一种多西他赛白蛋白纳米粒药物组合物、制备该药物组合物的方法及其在制备治疗癌症药物中的用途。该药物组合物包含多西他赛、白蛋白和氨基酸，其中，白蛋白与多西他赛的质量比不大于50，优选20:1～1:1；氨基酸与多西他赛的质量比不小于0.5，优选1:1～20:1。
