目前,随着国家经济的发展以及人民生活水平的提高,人们对自身穿着的要求也在不断提升,不仅要求漂亮,还要穿着舒适,而且对衣物的安全性能的要求也越来越高,现有的纺织面料不具有防水,阻燃和防辐射的功能,没有设置七彩灯珠,美观性差,没有设置成纤聚合层,弹性和抗张力性较差,没有设置聚氨酯膜层、苎麻纤维层和竹炭纤维层,不具有防水、透气、透明可视、抗菌的特点,且制备方法比较复杂。
发明内容
本发明提供一种纺织面料生产工艺,具有防水,阻燃和防辐射的特征,设置了七彩灯珠,增加纺织面料的美观性,设置了成纤聚合层,使纺织面料具有弹性和抗张力性,设置了聚氨酯膜层、苎麻纤维层和竹炭纤维层,使纺织面料具有防水、透气、透明可视、抗菌的特点,具有节能环保、无异味的特点,且制备方法科学合理,可以有效解决上述背景技术中的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种纺织面料,包括基布、展示面、七彩灯珠、三防提花布、插头、导电引线、胶黏层、贴墙面、成纤聚合层、聚氨酯膜层、苎麻纤维层、竹炭纤维层、防水层、防火层和防辐射层,所述基布的一侧设置有贴墙面,且基布的另一侧面设置有展示面,所述基布的内部设置有七彩灯珠,且基布的一端设置有导电引线,所述导电引线的一端设置有插头,所述展示面的表面覆盖于七彩灯珠的外部位置处设置有三防提花布,所述贴墙面的表面设置有胶黏层,所述贴墙面与展示面之间设置有成纤聚合层,所述成纤聚合层的一侧表面包裹有聚氨酯膜层,且成纤聚合层的另一侧面包裹有防水层,所述防水层的外部包裹有防火层,所述防火层外部靠近胶黏层的一侧位置处包裹有防辐射层,所述苎麻纤维层覆盖于聚氨酯膜层的外部,且苎麻纤维层外部靠近三防提花布的一侧位置处包裹有竹炭纤维层。
一种纺织面料生产工艺,包括如下步骤:
1)制备基布:将纤维通过纺织机进行纺织得到基布;
2)制备纺织品:基布的前处理:将纺织品做好前处理工作,作为基布备用;在准备好的基布表面加胶黏层、贴墙面、成纤聚合层、聚氨酯膜层,进行烘干;在得到的面料上苎麻纤维层、竹炭纤维层、防水层、防火层和防辐射层,制得纺织品,将制得的纺织品进行烘干,烘干温度为80-90℃;将得到的面料进行焙烘,焙烘温度为140-150℃,时间为3-10分钟;
3)制备面料成品:对烘干后的面料进行冷却,然后在面料的内部开设导电引线通道和七彩灯珠固定孔,然后在导电引线通道和七彩灯珠固定孔的内部分别安装导电引线和七彩灯珠,即制得纺织面料。

根据上述技术方案,所述防火层由防火材料制备得来,其中防火材料由黑泥粉或黑泥颗粒39-60份或炉渣粉或炉渣颗粒10-45份或黑泥粉或黑泥颗粒与炉渣粉或炉渣颗粒的混合物、红硅石粉或者白泡石粉10-50份、蓝晶石粉或者红柱石粉或硅线石粉5-15份、硅酸锆粉或钇稳定氧化锆粉2-4份、水泥8-15份、六偏磷酸钠3-5份、纤维3-5份、铝溶胶或者钇溶胶或者锆溶胶或者硅铝溶胶0.5-1份,在搅拌器中均匀搅拌制得。
根据上述技术方案,所述防辐射层为中间基层;所述防辐射层的一面设置有耐高温层;所述防辐射层的另一面设置有粘贴层;其中所述防辐射层为铝箔层;所述耐高温层为聚酯烯层;所述粘贴层为不粘胶层。
根据上述技术方案,所述防水层由防水材料制得,其中防水材料是通过先提供高分子树脂基材;在高分子树脂基材上形成环氧树脂层;在170℃-200℃下,往熔融的非晶态a-烯烃共聚物中加入钛白粉、抗氧剂1010、5号白油和煅烧硅藻土,搅拌2小时-4小时,接着加入乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物,搅拌至完全熔融,得到粘合剂,趁热将粘合剂涂覆在环氧树脂层上,冷却后形成粘合剂层,其中,非晶态a-烯烃共聚物、乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物、钛白粉、抗氧剂1010、5号白油和煅烧硅藻土的质量比为20-70:20-50:0.2-5:0.1-1:5-20:1-5;在粘合剂层上铺设沙层并压实后制得的。
根据上述技术方案,所述步骤2)中的烘干过程中烘干温度为140-150℃,时间为2-8分钟。
基于上述,本发明的优点在于,具有防水,阻燃和防辐射的特征,设置了七彩灯珠,增加纺织面料的美观性,设置了成纤聚合层,使纺织面料具有弹性和抗张力性,设置了聚氨酯膜层、苎麻纤维层和竹炭纤维层,使纺织面料具有防水、透气、透明可视、抗菌的特点,具有节能环保、无异味的特点,且制备方法科学合理。

Claims (7)

1.一种纺织面料,包括基布(1)、展示面(2)、七彩灯珠(3)、三防提花布(4)、插头(5)、导电引线(6)、胶黏层(7)、贴墙面(8)、成纤聚合层(9)、聚氨酯膜层(10)、苎麻纤维层(11)、竹炭纤维层(12)、防水层(13)、防火层(14)和防辐射层(15),其特征在于:所述基布(1)的一侧设置有贴墙面(8),且基布(1)的另一侧面设置有展示面(2),所述基布(1)的内部设置有七彩灯珠(3),且基布(1)的一端设置有导电引线(6),所述导电引线(6)的一端设置有插头(5),所述展示面(2)的表面覆盖于七彩灯珠(3)的外部位置处设置有三防提花布(4),所述贴墙面(8)的表面设置有胶黏层(7),所述贴墙面(8)与展示面(2)之间设置有成纤聚合层(9),所述成纤聚合层(9)的一侧表面包裹有聚氨酯膜层(10),且成纤聚合层(9)的另一侧面包裹有防水层(13),所述防水层(13)的外部包裹有防火层(14),所述防火层(14)外部靠近胶黏层(7)的一侧位置处包裹有防辐射层(15),所述苎麻纤维层(11)覆盖于聚氨酯膜层(10)的外部,且苎麻纤维层(11)外部靠近三防提花布(4)的一侧位置处包裹有竹炭纤维层(12)。
2.一种纺织面料生产工艺,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
1)制备基布:将纤维通过纺织机进行纺织得到基布;
2)制备纺织品:基布的前处理:将纺织品做好前处理工作,作为基布备用;在准备好的基布表面加胶黏层、贴墙面、成纤聚合层、聚氨酯膜层,进行烘干;在得到的面料上苎麻纤维层、竹炭纤维层、防水层、防火层和防辐射层,制得纺织品,将制得的纺织品进行烘干,烘干温度为80-90℃;将得到的面料进行焙烘,焙烘温度为140-150℃,时间为3-10分钟;
3)制备面料成品:对烘干后的面料进行冷却,然后在面料的内部开设导电引线通道和七彩灯珠固定孔,然后在导电引线通道和七彩灯珠固定孔的内部分别安装导电引线和七彩灯珠,即制得纺织面料。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种纺织面料,其特征在于:所述七彩灯珠(3)与导电引线(6)电性连接,所述导电引线(6)与外部电源电性连接;所述基布(1)的厚度为20-25mm;所述防辐射层(15)是一种金属纤维材质的构件,所述防水层(13)是一种高分子防水材料材质的构件,所述防火层(14)是一种防火涂料材质的构件;所述胶黏层(7)是一种糯米胶材质的构件。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种纺织面料,其特征在于:所述防火层(13)由防火材料制备得来,其中防火材料由黑泥粉或黑泥颗粒39-60份或炉渣粉或炉渣颗粒10-45份或黑泥粉或黑泥颗粒与炉渣粉或炉渣颗粒的混合物、红硅石粉或者白泡石粉10-50份、蓝晶石粉或者红柱石粉或硅线石粉5-15份、硅酸锆粉或钇稳定氧化锆粉2-4份、水泥8-15份、六偏磷酸钠3-5份、纤维3-5份、铝溶胶或者钇溶胶或者锆溶胶或者硅铝溶胶0.5-1份,在搅拌器中均匀搅拌制得。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种纺织面料,其特征在于:所述防辐射层(15)为中间基层;所述防辐射层(15)的一面设置有耐高温层;所述防辐射层(15)的另一面设置有粘贴层;其中所述防辐射层为铝箔层;所述耐高温层为聚酯烯层;所述粘贴层为不粘胶层。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种纺织面料,其特征在于:所述防水层(14)由防水材料制得,其中防水材料是通过先提供高分子树脂基材;在高分子树脂基材上形成环氧树脂层;在170℃-200℃下,往熔融的非晶态a-烯烃共聚物中加入钛白粉、抗氧剂1010、5号白油和煅烧硅藻土,搅拌2小时-4小时,接着加入乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物,搅拌至完全熔融,得到粘合剂,趁热将粘合剂涂覆在环氧树脂层上,冷却后形成粘合剂层,其中,非晶态a-烯烃共聚物、乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物、钛白粉、抗氧剂1010、5号白油和煅烧硅藻土的质量比为20-70:20-50:0.2-5:0.1-1:5-20:1-5;在粘合剂层上铺设沙层并压实后制得的。
7.根据权利要求2所述的一种纺织面料生产工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤2)中的烘干过程中烘干温度为140-150℃,时间为2-8分钟。
