本发明提供了一种大理石板的双面涂胶装置，包括支撑腿、承载梁、传动条、大理石板、毛刷辊A、卡条和毛刷辊B；两个卡条相对设置，且卡条的连接部与活动设置在承载梁内的传动条固定连接，所述承载梁固定在支撑腿上；所述两个相对设置的卡条的相对面上分别设置有用于将大理石板夹紧的支撑部、卡口部和压紧部，毛刷辊A和毛刷辊B分别活动设置于大理石板的上下两侧。本发明通过相对设置的两个卡条将大理石板卡住，并在大理石板的上下表面分别设置毛刷辊，通过驱动上下两侧的毛刷辊对大理石板进行双面涂胶；不仅大理石板安装及取下操作简单，而且双面同时涂胶大大提高了涂刷的效率，解决了人工进行涂刷，工作效率低的问题。

技术领域
本发明涉及石材加工设备技术领域，具体涉及一种大理石板的双面涂胶装置。
背景技术
随着建筑装饰业的发展,以及人们审美情趣的提高,石材产品设计越来越多样化和复杂化，市场上石材制品日益趋向艺术化、高档化和个性化的方向发展。人们对生活品质尤其是生活或工作环境的要求亦日渐挑剔，由于大理石本身的特性，在进行建筑装修时，大理石通常会被作为表面装饰用。大理石加工时经过改板后，为了对大理石板加固和弥补天然裂缝需要对大理石板进行涂胶和烘干，涂胶时人工进行涂刷，工作效率低。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题，本发明提供了一种大理石板的双面涂胶装置，该大理石板的双面涂胶装置通过设置支撑腿、承载梁、传动条、毛刷辊A、卡条和毛刷辊B来对大理石板进行自动涂胶，解决了人工进行涂刷，工作效率低的问题。
本发明通过以下技术方案得以实现。
本发明提供的一种大理石板的双面涂胶装置，包括支撑腿、承载梁、传动条、大理石板、毛刷辊A、卡条和毛刷辊B；两个卡条相对设置，且卡条的连接部与活动设置在承载梁内的传动条固定连接，所述承载梁固定在支撑腿上；所述两个相对设置的卡条的相对面上分别设置有用于将大理石板夹紧的支撑部、卡口部和压紧部，毛刷辊A和毛刷辊B分别活动设置于大理石板的上下两侧。
所述承载梁上还固定设置有支撑组件，支撑组件于卡条的下侧固定在承载梁上。
所述支撑组件包括滚筒、轴承和安装轴，滚筒通过轴承安装在安装轴上，所述安装轴的一端固定在承载梁上。
所述传动条为传动齿条。
本发明的有益效果在于：通过相对设置的两个卡条将大理石板卡住，并在大理石板的上下表面分别设置毛刷辊，通过驱动上下两侧的毛刷辊对大理石板进行双面涂胶；不仅大理石板安装及取下操作简单，而且双面同时涂胶大大提高了涂刷的效率，解决了人工进行涂刷，工作效率低的问题。

具体实施方式
下面进一步描述本发明的技术方案，但要求保护的范围并不局限于所述。
如图1～3所示的一种大理石板的双面涂胶装置，包括支撑腿1、承载梁5、传动条6、大理石板7、毛刷辊A8、卡条9和毛刷辊B10；两个卡条9相对设置，且卡条9的连接部92与活动设置在承载梁5内的传动条6固定连接，所述承载梁5固定在支撑腿1上；所述两个相对设置的卡条9的相对面上分别设置有用于将大理石板7夹紧的支撑部91、卡口部93和压紧部94，毛刷辊A8和毛刷辊B10分别活动设置于大理石板7的上下两侧，所述传动条6为传动齿条。
所述承载梁5上还固定设置有支撑组件，支撑组件于卡条9的下侧固定在承载梁5上。防止卡条9的支撑部91变形导致大理石板坠落损坏。所述支撑组件包括滚筒2、轴承3和安装轴4，滚筒2通过轴承3安装在安装轴4上，所述安装轴4的一端固定在承载梁5上。滚筒2可以减少卡条9的下侧与支撑组件之间的摩擦力，使得传送过程更加顺畅。
本发明在实际使用时，将待涂胶的大理石板7卡入两个相对设置的卡条9之间，大理石板在传动条6的带动下移动，同时驱动毛刷辊A8和毛刷辊B10，毛刷辊A8和毛刷辊B10将胶水涂覆到大理石板的表面。完成涂覆的大理石板7由传送条传送至烘干炉内烘干。本发明通过驱动上下两侧的毛刷辊对大理石板进行双面涂胶；涂覆时不仅大理石板安装及取下操作简单，而且双面同时涂胶大大提高了涂刷的效率，解决了人工进行涂刷，工作效率低的问题。

Claims (4)

1.一种大理石板的双面涂胶装置，包括支撑腿(1)、承载梁(5)、传动条(6)、大理石板(7)、毛刷辊A(8)、卡条(9)和毛刷辊B(10)，其特征在于：两个卡条(9)相对设置，且卡条(9)的连接部(92)与活动设置在承载梁(5)内的传动条(6)固定连接，所述承载梁(5)固定在支撑腿(1)上；所述两个相对设置的卡条(9)的相对面上分别设置有用于将大理石板(7)夹紧的支撑部(91)、卡口部(93)和压紧部(94)，毛刷辊A(8)和毛刷辊B(10)分别活动设置于大理石板(7)的上下两侧。
2.如权利要求1所述的大理石板的双面涂胶装置，其特征在于：所述承载梁(5)上还固定设置有支撑组件，支撑组件于卡条(9)的下侧固定在承载梁(5)上。
3.如权利要求2所述的大理石板的双面涂胶装置，其特征在于：所述支撑组件包括滚筒(2)、轴承(3)和安装轴(4)，滚筒(2)通过轴承(3)安装在安装轴(4)上，所述安装轴(4)的一端固定在承载梁(5)上。
4.如权利要求1～3中任一所述的大理石板的双面涂胶装置，其特征在于：所述传动条(6)为传动齿条。
