Abstract
四层复合吸水卫生材料及生产方法,属于无纺布制造领域。该方法具体为将30‑40mm长的100%粘胶或100%棉纤维制成短纤维层,将涤纶和粘胶短纤维制成5:5混纺短纤维层,将绒毛浆纤维制成的木浆层与短纤维层、混纺短纤维层复合成型,其中将木浆层固结在上述短纤维层中间,再经过烘干、PE膜淋膜及卷绕制成四层复合吸水卫生材料。本发明通过在线方式直接将四层材料复合在一起,采用在线的两台高速梳理机分别形成不同纤维材质和性能的短纤维网,本发明制备工艺简单,产品高吸液性,防渗漏,柔软舒适,成本低等优点,适合规模化生产,具有良好的应用前景。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及于无纺布制造领域,特别涉及一种四层复合吸水卫生材料及其生产方法。
背景技术
吸水卫生材料是医疗以及失禁人群的护理用品,传统材料中采用卫生纸覆膜加工,或者单层的无纺布覆膜加工,这些产品缺点在于厚度偏薄,吸水性偏差,布的质感较差。因此,本领域亟需具有厚的布面手感、高吸湿性以及柔软舒适的四层复合吸水卫生材料。
发明内容
为弥补现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种四层复合吸水卫生材料及生产方法,该材料具有高吸液性,防渗漏,柔软舒适,成本低等优点。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案,四层复合吸水卫生材料的生产方法为:将30-40mm长的100%粘胶或100%棉纤维制成短纤维层,将涤纶和粘胶短纤维制成5:5混纺短纤维层,将绒毛浆纤维制成的木浆层与短纤维层、混纺短纤维层复合成型,其中将木浆层固结在上述短纤维层中间,再经过烘干、PE膜淋膜及卷绕制成四层复合吸水卫生材料。
更为具体的,该四层复合吸水卫生材料的制备方法为:
(1)将30-40mm长的100%粘胶或100%棉纤维开松,于高速梳理机中梳理成网,其中粗开松打手转速10rpm,精开松打手转速8-8.5m/min,气压棉箱上下仓压力600-800pa,且梳理机主锡林速度800-1300rpm,转移辊速度1400-1500rpm,制成短纤维层。
(2)将涤纶和粘胶纤维按照比例混合,于高速梳理机中梳理成网,其中粗开松打手转速10rpm,精开松打手转速8-8.5m/min,气压棉箱上下仓压力600-800pa,且梳理机主锡林速度800-1300rpm,转移辊速度1400-1500rpm,制成混纺短纤维层。
(3)通过破碎浆板打手装置将纸板破碎分解成单根纤维状,得到绒毛浆,其中,破碎浆板打手速度为80rpm,将打碎的绒毛浆送入混合式气流成网的输送管路,在飞翼罗拉旋转下将绒毛浆均匀分布在成型网帘上,形成木浆层,其中输送管路直径为300mm,管路上可调节开口量的矩形分散口最大为400mm*200mm,输送风机功率80-90%,飞翼罗拉转速500-1000rpm,绒毛浆纤维网的克重为20-60gsm。
(4)将步骤(1)和步骤(2)获得的纤维层与木浆层水刺固结,将木浆层包覆在短纤维层和混纺短纤维层中间,其中水刺压力为25-110bar。
(5)将步骤(4)制备的纤维层于烘箱中烘干,其中烘箱温度130℃,风机功率50-80%。
(6)将烘干后的纤维层进行PE淋膜,PE膜直接淋覆在纤维层上经过压辊贴合在一起,其中,模头温度为300-305℃,压辊压力为2.5bar。
(7)将淋膜后的纤维层卷绕,得到四层复合吸水卫生材料。
优选的,PE膜组成为90%的LDPE和10%POE颗粒。
优选的,所述步骤(3)中混合式气流成网为密封式箱体,顶端设有横向分布的八条气流输送管路,每条输送管路上带有四个可调节开口量的矩形分散口,在密封式箱体的底部横向分布八个飞翼罗拉,飞翼罗拉高速旋转将顶端输送管路输送的绒毛浆均匀混合,使其在横纵方面均匀分布,通过网帘吸附负压作用,绒毛浆分布在成型网帘上,形成混合均匀的木浆层,密封式的混合式气流成网可以形成蓬松度好,厚型的木浆层。
优选的,所述步骤(4)中采用七道水刺进行纤维固结,分为网帘水刺固结和转鼓式水刺固结。
本发明另一个目的请求保护采用上述方法制备的四层复合吸水卫生材料,该材料具有四层结构,第一层为30-40mm长的100%粘胶或100%棉纤维制成短纤维层,第二层为绒毛浆纤维制成的木浆层,第三层为涤纶和粘胶短纤维制成混纺短纤维层,第四层为PE膜。
本发明通过在线方式直接将四层材料复合在一起,采用在线的两台高速梳理机分别形成不同纤维材质和性能的短纤维网,第一层采用100%粘胶或100%棉纤维制成短纤维层,具有舒适的棉质手感,同时具有高吸湿渗水性。采用浆板破碎及混合式气流成网工艺可以形成厚实的、蓬松的木浆层,该木浆层具有更好吸水、保水功能。第三层为涤纶和粘胶纤维制成的混纺短纤维层,添加的涤纶纤维能够更好的与PE热粘合,增加产品的粘合牢固性。复合后的三层材料经过PE淋膜后形成最终的四层复合吸水卫生材料。该PE淋膜具有防水性,材料中添加的10%POE使膜的优异的柔韧性和弹性。本发明制备工艺简单,产品具有高吸液性,防渗漏,成本低的特点,适合规模化生产,具有良好的应用前景。
具体实施方式
下面通过具体实施例详述本发明,但不限制本发明的保护范围。如无特殊说明,本发明所采用的实验方法均为常规方法,所用实验器材、材料、试剂等均可从化学公司购买。
实施例1
(1)将30-40mm长的100%粘胶开松,于高速梳理机中梳理成网,其中粗开松打手转速10rpm,精开松打手转速8.5m/min,气压棉箱上下仓压力650pa,且梳理机主锡林速度1050rpm,转移辊速度1500rpm,制成短纤维层。
(2)将涤纶和粘胶纤维按照比例5:5混合,于高速梳理机中梳理成网,其中粗开松打手转速10rpm,精开松打手转速8m/min,气压棉箱上下仓压力650pa,且梳理机主锡林速度1100rpm,转移辊速度1400rpm,制成混纺短纤维层。

(7)将淋膜后的纤维层卷绕,得到四层复合吸水卫生材料。
实施例2

(3)通过破碎浆板打手装置将纸板破碎分解成单根纤维状,得到绒毛浆,其中,破碎浆板打手速度为80rpm,将打碎的绒毛浆送入混合式气流成网的输送管路,其中输送管路直径为300mm,管路上可调节开口量的矩形分散口最大为400mm*200mm,输送风机功率90%,飞翼罗拉转速1000rpm,绒毛浆纤维网的克重为60gsm。
(4)将步骤(1)和步骤(2)获得的纤维层与木浆层水刺固结,将木浆层包覆在短纤维层和混纺短纤维层中间,其中水刺压力为25bar、85bar、95bar、110bar、110bar、85bar。
(5)将步骤(4)制备的纤维层于烘箱中烘干,其中烘箱温度130℃,风机功率65%、65%、65%、55%。
(6)将烘干后的纤维层进行PE淋膜,E膜组成为90%的LDPE和10%POE颗粒,PE膜直接淋覆在纤维层上经过压辊贴合在一起,其中,模头温度为300℃,300℃,305℃,305℃,305℃,305℃,305℃,305℃,305℃,压辊压力为2.5bar。

(1)将30-40mm长的100%粘胶或100%棉纤维开松,于高速梳理机中梳理成网,其中粗开松打手转速10rpm,精开松打手转速8-8.5m/min,气压棉箱上下仓压力600-800pa,且梳理机主锡林速度800-1300rpm,转移辊速度1400-1500rpm,制成短纤维层;
(2)将涤纶和粘胶纤维按照比例5:5混合,于高速梳理机中梳理成网,其中粗开松打手转速10rpm,精开松打手转速8-8.5m/min,气压棉箱上下仓压力600-800pa,且梳理机主锡林速度800-1300rpm,转移辊速度1400-1500rpm,制成混纺短纤维层;
(3)通过破碎浆板打手装置将纸板破碎分解成单根纤维状,得到绒毛浆,其中,破碎浆板打手速度为80rpm,将打碎的绒毛浆送入混合式气流成网的输送管路,在飞翼罗拉旋转下将绒毛浆均匀分布在成型网帘上,形成木浆层,其中输送管路直径为300mm,管路上可调节开口量的矩形分散口最大为400mm*200mm,输送风机功率80-90%,飞翼罗拉转速500-1000rpm,绒毛浆纤维网的克重为20-60gsm;
(4)将步骤(1)和步骤(2)获得的纤维层与木浆层水刺固结,将木浆层包覆在短纤维层和混纺短纤维层中间,其中水刺压力为25-110bar;
(5)将步骤(4)制备的纤维层于烘箱中烘干,其中烘箱温度130℃,风机功率50-80%;
(6)将烘干后的纤维层进行PE淋膜,PE膜直接淋覆在纤维层上经过压辊贴合在一起,其中,模头温度为300-305℃,压辊压力为2.5bar;
(7)将淋膜后的纤维层卷绕,得到四层复合吸水卫生材料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的四层复合吸水卫生材料的生产方法,其特征在于,步骤(6)中PE膜组成为90%的LDPE和10%POE颗粒。
