Abstract
本发明涉及一种刮刀涂胶的防水卷材设备,属防水卷材涂胶领域。它由出料口、机架、电机、下辊轮和可进出冷水管构成,机架上方安装有出料口,机架外侧安装有电机,机架外侧顶部对称安装有转向气缸,机架的最下端横向安装有压片辊轮,压片辊轮内设置有可进出冷水管,压片辊轮的上方安装横向安装有涂胶辊轮,机架两侧最上端对称安装有转向气缸,转向气缸与涂胶辊轮的调节丝杆连接。本发明可以减少材料成本,提高工作效率,降低工作人员的劳动强度,且有利于提高防水卷材产品质量。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及防水卷材涂胶领域,特别涉及一种刮刀涂胶的防水卷材设备。
背景技术
防水卷材在使用过程中,通常需要将石英砂,沥青叠置粘合在防水卷材上,这就需要在防水卷材之间涂抹粘胶来实现粘合的目的。在现有技术中,常规的设备对防水卷材进行刷胶时,有可能会因为粘胶的干稀度的原因,导致石英砂和沥青叠置粘合的不牢固,在刷制工作中,粘胶也会产生厚薄不均的现象,从而导致防水卷材的质量问题,沾粘薄了,达不到防水作用;沾粘厚了,浪费原材料。因此,我们需要寻求一种新的技术来解决这一问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,针对上述现有技术的不足,提供一种可以控制粘胶干稀度、粘胶厚薄度的刮刀涂胶的防水卷材设备。
本发明是通过如下的技术方案来实现上述目的的:
该刮刀涂胶的防水卷材设备由出料口、机架、电机、压片辊轮、转向气缸、限位挡板、涂胶辊轮、弹簧刮刀、温度传感器、加热棒、上辊轮、下辊轮和可进出冷水管构成,其特征在于:所述的机架上方安装有出料口,机架外侧安装有电机,机架外侧顶部对称安装有转向气缸,机架的最下端横向安装有压片辊轮,压片辊轮内设置有可进出冷水管,压片辊轮的上方安装横向安装有涂胶辊轮,所述的涂胶辊轮由上辊轮和下辊轮构成,上辊轮中设置有加热棒,上辊轮的表面安装有温度传感器,上辊轮两侧对称安装有限位挡板,上辊轮的上方安装有弹簧刮刀,所述的机架两侧最上端对称安装有转向气缸,转向气缸与涂胶辊轮的调节丝杆连接。
所述的电机上设置有链条,链条与上辊轮连接。
所述的弹簧刮刀由转向气缸带动弹簧调节控制。
本发明与现有技术相比的有益效果在于:
该刮刀涂胶的防水卷材设备结构合理,可以实现自动控制涂胶辊轮表面的温度,提高粘胶的粘稠度,通过弹簧刮刀,有效的控制粘胶的厚薄,通过两侧的限位挡板,可以有效的控制基布板材上涂胶的宽窄,从而减少材料成本,提高工作效率,降低工作人员的劳动强度,且有利于提高防水卷材产品质量。

具体实施方式
该刮刀涂胶的防水卷材设备由出料口1、机架2、电机3、压片辊轮4、转向气缸5、限位挡板6、涂胶辊轮7、上辊轮7-1、下辊轮7-2、弹簧刮刀8、温度传感器9、加热棒10和可进出冷水管11构成,机架2的上方安装有出料口1,机架2的外侧安装有电机3,电机3上设置有链条,链条与上辊轮7-1连接,通过电机3带动上辊轮7-1转动,机架2的最下端横向安装有压片辊轮4,压片辊轮4内设置有可进出冷水管11,可让压片辊轮4降温使基布板材冷却定型,压片辊轮4的上方安装横向安装有涂胶辊轮7,所述的涂胶辊轮7由上辊轮7-1和下辊轮7-2构成,上辊轮7-1中设置有加热棒10,用以加热上辊轮7-1来调节粘胶的稀薄度,上辊轮7-1的表面安装有温度传感器9,可以实时监控粘胶的稀薄度,上辊轮7-1两侧对称安装有限位挡板6,以限制基布板材上涂胶的宽窄度,上辊轮7-1的上方安装有弹簧刮刀8,弹簧刮刀8由转向气缸5带动弹簧调节控制,来控制粘胶的厚薄,机架2外侧顶部对称安装有转向气缸5,转向气缸5与涂胶辊轮7通过丝杆连接,可以随时调节涂胶辊轮7中上辊轮7-1与下辊轮7-2之间的间隙。
该刮刀涂胶的防水卷材设备其使用过程如下:
当开始涂胶上料时,基布板材先通过安装有可进出冷水管11的压片辊轮4压平,送入涂胶辊轮7中,涂胶辊轮7中的下辊轮7-2固定不动,通过上辊轮7-1转动带动基布板材涂胶,上辊轮7-1上表面安装的温度传感器9,开始实时监控粘胶的稀薄度,当粘胶的稀薄度的没有达到预想的温度时,上辊轮7-1中设置的加热棒10,即可用来加热上辊轮7-1来调节粘胶的稀薄度,当粘胶厚度过后时,上辊轮7-1的上方安装的弹簧刮刀8由转向气缸5带动弹簧调节控制,来控制粘胶的厚薄,当粘胶标准的涂裹到防水卷材基布上后,机架2上方安装的出料口1开始出料,原料平铺到防水卷材基布上后,上辊轮7-1两侧对称安装的限位挡板6,便开始限制基布板材上原料的宽窄度,从而减少材料成本,提高工作效率,降低工作人员的劳动强度,且有利于提高防水卷材产品质量。

1.一种刮刀涂胶的防水卷材设备由出料口(1)、机架(2)、电机(3)、压片辊轮(4)、转向气缸(5)、限位挡板(6)、涂胶辊轮(7)、上辊轮(7-1)、下辊轮(7-2)、弹簧刮刀(8)、温度传感器(9)、加热棒(10)和可进出冷水管(11)构成,其特征在于:所述的机架(2)上方安装有出料口(1),机架(2)外侧安装有电机(3),机架(2)外侧顶部对称安装有转向气缸(5),机架(2)的最下端横向安装有压片辊轮(4),压片辊轮(4)内设置有可进出冷水管(11),压片辊轮(4)的上方安装横向安装有涂胶辊轮(7),所述的涂胶辊轮由上辊轮(7-1)和下辊轮(7-2)构成,上辊轮(7-1)中设置有加热棒(10),上辊轮(7-1)的表面安装有温度传感器(9),上辊轮(7-1)两侧对称安装有限位挡板(6),上辊轮(7-1)的上方安装有弹簧刮刀(8),所述的机架(2)两侧最上端对称安装有转向气缸(5),转向气缸(5)与涂胶辊轮(7)的调节丝杆连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种刮刀涂胶的防水卷材设备,其特征在于:所述的电机(2)上设置有链条,链条与上辊轮(12)连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种刮刀涂胶的防水卷材设备,其特征在于:所述的弹簧刮刀(8)由转向气缸(5)带动弹簧调节控制。
