本发明公开了一种羊毛纱线的处理方法,其特征在于:经过原料选择、羊毛检测、加湿、浸泡、预处理、漂洗、生化处理、中和、烘干和打包步骤,完成羊毛纱线的处理;本发明的优点在于:本发明通过生化处理步骤后的羊毛纱线,鳞片的密度和厚度均有减少,从而减少了毡化收缩,在保持纤维特有的弹性和保暖性能的基础上,又除去了羊毛的刺痒感;同时经过本发明处理的羊毛纱线,纱线光滑、柔软、防缩、无刺痒感并且色彩鲜艳均匀、效果持久。

一种羊毛纱线的处理方法
技术领域
本发明属于纺织纱线性能处理技术领域,具体涉及一种羊毛纱线
的处理方法。
背景技术
对于羊毛纤维性能处理的研究已经有很长时间,方法也有很多种,大多是通过物理、化学法削除或减弱羊毛纤维的鳞片层,从而改善其鳄梨及化学属性,从而提高纤维的服用性能,与普通羊毛相比,处理后的羊毛纤维主要特性是防缩水、可机洗、抗起球;这样的羊毛越来越受到消费者的青睐。
在传统的羊毛纤维的性能处理工艺中,一般采用氯化法。这种方法的处理效果好同时经济性能低,但是,存在着严重的污染问题;另外还有树脂法和散毛处理工艺法,这些都存在着一些缺点,从而影响了处理后的羊毛纤维,使得羊毛纤维的光滑度、防缩、摩擦力等性能大大降低,羊毛纤维在后道的织造过程中就容易出现抱合力差、断头增多等问题,降低了织造性能。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的不足,现提供一种能够改善了羊毛纱线及其织造性能的羊毛纱线的处理方法。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案是:一种羊毛纱线的处理方法,其创新点在于:经过原料选择、羊毛检测、加湿、浸泡、预处理、漂洗、生化处理、中和、烘干和打包步骤,完成羊毛纱线的处理;具体步骤如下:
(1)原料选择:选择市场上销售的羊毛绞纱;
(2)羊毛检测:对羊毛纱线的鳞片状况及物理属性进行分析;
(3)加湿:将检测过羊毛装入处理机中,进行加湿;
(4)浸泡:向处理机中加入浸泡剂,所述浸泡剂采用十二烷基苯磺酸钠,所述十二烷基苯磺酸钠的量为羊毛纱线重量的1-3%,处理液的PH值为6.0-7.2,所述浸泡时间为20-25min;所述浸泡温度为20-25℃;
(5)预处理:加入浓度为20%的双氧水进行预处理,所述双氧水的含量为羊毛纱线重量的2%,所述预处理时间为30min,所述预处理温度为28-38℃;
(6)漂洗:将预处理留下的碱性物质进行清洗,直至PH值达到7;
(7)生化处理:加入碳酸钠和生物制剂进行生化处理,所述碳酸钠的含量为羊毛纱线质量的2-3%;所述生物制剂的含量是羊毛纱线的0.02-0.04%;所述生化处理时间为10-20min;(8)中和:加入醋酸进行中和;
(9)烘干:采用烘干机进行烘干处理,所述烘干温度为80-90℃;所述烘干时间为10-12min;
(10)打包:将烘干的纱线进行整理打包。
本发明的有益效果如下:本发明通过生化处理步骤后的羊毛纱线,鳞片的密度和厚度均有减少,从而减少了毡化收缩,在保持纤维特有的弹性和保暖性能的基础上,又除去了羊毛的刺痒感;同时经过本发明处理的羊毛纱线,纱线光滑、柔软、防缩、无刺痒感并且色彩鲜艳均匀、效果持久。

实施例1
一种羊毛纱线的处理方法,经过原料选择、羊毛检测、加湿、浸泡、预处理、漂洗、生化处理、中和、烘干和打包步骤,完成羊毛纱线的处理;具体步骤如下:
(1)原料选择:选择市场上销售的羊毛绞纱;
(2)羊毛检测:对羊毛纱线的鳞片状况及物理属性进行分析;
(3)加湿:将检测过羊毛装入处理机中,进行加湿;
(4)浸泡:向处理机中加入浸泡剂,浸泡剂采用十二烷基苯磺酸钠,十二烷基苯磺酸钠的量为羊毛纱线重量的1%,处理液的PH值为6.0,浸泡时间为20min;浸泡温度为20℃;
(5)预处理:加入浓度为20%的双氧水进行预处理,双氧水的含量为羊毛纱线重量的2%,预处理时间为30min,预处理温度为28℃;

(5)预处理:加入浓度为20%的双氧水进行预处理,双氧水的含量为羊毛纱线重量的2%,预处理时间为30min,预处理温度为38℃;
(6)漂洗:将预处理留下的碱性物质进行清洗,直至PH值达到7;
(7)生化处理:加入碳酸钠和生物制剂进行生化处理,碳酸钠的含量为羊毛纱线质量的3%;生物制剂的含量是羊毛纱线0.04%;生化处理时间为20min; (8)中和:加入醋酸进行中和;
(9)烘干:采用烘干机进行烘干处理,烘干温度为90℃;烘干时间为12min;
(10)打包:将烘干的纱线进行整理打包。
实施例3
一种羊毛纱线的处理方法,经过原料选择、羊毛检测、加湿、浸泡、预处理、漂洗、生化处理、中和、烘干和打包步骤,完成羊毛纱线的处理;具体步骤如下:
(1)原料选择:选择市场上销售的羊毛绞纱;
(2)羊毛检测:对羊毛纱线的鳞片状况及物理属性进行分析;
(3)加湿:将检测过羊毛装入处理机中,进行加湿;
(4)浸泡:向处理机中加入浸泡剂,浸泡剂采用十二烷基苯磺酸钠,十二烷基苯磺酸钠的量为羊毛纱线重量的2%,处理液的PH值为6.6,浸泡时间为22min;浸泡温度为23℃;
(5)预处理:加入浓度为20%的双氧水进行预处理,双氧水的含量为羊毛纱线重量的2%,预处理时间为30min,预处理温度为32℃;
(6)漂洗:将预处理留下的碱性物质进行清洗,直至PH值达到7;
(7)生化处理:加入碳酸钠和生物制剂进行生化处理,碳酸钠的含量为羊毛纱线质量的2.5%;生物制剂的含量是羊毛纱线0.03%;生化处理时间为15min; (8)中和:加入醋酸进行中和;
(9)烘干:采用烘干机进行烘干处理,烘干温度为85℃;烘干时间为11min;
(10)打包:将烘干的纱线进行整理打包。
本发明通过生化处理步骤后的羊毛纱线,鳞片的密度和厚度均有减少,从而减少了毡化收缩,在保持纤维特有的弹性和保暖性能的基础上,又除去了羊毛的刺痒感;同时经过本发明处理的羊毛纱线,纱线光滑、柔软、防缩、无刺痒感并且色彩鲜艳均匀、效果持久。

Claims (1)

1.一种羊毛纱线的处理方法,其特征在于:经过原料选择、羊毛检测、加湿、浸泡、预处理、漂洗、生化处理、中和、烘干和打包步骤,完成羊毛纱线的处理;具体步骤如下:
(1)原料选择:选择市场上销售的羊毛绞纱;
(2)羊毛检测:对羊毛纱线的鳞片状况及物理属性进行分析;
(3)加湿:将检测过羊毛装入处理机中,进行加湿;
(4)浸泡:向处理机中加入浸泡剂,所述浸泡剂采用十二烷基苯磺酸钠,所述十二烷基苯磺酸钠的量为羊毛纱线重量的1-3%,处理液的PH值为6.0-7.2,所述浸泡时间为20-25min;所述浸泡温度为20-25℃;
(5)预处理:加入浓度为20%的双氧水进行预处理,所述双氧水的含量为羊毛纱线重量的2%,所述预处理时间为30min,所述预处理温度为28-38℃;
(6)漂洗:将预处理留下的碱性物质进行清洗,直至PH值达到7;
(7)生化处理:加入碳酸钠和生物制剂进行生化处理,所述碳酸钠的含量为羊毛纱线质量的2-3%;所述生物制剂的含量是羊毛纱线的0.02-0.04%;所述生化处理时间为10-20min;(8)中和:加入醋酸进行中和;
(9)烘干:采用烘干机进行烘干处理,所述烘干温度为80-90℃;所述烘干时间为10-12min;
(10)打包:将烘干的纱线进行整理打包。
