背景技术
布料是装饰材料或者制备某些产品的常用材料,包括隔热衣服、地毯、窗帘、遮阳伞、遮阳布等,如今还有很多人采用布料对墙面进行装饰用或隔热用。随着人类对健康生活和工作要求的提高,越来越多的家用及工业用隔热布料产品增加,隔热布料的应用也越来越广泛。隔热布料为一种功能型布料,在使用布料的同时赋予其它功能,使其同时具有布料的柔软,又能具有隔热效果。
中国专利CN 107263951 A公开了一种隔热布料及其制备方法,该种隔热布料包括隔热层、第一保温层及第二保温层,隔热层顶部涂有纳米涂层包裹的防水层,所述隔热层采用金属线、麻线、绵羊毛线及棉线相互编织而成,所述金属线包括第一金属缝纫线和第二金属缝纫线,所述第一金属缝纫线和第二金属缝纫线的外表面采用隔热粉材料,以此实现隔热功能。然而由金属线制成的布料其柔韧性不好,而且金属价格较为昂贵,金属线表面涂覆的隔热粉会粘附不牢而逐渐掉落,使其逐渐失去隔热功能,其制备方法较为复杂。
发明内容
发明目的:为了克服以上不足,本发明的目的是提供一种隔热效果好的布料,该种隔热布料具有较好的隔热效果,适用于制造挡光布、遮阳伞、遮阳布等需要抵挡太阳光进行隔热的产品,该种隔热布料的制备方法简单,原料来源充足,适用于工业大规模应用。
技术方案:一种隔热布料,从上至下依次包括反光层、防辐射层、隔热层及基布层。反光层可反射部分太阳光,防辐射层可阻止太阳光中的紫外线透入,隔热层起到阻隔太阳光热量的作用。
进一步的,所述反光层为涂有反光涂料层。反光涂料使布料具有反射光的作用。
进一步的,所述反光涂料由如下重量配方的混合物组成:反光粉5-10份、丙烯酸树脂20-40份、水性环氧树脂1-5份、二甲基硅油1-5份、羟乙基纤维素钠1-5份及无水酒精30-70份。反光粉在各种复杂形状的表面上都可以使用,具有很强的光反射率。
进一步的,所述防辐射层为纳米银及纳米二氧化钛的复合层,所述复合层中纳米银与纳米二氧化钛的重量比为2:1。纳米银具有防辐射、防静电、强抗菌及对人体安全等优点,而纳米二氧化钛对紫外线的屏蔽作用强,具有较好的抗辐射性能。
进一步的,所述纳米银粒径大小为10-25nm,纳米二氧化钛粒径大小为50-100nm。纳米银颗粒小粒径具有较好的抗菌效果,而纳米二氧化钛在其粒径较小时,其活性较大,既能反射、散射紫外线,又能吸收紫外线,从而对紫外线具有更强的阻隔能力,具有更好的抗辐射效果。
进一步的,所述隔热层为包含纳米中空玻璃微珠层,所述纳米中空玻璃微珠的粒径大小为100-250nm。中空玻璃微珠具有重量轻、体积大,导热系数低,分散性好,流动性好,化学稳定性高等特点,而且来源充足,价格便宜,可以反射光线,作为隔热填充物可起到很好的隔热效果。
进一步的,所述基布层包括涤纶15份、人造纤维35份及棉纤维40份。涤纶即聚酯纤维,具有较好的抗皱性和保形性,具有较高的强度和弹性恢复能力;人造纤维来源充足,价格便宜,性能优异;棉纤维制成的织物坚牢耐磨。
一种隔热布料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将丙烯酸树脂20-40份、水性环氧树脂1-5份、二甲基硅油1-5份、羟乙基纤维素钠1-5份及无水酒精30-70份置于搅拌器中混合,搅拌均匀后再逐渐加入反光粉5-10份,于40-50℃温度下搅拌0.5-1h,所得均匀混合液即为反光涂料;
(2)将涤纶15份、人造纤维35份及棉纤维40份经纺织机进行纺织,即可制得基布层;
(3)将步骤(2)所得的基布层表面均匀涂上步骤(1)所得反光涂料,反复涂刷三遍,然后于50℃烘箱中烘24h,即可制得反光层;
(4)使用热熔胶将重量比为2:1的纳米银及纳米二氧化钛复合物均匀覆盖于步骤(2)所得的基布层表面,即可制得防辐射层;
(5)使用热熔胶将纳米中空玻璃微珠均匀覆盖于步骤(2)所得的基布层表面,即可制得隔热层;
(6)将所制得的反光层、防辐射层、隔热层及基布层按从上至下的顺序各层之间采用压膜复合或热熔粘合方式复合得到布料。
进一步的,所述步骤(4)中纳米银及纳米二氧化钛复合物的覆盖厚度为100-350nm。覆盖厚度太厚则影响产品的柔韧性,覆盖厚度太薄则使其防辐射效果不好。
进一步的,所述步骤(5)中中空玻璃微珠的覆盖厚度为200-400nm。覆盖厚度太厚则影响产品的柔韧性,覆盖厚度太薄则使其隔热效果不好。
上述技术方案可以看出,本发明具有如下有益效果:本发明所述的一种隔热布料表层设有反光层,反光层的反光涂料使其可反射掉一部分太阳光;反光层下设有防辐射层,可阻止紫外线的透入;防辐射层下设有中空玻璃填充的隔热层,可进一步反射掉部分太阳光,而且还能减少太阳热量的透入,使其具有较好的隔热效果。该种隔热布料具有较好的隔热效果,适用于制造挡光布、遮阳伞、遮阳布等需要抵挡太阳光进行隔热的产品,该种隔热布料的制备方法简单,原料来源充足,适用于工业大规模应用。

如图1所示,一种隔热布料,从上之下依次包括反光层1、防辐射层2、隔热层3及基布层4,所述反光层1为涂有反光涂料层,所述反光涂料由如下重量配方的混合物组成:反光粉5-10份、丙烯酸树脂20-40份、水性环氧树脂1-5份、二甲基硅油1-5份、羟乙基纤维素钠1-5份及无水酒精30-70份;所述防辐射层2为纳米银及纳米二氧化钛的复合层,所述复合层中纳米银与纳米二氧化钛的重量比为2:1,所述纳米银粒径大小为10-25nm,纳米二氧化钛粒径大小为50-100nm;所述隔热层3为包含纳米中空玻璃微珠层,所述纳米中空玻璃微珠的粒径大小为100-250nm;所述基布层4包括涤纶15份、人造纤维35份及棉纤维40份。
实施例1
一种隔热布料的制备方法,制备如上所述的一种隔热布料,包括以下步骤:
(1)将丙烯酸树脂20份、水性环氧树脂1份、二甲基硅油1份、羟乙基纤维素钠1份及无水酒精30份置于搅拌器中混合,搅拌均匀后再逐渐加入反光粉5份,于40℃温度下搅拌0.5h,所得均匀混合液即为反光涂料;
(2)将涤纶15份、人造纤维35份及棉纤维40份经纺织机进行纺织,即可制得基布层4;
(3)将步骤(2)所得的基布层4表面均匀涂上步骤(1)所得反光涂料,反复涂刷三遍,然后于50℃烘箱中烘24h,即可制得反光层1;
(4)使用热熔胶将重量比为2:1的纳米银及纳米二氧化钛复合物均匀覆盖于步骤(2)所得的基布层4表面,所述纳米银及纳米二氧化钛复合物的覆盖厚度为100nm,即可制得防辐射层2;
(5)使用热熔胶将中空玻璃微珠均匀覆盖于步骤(2)所得的基布层4表面,所述中空玻璃微珠的覆盖厚度为200nm,即可制得隔热层3;
(6)将所制得的反光层1、防辐射层2、隔热层3及基布层4按从上至下的顺序各层之间采用压膜复合或热熔粘合方式复合得到布料。

(1)将丙烯酸树脂40份、水性环氧树脂5份、二甲基硅油5份、羟乙基纤维素钠5份及无水酒精70份置于搅拌器中混合,搅拌均匀后再逐渐加入反光粉10份,于50℃温度下搅拌1h,所得均匀混合液即为反光涂料;
(2)将涤纶15份、人造纤维35份及棉纤维40份经纺织机进行纺织,即可制得基布层4;
(3)将步骤(2)所得的基布层4表面均匀涂上步骤(1)所得反光涂料,反复涂刷三遍,然后于50℃烘箱中烘24h,即可制得反光层1;
(4)使用热熔胶将重量比为2:1的纳米银及纳米二氧化钛复合物均匀覆盖于步骤(2)所得的基布层4表面,所述纳米银及纳米二氧化钛复合物的覆盖厚度为350nm,即可制得防辐射层2;
(5)使用热熔胶将中空玻璃微珠均匀覆盖于步骤(2)所得的基布层4表面,所述中空玻璃微珠的覆盖厚度为750nm,即可制得隔热层3;
(6)将所制得的反光层1、防辐射层2、隔热层3及基布层4按从上至下的顺序各层之间采用压膜复合或热熔粘合方式复合得到布料。
其中,所述纳米银粒径大小为10-25nm,纳米二氧化钛粒径大小为50-100nm;所述纳米中空玻璃微珠的粒径大小为100-250nm。
实施例3
一种隔热布料的制备方法,制备如上所述的一种隔热布料,包括以下步骤:
(1)将丙烯酸树脂30份、水性环氧树脂3份、二甲基硅油3份、羟乙基纤维素钠3份及无水酒精50份置于搅拌器中混合,搅拌均匀后再逐渐加入反光粉7.5份,于45℃温度下搅拌0.8h,所得均匀混合液即为反光涂料;
(2)将涤纶15份、人造纤维35份及棉纤维40份经纺织机进行纺织,即可制得基布层4;
(3)将步骤(2)所得的基布层4表面均匀涂上步骤(1)所得反光涂料,反复涂刷三遍,然后于50℃烘箱中烘24h,即可制得反光层1;
(4)使用热熔胶将重量比为2:1的纳米银及纳米二氧化钛复合物均匀覆盖于步骤(2)所得的基布层4表面,所述纳米银及纳米二氧化钛复合物的覆盖厚度为250nm,即可制得防辐射层2;
(5)使用热熔胶将中空玻璃微珠均匀覆盖于步骤(2)所得的基布层4表面,所述中空玻璃微珠的覆盖厚度为500nm,即可制得隔热层3;
(6)将所制得的反光层1、防辐射层2、隔热层3及基布层4按从上至下的顺序各层之间采用压膜复合或热熔粘合方式复合得到布料。
其中,所述纳米银粒径大小为10-25nm,纳米二氧化钛粒径大小为50-100nm;所述纳米中空玻璃微珠的粒径大小为100-250nm。
对比例1
本对比例为实施例1的对比例,其对比之处在于本对比例中仅包含实施例1的步骤(1)中所制备的基布层,然后按步骤(6)的方法将四层基布层采用压膜复合或热熔粘合方式复合得到仅含基布层的布料。
性能测试
取实施例1-3及对比例1所制得的布料,进行性能测试,其测试结果如下表1所示。
拉伸强度测试:按照GB1040-92进行测试;
断裂伸长率测试:按照GB/T8804.1-2003进行测试;
隔热性能测试:按照JG/T235-2008进行测试;
防辐射性能测试:按照JG/T235-2015进行测试。

根据上表测试结果可知,本发明所提供的的隔热布料其隔热效果明显增加,对太阳光的反射效果好,而且在具有隔热功能时其拉伸强度和断裂伸长率也没有降低很多,仍然具有较好的拉伸强度和断裂伸长率。该种隔热布料具有较好的隔热效果,而且保持较好的布料柔软性。
以上所述只是为了说明本发明的技术构思及特点,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理和精神的前提下可以做出若干改进,这些改进也应视为本发明的保护范围内。

Claims (10)

1.一种隔热布料,其特征在于:从上至下依次包括反光层(1)、防辐射层(2)、隔热层(3)及基布层(4)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种隔热布料,其特征在于:所述反光层(1)为涂有反光涂料层。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种隔热布料,其特征在于:所述反光涂料由如下重量配比的混合物组成:反光粉5-10份、丙烯酸树脂20-40份、水性环氧树脂1-5份、二甲基硅油1-5份、羟乙基纤维素钠1-5份及无水酒精30-70份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种隔热布料,其特征在于:所述防辐射层(2)为纳米银及纳米二氧化钛的复合层,所述复合层中纳米银与纳米二氧化钛的重量比为2:1。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种隔热布料,其特征在于:所述纳米银粒径大小为10-25nm,纳米二氧化钛粒径大小为50-100 nm。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种隔热布料,其特征在于:所述隔热层(3)为包含纳米中空玻璃微珠层,所述纳米中空玻璃微珠的粒径大小为100-250 nm。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种隔热布料,其特征在于:所述基布层(4)包括涤纶15份、人造纤维35份及棉纤维40份。
8.一种隔热布料的制备方法,制备如权利要求1-7任一项所述的一种隔热布料,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
(1)将丙烯酸树脂20-40份、水性环氧树脂1-5份、二甲基硅油1-5份、羟乙基纤维素钠1-5份及无水酒精30-70份置于搅拌器中混合,搅拌均匀后再逐渐加入反光粉5-10份,于40-50℃温度下搅拌0.5-1 h,所得均匀混合液即为反光涂料;
(2)将涤纶15份、人造纤维35份及棉纤维40份经纺织机进行纺织,即可制得基布层(4);
(3)将步骤(2)所得的基布层(4)表面均匀涂上步骤(1)所得的反光涂料,反复涂刷三遍,然后于50℃烘箱中烘24 h,即可制得反光层(1);
(4)使用热熔胶将重量比为2:1的纳米银及纳米二氧化钛复合物均匀覆盖于步骤(2)所得的基布层(4)表面,即可制得防辐射层(2);
(5)使用热熔胶将纳米中空玻璃微珠均匀覆盖于步骤(2)所得的基布层(4)表面,即可制得隔热层(3);
(6)将所制得的反光层(1)、防辐射层(2)、隔热层(3)及基布层(4)按从上至下的顺序各层之间采用压膜复合或热熔粘合方式复合得到布料。
9.根据权利要求8所述的一种隔热布料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(4)中纳米银及纳米二氧化钛复合物的覆盖厚度为100-350 nm。
10.根据权利要求8所述的一种隔热布料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(5)中纳米中空玻璃微珠的覆盖厚度为200-750 nm。
