Conveying the bobbins into a designated slideway by using a conveying belt with a clamping hook, so that the condition that a plurality of bobbins fall down in a very close time period to cause that residual yarns and bobbins without residual yarns fall into a baffle plate simultaneously is prevented, and sorting failure is caused;
2. automatic sorting with and without yarns: the travel switch is triggered by the friction brush of the yarn tube with the surplus yarn, so that the air cylinder moves to realize the opening and closing of the movable baffle. Meanwhile, a spool anti-blocking program is designed. When the yarn tube with residual yarn is carelessly clamped on the baffle, the sensor can acquire signals, and the baffle is opened and closed again through the PLC, so that the working reliability of the device is ensured;
3. double-deck carousel formula automatic arrangement vanning: when the grating counter is used for counting and the set value is reached, the PLC is used for driving the stepping motor to rotate by a proper angle. When the yarn basket on the turntable is fully filled with the yarn tube, the indicator lamp can be lightened to remind workers of replacing the yarn basket.
Through preliminary measurement and calculation, the device provided by the invention can save one labor per 3 pieces of equipment while meeting the sorting and sorting requirements of bobbins and improving the production efficiency, thereby greatly reducing the production cost of related textile enterprises and improving the market competitiveness of the related textile enterprises.

The automatic sorting and finishing device for the double-color double-layer bobbins shown in fig. 1 and 2 comprises a color separation device 1, a conveying device 2 and a sorting device 3, wherein the color separation device 1 is arranged at the lower part of an automatic doffer and comprises a main slideway 11 and a color separation partition plate 12, and is used for separating bobbins with different colors; the conveying device comprises a conveying belt 21 with a separating plate 23 in the middle and a conveying belt 22 with a clamping hook, and is used for conveying dropped bobbins with different colors into the sorting device 3 one by one; the sorting device 3 comprises an inlet 31, a first slideway 32, a second slideway 33 and a collecting device 34, wherein the inlet 31 is in butt joint with the tail end of the conveyor belt 22 and is used for conveying bobbins with different colors to the first slideway 32 and the second slideway 33 respectively, an induction opening device 35 which can be opened and closed downwards is arranged in the middle of the first slideway 32 and the second slideway 33 and is used for inducing and discharging bobbins with residual yarns, and the tail ends of the first slideway 32 and the second slideway 33 are in butt joint with the collecting device 34 and are used for collecting bobbins without residual yarns.
