Abstract

本发明涉及焊接设备技术领域,具体公开了一种H型钢焊接装置,包括支架组1、导轨2、门梁3和悬臂焊机4。使用时将提前搭焊在一起的H型钢放到支架组上,伺服电机带动数控式双悬臂焊机沿直线移动焊接。该装置一次可同时焊接两条长H型钢或多条短H型钢,通过增加支架组和导轨的长度理论上可焊接任意长度的H型钢,整个设备自动化程度高,质量稳定,焊接部位强度高不易变形。

本发明属于焊接设备技术领域,具体涉及一种H型钢焊接装置。
背景技术
在工业生产中经常会用到长度较长等尺寸变化的H型钢,尤其是厂房建设或者锅炉制造安装对不同长度(非标准长度12m)H型钢的需求越来越大。H型钢由三块钢板拼接而成,一般先将底板水平放置,再将中间垂直的钢梁固定好后焊接,焊完后再焊另一边。这种焊接方式步骤繁多、效率低下、自动化程度较低,对于超长或长度灵活多变的H型钢往往无计可施或很难保证焊接质量。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于解决现有H型钢长度较固定、焊接效率低、自动化程度不高、焊接设备复杂等不足,提供一种新型H型钢焊接装置,该焊接装置一次可同时焊接至少两条H型钢,并且H型钢的长度不受限制,焊接质量高。本发明的技术方案如下。
一种H型钢焊接装置,包括支架组1、导轨2、门梁3和双悬臂焊接机4,所述支架组1沿导轨2设置,每个支架组包括两个间隔一定距离的M字形支架,所述双悬臂焊接机4设置在门梁3的横臂上,门梁3的立柱与导轨2相连并可沿其滑动。所述H型钢焊接装置还包括加强柱5和步道6。所述支架组1的数量至少为3组,每组之间的间距为2-5m。
本发明提供的H型钢焊接装置具有以下有益效果:(1)效率高,一次可同时连续焊接两条或间断焊接多条H型钢;(2)H型钢的长度不受限制,通过增加支架组和导轨的长度理论上可焊接任意而非定长的H型钢;(3)采用悬臂焊机有利于自动化控制,减少人工焊接存在的失误,焊接质量高。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图及具体实施例对本发明作进一步的说明。
如图1-2所示,一种H型钢焊接装置,包括支架组1、导轨2、门梁3和数控式双悬臂焊接机4。导轨2位于支架组1两侧,门梁3通过立柱与导轨2相连并可沿其滑动,固定在门梁3横臂上的数控式双悬臂焊机4位于支架组上方并可沿其排列方向移动。所述支架组1沿导轨2等间距排列,其数量依据H型钢的长度而定(至少为3组,每组之间的间距为2-5m)。每个支架组1包括两个间隔一定距离、相对设置的M字形支架,所述M字形支架中间倾斜部分(V字形部分)相互垂直以便于放置H型钢或L形钢梁。为提高M字型支架的强度在承重一侧还设置有加强柱5。在每个支架组1之间还设置有步道6,既起到连接固定M字形支架组1的作用又方便工人操作巡查。以上结构部件均为钢制。
首先将提前搭焊在一起的H型钢放到支架组上(可以是一整条较长的,也可以是许多条较短的H型钢间隔5-10cm放置),数控式双悬臂焊机下降到合适位置,伺服电机带动其在门梁上沿直线移动焊接,直至完成一条缝的焊接作业,之后将H型钢翻转再焊接其他的缝。整个过程人工干预较少、焊接时间能缩短20%左右,只要场地条件允许H型钢的长度不受限制。经对比,采用该装置焊接的H型钢不同批次质量稳定、焊接部位强度高不易变形,抗弯曲强度提高20%。

1.一种H型钢焊接装置,其特征在于包括支架组(1)、导轨(2)、门梁(3)和双悬臂焊接机(4),所述支架组(1)沿导轨(2)设置,每个支架组包括两个间隔一定距离的M字形支架,所述双悬臂焊接机(4)设置在门梁(3)的横臂上,门梁(3)的立柱与导轨(2)相连并可沿其滑动, 所述支架组(1)的数量至少为3组,每组之间的间距为2-5m。
2. 如权利要求1所述的一种H型钢焊接装置,其特征在于该H型钢焊接装置还包括加强柱(5)和步道(6)。
