本发明涉及一种利用骨质瓷生产废弃物制作的高档园林用瓷及其制备方法,属于陶瓷技术领域。本发明所述的利用骨质瓷生产废弃物制作的高档园林用瓷,坯体化学组成重量百分比为:SiO2 30‑35%、Al2O3 8‑14%、Fe2O3 12‑19%、CaO 18‑24%、P2O5 13‑20%、KNaO 1‑5%和微量杂质。本发明所述的利用骨质瓷生产废弃物制作的高档园林用瓷,改变了骨质瓷生产中的废泥渣的性能,无需上釉,不易开裂,质地自然,手感细腻,透水性及水色好,呈色佳;本发明同时提供了一种简单易行、节能环保的制备方法。

利用骨质瓷生产废弃物制作的高档园林用瓷及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种利用骨质瓷生产废弃物制作的高档园林用瓷及其制备方法,属于陶瓷技术领域。
背景技术
近年来随着人民生活水平的日益提升,对高档日用细瓷的需求量迅猛增加,尤其是代表日用陶瓷高端用瓷的骨质瓷厂生产规模日益加大,得以快速发展。
骨质瓷在泥料的生产处理过程中不可避免会产生一些废弃泥渣,其中包括:①骨质瓷泥料在过筛过程中产生的废弃泥渣;②骨质瓷工厂成型工序的废泥,施釉工序所产生的废釉料;③骨质瓷工厂因原料波动或其它原因导致的泥料塑性差或脏点超标等诸多因素而无法使用的废弃泥料。
废泥料的化学成分包括:SiO2 37~43%、Al2O3 10~15%、CaO 21~26%、P2O5 17~23%、KNaO 2~5%、Fe2O3 2~5%、微量杂质。这些废泥通常会以一笔可观的费用处理在垃圾厂。除处理费用高昂之外,生产工厂还经常会因排污问题、粉尘问题等环境污染问题被环保部门约谈及罚款。
因此,骨质瓷废泥料的处理再利用成为企业可持续生产必须解决的头等大事。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种利用骨质瓷生产废弃物制作的高档园林用瓷,其改变了骨质瓷生产中的废泥渣的性能,无需上釉,不易开裂,质地自然,手感细腻,透水性及水色好,呈色佳;本发明同时提供了一种简单易行、节能环保的制备方法。
本发明所述的利用骨质瓷生产废弃物制作的高档园林用瓷,坯体化学组成重量百分比为:SiO2 30-35%、Al2O3 8-14%、Fe2O3 12-19%、CaO 18-24%、P2O5 13-20%、KNaO 1-5%和微量杂质。
所述的利用骨质瓷生产废弃物制作的高档园林用瓷,由以下重量百分含量的原料制成:骨瓷生产废泥渣71-85%、Fe2O3 12-17%、可塑性粘土1-5%、增塑剂1-5%、聚丙烯酸钠1-2%。
优选的,由以下重量百分含量的原料制成:骨瓷生产废泥渣76%、Fe2O3 12%、可塑性粘土5%、增塑剂5%、聚丙烯酸钠2%。
优选的,由以下重量百分含量的原料制成:骨瓷生产废泥渣80%、Fe2O3 15%、可塑性粘土2%、增塑剂2%、聚丙烯酸钠1%。
所述的利用骨质瓷生产废弃物制作的高档园林用瓷的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将骨质瓷生产废泥渣及污水,收集到专用的沉淀池中;
(2)对骨质瓷生产废泥渣进行压滤,使含水率达到25%以下,晾晒保存备用;废水可用于园林绿化及厕所冲洗;
(3)将步骤(2)处理得到的骨质瓷生产废泥渣以及其他原料混合后,进行球磨、过筛,制作成注浆泥料备用,或者在过筛后进行压滤、练泥和压制;
(4)将步骤(3)所得的注浆泥料经过注浆成型工艺,或者将步骤(3)压制所得的泥料经过滚压成型工艺,制成园林用半成品;
(5)对步骤(4)所得的半成品在1050-1150℃下烧成。
步骤(3)中,球磨时间为8-12小时,球磨细度≥80%。
本发明通过设计配方,改变了骨质瓷生产中的废泥渣的性能,使生产一种质地细腻柔韧、可塑性很强、渗透性良好、优质的陶土得以实现;采用简单注浆、压型、烧成工艺使生产一种高档园林用产品得以实现;有效避免了废泥料带来的环境污染,同时降低了陶瓷制品的烧成温度,降低幅度高达200℃,减少了能源消耗,达到节能降耗的目的,提高资源利用率,降低陶瓷厂家的生产成本,提高产品的市场竞争力,提高企业生产效益。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有以下有益效果:
(1)直接利用骨质瓷废泥渣及几种原料配制出性能良好、质量优良的高档园林用泥料,所烧制得到的园林用制品无需上釉,烧成温度低,资源利用率高;
(2)制品不仅天然环保,而且产品高档美观,强度高,耐久性好,不易开裂,质地自然、手感细腻,透水性及水色好,呈色佳;
(3)原料来源丰富,成本低,显色效果良好,制备工艺简单,对能源消耗较小,可操作性强,便于推广应用和产业化的实现,有利于促进园林用各种规格花盆的应用与技术的发展;
(4)采用大量的废泥渣代替传统的陶瓷原料进行坯料配方,并解决了废泥渣配料、颗粒级配、烧成、装饰、半成品机械强度低等工艺难题,不但变废为宝,还为生产工厂解决了因排污、粉尘等环保问题等带来的困境。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步的说明,但其并不限制本发明的实施。
实施例1
将骨质瓷生产废泥渣及污水,收集到专用的沉淀池中;对骨质瓷生产废泥渣进行压滤,使含水率达到25%以下,晾晒保存备用;废水可用于园林绿化及厕所冲洗。
将制备好的骨质瓷废泥料及其他原料按照重量百分比混合:骨瓷生产废泥渣76%、Fe2O312%、可塑性粘土5%、纤维素5%、聚丙烯酸钠2%,加入球磨机,然后再加入与干料相同重量的水,球磨8小时,球磨细度≥80%,然后过筛、压滤,制得滤饼;用真空练泥机把滤饼练成泥条,用滚压机压制成半成品,并在1100±50℃的温度下烧成,制得,质地自然、手感细腻,透水性红好的红陶类高档园林用高端产品。
实施例2

1.一种利用骨质瓷生产废弃物制作的高档园林用瓷,其特征在于:坯体化学组成重量百分比为:SiO2 30-35%、Al2O3 8-14%、Fe2O3 12-19%、CaO 18-24%、P2O5 13-20%、KNaO1-5%和微量杂质。
2.根据权利要求1所述的利用骨质瓷生产废弃物制作的高档园林用瓷,其特征在于由以下重量百分含量的原料制成:骨瓷生产废泥渣71-85%、Fe2O3 12-17%、可塑性粘土1-5%、增塑剂1-5%、聚丙烯酸钠1-2%。
3.根据权利要求2所述的利用骨质瓷生产废弃物制作的高档园林用瓷,其特征在于由以下重量百分含量的原料制成:骨瓷生产废泥渣76%、Fe2O3 12%、可塑性粘土5%、增塑剂5%、聚丙烯酸钠2%。
4.根据权利要求2所述的利用骨质瓷生产废弃物制作的高档园林用瓷,其特征在于由以下重量百分含量的原料制成:骨瓷生产废泥渣80%、Fe2O3 15%、可塑性粘土2%、增塑剂2%、聚丙烯酸钠1%。
5.一种权利要求1-4任一所述的利用骨质瓷生产废弃物制作的高档园林用瓷的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)将骨质瓷生产废泥渣及污水,收集到沉淀池中;
(2)对骨质瓷生产废泥渣进行压滤,使含水率达到25%以下,晾晒保存备用;
(3)将步骤(2)处理得到的骨质瓷生产废泥渣以及其他原料混合后,进行球磨、过筛,制作成注浆泥料备用,或者在过筛后进行压滤、练泥和压制;
(4)将步骤(3)所得的注浆泥料经过注浆成型工艺,或者将步骤(3)压制所得的泥料经过滚压成型工艺,制成园林用半成品;
(5)对步骤(4)所得的半成品在1050-1150℃下烧成。
6.根据权利要求5所述的利用骨质瓷生产废弃物制作的高档园林用瓷的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(3)中,球磨时间为8-12小时,球磨细度≥80%。
