寿命。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种天然内胎胶料抗热老化的改良配方,属于轮胎技术领域。
背景技术
内胎俗称里胎。指用于保持轮胎内压、带有轮胎气门嘴的圆环形弹性管。气门嘴用以充气并使空气在内胎内保持一定压力。内胎应具有良好的气密性、耐热性、弹性、耐老化性及较小的永久变形。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是:提供一种天然内胎胶料抗热老化的改良配方。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:
本发明提供的天然内胎胶料抗热老化的改良配方,包括下列重量份数的组分:
天然橡胶:85-100份,丁苯橡胶:15-20份,丁基再生胶:20-30份,炭黑:20-30份,碳酸钙:40-50份,石蜡油:10-15份,氧化锌:3-5份,硬脂酸:1-3份,防老剂4020:2-3份,RD:2-3份,微晶蜡:1-3份,硫磺:0.8-1.5份,促进剂CZ:0.8-1份,DM:0.8-1份。
所述的天然内胎胶料的混炼工艺:包括下列步骤:
(1)母炼胶制备顺序:①天然胶塑炼(2分钟,温度100℃),此过程胶料开始分散混合
②加入丁苯橡胶,再生胶,助剂类小料和炭黑(2分钟,温度120℃),此过程胶料被炭黑包裹,分散混合一起.③加入碳酸钙,和石蜡油(2分钟,温度130℃),此过程胶料与轻钙,油混合软化,提高可塑性④提坨清扫,再压(1分钟,温度140℃)⑤排胶(温度140℃以上)
(2)终炼胶制备顺序:⑴母炼胶放密炼机预热(30秒,温度85℃),⑵加入硫磺,促进剂类小料,(30秒,温度90℃)此过程小料均匀的分散于胶料中.⑶排胶(95℃以下)。
本发明的有益效果:
本发明的天然内胎胶料加入丁基再生胶能有效的提高内胎的抗热老化性能,保持内胎在高温下良好的物理性能及使用特性,提高了内胎在高温下使用寿命。

实施例1
本实施例提供的天然内胎胶料抗热老化的改良配方,包括下列重量份数的组分:
天然橡胶:85-100份,丁苯橡胶:15-20份,丁基再生胶:20-30份,炭黑:20-30份,碳酸钙:40-50份,石蜡油:10-15份,氧化锌:3-5份,硬脂酸:1-3份,防老剂4020:2-3份,RD:2-3份,微晶蜡:1-3份,硫磺:0.8-1.5份,促进剂CZ:0.8-1份,DM:0.8-1份。
所述的天然内胎胶料的混炼工艺:包括下列步骤:

实施例2本发明的产品的理化数据分析
1.主要实验设备:MZ-4000D(江苏明珠拉力机),GT-7080S2(东莞高铁仪器公司),GT-M2000A(东莞高铁仪器公司).
内胎成品物理性能对比(表一):
测试方法:GB7036.2/2007,从以上表测试数据分析可以得知,本发明的天然内胎胶料热老化72小时后测试性能基本没有变化。天然内胎胶料加入丁基再生胶能有效的提高内胎的抗热老化性能,保持内胎在高温下良好的物理性能及使用特性。提高了内胎在高温下使用寿命。

1.天然内胎胶料抗热老化的改良配方,其特征在于,包括下列重量份数的组分:
天然橡胶:85-100份,丁苯橡胶:15-20份,丁基再生胶:20-30份,炭黑:20-30份,碳酸钙:40-50份,石蜡油:10-15份,氧化锌:3-5份,硬脂酸:1-3份,防老剂4020:2-3份,RD:2-3份,微晶蜡:1-3份,硫磺:0.8-1.5份,促进剂CZ:0.8-1份,DM:0.8-1份。
2.权利要求1所述的丁基内胎胶料的混炼工艺:其特征在于,包括下列步骤:
(1)母炼胶制备顺序:①天然胶塑炼(2分钟,温度100℃),此过程胶料开始分散混合;②加入丁苯橡胶,再生胶,助剂类小料和炭黑(2分钟,温度120℃),此过程胶料被炭黑包裹,分散混合一起;③加入碳酸钙,和石蜡油(2分钟,温度130℃),此过程胶料与轻钙,油混合软化,提高可塑性;④提坨清扫,再压(1分钟,温度140℃);⑤排胶(温度140℃以上);
