本发明涉及胶粘剂技术领域,特别涉及一种单组分有机硅改性瓷缝密封胶及其制备方法。
背景技术
有机硅改性瓷缝密封胶是一种粘合力强、硬度高、韧度好、耐污、防划、色彩丰富的装修用胶,集装饰性和实用性于一体,多用于家庭、酒店洁具粘接以及客厅大堂装饰。现在市面上通用的瓷缝胶多采用环氧双组分配方,生产封装复杂,使用时必须使用双组分胶枪,专用混合胶嘴,封装和使用成本偏高,便利性差;且其多为无流动性的膏状固体,难度填充细微缝隙;因此,现有的有机硅改性瓷缝密封胶有必要做进一步改进。
发明内容
本发明的目的旨在提供一种硬度高、防划痕、抗水、耐污、生产封装便捷、施工便利、适用范围更广、通用性强的单组分有机硅改性瓷缝密封胶及其制备方法,以克服现有技术中的不足之处。
按此目的设计的一种单组分有机硅改性瓷缝密封胶,其特征在于:按重量份数包括:有机硅改性树脂:200份、增塑剂:30~50份、填料:50~450份、色料:1~10份、偶联剂:2~10份、催化剂:0.01~2.3份;通过配方工艺调整,共有三种形态:液态的流淌形态、膏状不流淌的固态以及膏状的半流淌形态。
所述有机硅改性树脂为有机硅改性聚氨酯或有机硅改性聚醚树脂;其中,
有机硅改性聚氨酯的结构式为:
R1为甲基或甲氧基或乙氧基,R2为甲基或乙基,粘度为2000~6800;
有机硅改性聚醚树脂的结构式为:
R1为甲基或甲氧基或乙氧基,R2为甲基或乙基,粘度为2000~6800。
所述增塑剂为硅烷低聚物及其混合物。
所述填料为轻质碳酸钙、重质碳酸钙、活化处理的纳米碳酸钙、炭黑、白炭黑、高岭土、硅微粉、中空玻璃微球、二氧化钛、滑石粉、氧化镁、氢氧化铝中的一种或两种以上混合物。
所述色料为金属化合物粉末和/或金属颗粒粉末和/或有机色粉。
所述偶联剂为甲基三甲氧基硅烷、乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷、N-(β-氨乙基)-γ-氨丙基三甲氧基硅烷、3-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷、3-氨丙基三甲氧基硅烷、γ-(2,3-环氧丙氧)丙基三甲氧基硅烷中的一种或两种以上混合物。
所述催化剂为二月桂酸二丁基锡、二醋酸二丁基锡、三乙胺、十二胺中的一种或两种以上混合物。
上述单组分有机硅改性瓷缝密封胶的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
(1)将有机硅改性树脂、增塑剂、填料、色料在双行星搅拌机中搅拌50分钟,温度30~60℃,抽真空;
(2)将偶联剂和催化剂加入行星搅拌机中,搅拌5~10分钟,控制温度20~55℃,抽真空;
(3)出料,封装。

(1)将有机硅改性聚醚树脂、硅烷低聚物、纳米碳酸钙、钛白粉在双行星搅拌机中搅拌50分钟,搅拌速度为30转/分钟,温度30~60℃,抽真空-0.8Mpa;
(2)将N-(β-氨乙基)-γ-氨丙基三甲氧基硅烷与3-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷的混合物、及二月桂酸二丁基锡加入行星搅拌机中,搅拌10分钟,搅拌速度为40转/分钟,控制温度40℃,抽真空;
(3)出料,得到流淌形态的有机硅改性瓷缝密封胶。
性能测试结果(测试条件:23±2℃RH50±10%):通过本配方工艺调整制得的有机硅改性瓷缝密封胶为白色液态流体,表干时间为18min,固化深度为3mm,硬度为90邵氏A,粘接强度为1.12Mpa。
第二实施例
本单组分有机硅改性瓷缝密封胶不同于第一实施例之处在于:按重量份数包括:有机硅改性树脂:200份、增塑剂:50份、填料:205份、色料:10份、偶联剂:5份、催化剂:0.1份。
进一步说,有机硅改性树脂为有机硅改性聚氨酯,其结构式为:
其中,R1为甲基或甲氧基或乙氧基,R2为甲基或乙基,粘度为2000~6800。
进一步说,增塑剂为硅烷低聚物;填料为纳米碳酸钙(200份)与白炭黑(5份)的混合物;色料为钛白粉;偶联剂为N-(β-氨乙基)-γ-氨丙基三甲氧基硅烷(3份)与3-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷(2份)的混合物;催化剂为二月桂酸二丁基锡。
上述单组分有机硅改性瓷缝密封胶的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将有机硅改性聚氨酯、硅烷低聚物、白炭黑、纳米碳酸钙、钛白粉在双行星搅拌机中搅拌50分钟,搅拌速度为30转/分钟,温度50℃,抽真空-0.8Mpa;
(2)将N-(β-氨乙基)-γ-氨丙基三甲氧基硅烷与3-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷的混合物、及二月桂酸二丁基锡加入行星搅拌机中,搅拌10分钟,控制温度20~55℃,抽真空;
(3)出料,得到膏状半流淌形态的有机硅改性瓷缝密封胶。
性能测试结果(测试条件:23±2℃RH50±10%):通过本配方工艺调整制得的有机硅改性瓷缝密封胶为白色半流淌膏状物,表干时间为15min,固化深度为3mm,硬度为90邵氏A,粘接强度为1.33Mpa。
第三实施例
本单组分有机硅改性瓷缝密封胶不同于第一实施例之处在于:按重量份数包括:有机硅改性树脂:200份、增塑剂:50份、填料:30份、色料:2份、偶联剂:6份、催化剂:2份。
进一步说,有机硅改性树脂为有机硅改性聚醚树脂,其结构式为:
其中,R1为甲基或甲氧基或乙氧基,R2为甲基或乙基,粘度为2000~6800。
进一步说,增塑剂为硅烷低聚物;填料为白炭黑;色料为铜粉;偶联剂为N-(β-氨乙基)-γ-氨丙基三甲氧基硅烷(2份)与3-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷(4份)的混合物;催化剂为二月桂酸二丁基锡。
上述单组分有机硅改性瓷缝密封胶的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将有机硅改性聚醚树脂、硅烷低聚物、白炭黑、铜粉在双行星搅拌机中搅拌50分钟,搅拌速度为50转/分钟,温度55℃,抽真空-0.8Mpa;
(2)将N-(β-氨乙基)-γ-氨丙基三甲氧基硅烷与3-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷的混合物、及二月桂酸二丁基锡加入行星搅拌机中,搅拌10分钟,控制温度40℃,抽真空;
(3)出料,得到膏状固形的有机硅改性瓷缝密封胶。
性能测试结果(测试条件:23±2℃RH50±10%):通过本配方工艺调整制得的有机硅改性瓷缝密封胶为橙黄膏状物,表干时间为12min,固化深度为3.5mm,硬度为85邵氏A,粘接强度为1.51Mpa。

Claims (8)
1.一种单组分有机硅改性瓷缝密封胶,其特征在于:按重量份数包括:有机硅改性树脂:200份、增塑剂:30~50份、填料:50~450份、色料:1~10份、偶联剂:2~10份、催化剂:0.01~2.3份;通过配方工艺调整,共有三种形态:液态的流淌形态、膏状不流淌的固态以及膏状的半流淌形态。
2.根据权利要求书1所述的单组分有机硅改性瓷缝密封胶,其特征在于:所述有机硅改性树脂为有机硅改性聚氨酯或有机硅改性聚醚树脂;其中,
有机硅改性聚氨酯的结构式为:
R1为甲基或甲氧基或乙氧基,R2为甲基或乙基,粘度为2000~6800;
有机硅改性聚醚树脂的结构式为:
R1为甲基或甲氧基或乙氧基,R2为甲基或乙基,粘度为2000~6800。
3.根据权利要求书2所述的单组分有机硅改性瓷缝密封胶,其特征在于:所述增塑剂为硅烷低聚物及其混合物。
4.根据权利要求书3所述的单组分有机硅改性瓷缝密封胶,其特征在于:所述填料为轻质碳酸钙、重质碳酸钙、活化处理的纳米碳酸钙、炭黑、白炭黑、高岭土、硅微粉、中空玻璃微球、二氧化钛、滑石粉、氧化镁、氢氧化铝中的一种或两种以上混合物。
5.根据权利要求书4所述的单组分有机硅改性瓷缝密封胶,其特征在于:所述色料为金属化合物粉末和/或金属颗粒粉末和/或有机色粉。
6.根据权利要求书5所述的单组分有机硅改性瓷缝密封胶,其特征在于:所述偶联剂为甲基三甲氧基硅烷、乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷、N-(β-氨乙基)-γ-氨丙基三甲氧基硅烷、3-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷、3-氨丙基三甲氧基硅烷、γ-(2,3-环氧丙氧)丙基三甲氧基硅烷中的一种或两种以上混合物。
7.根据权利要求书6所述的单组分有机硅改性瓷缝密封胶,其特征在于:所述催化剂为二月桂酸二丁基锡、二醋酸二丁基锡、三乙胺、十二胺中的一种或两种以上混合物。
8.如权利要求书1-7任一项所述单组分有机硅改性瓷缝密封胶的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
(1)将有机硅改性树脂、增塑剂、填料、色料在双行星搅拌机中搅拌50分钟,温度30~60℃,抽真空;
(2)将偶联剂和催化剂加入行星搅拌机中,搅拌5~10分钟,控制温度20~55℃,抽真空;
(3)出料,封装。
