Abstract
本发明涉及一种功能型面膜,所述面膜包括织物本体,所述织物本体由涤锦复合丝在有机溶剂中溶胀后制备得到;所述织物本体上部为保水层,下部为营养液吸收层,所述保水层包括保水部分和导湿部分,其中保水部分的面积占80~95%,导湿部分的面积占5~20%。本发明通过改变织物内部的比表面积,提高织物的营养液吸收、吸油及吸附细小固体物质的能力;本发明面膜具有双面特效,不仅改善了无纺布面膜的液体流动性能过快、面膜不易展开等缺陷;同时面膜可以反复洗涤使用,解决了面膜只能一次使用的问题,减少了资源浪费,提高了资源的利用率。

技术领域
本发明属于护肤品技术领域,具体地说是涉及一种功能型面膜及其制备方法。
背景技术
面膜是美容保养品的一种载体,目前国内面膜主要是木棉纤维素、纤维素纤维等为原料做成的无纺布面膜。传统面膜是无纺布方式织造,且全是以吸收膜为主,传统的生产方法制备得到的面膜对水分的储存量过多,其敷于面部后液体会顺流到其它部位,同时由于过于轻薄而难于展开,随着时间推移在面部挥发过快而降低对有效营养成分的吸收。且对于油性皮肤产生的代谢脂肪及汗液吸附是亟需解决的最大问题。因此改善面膜综合性能,需要能够有较大的保水量,控制面膜的水分挥发性能,升级换代此当前面膜技术,改善其不足之处。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术存在的不足,本发明提供了一种功能型面膜及其制备方法。本发明通过改变织物内部的比表面积,提高织物的营养液吸收、吸油及吸附细小固体物质的能力;本发明面膜具有双面特效,不仅克服了无纺布面膜的液体流动性能过快、面膜不易展开等缺陷;同时面膜可以反复洗涤使用,解决了面膜只能一次使用的问题,减少了资源浪费,提高了资源的利用率。
一种功能型面膜,所述面膜包括织物本体,所述织物本体由涤锦复合丝在有机溶剂中溶胀后制备得到;所述织物本体上部为保水层,下部为营养液吸收层,所述保水层包括保水部分和导湿部分,其中保水部分的面积占80~95%,导湿部分的面积占5~20%。
作为优选,所述保水层的厚度为织物本体的一半厚度。
作为优选,所述保水层的厚度为0.10~0.25mm,营养液吸收层的厚度为0.10~0.25mm。一定的厚度可以保证面膜展开方便的同时提高织物的营养液吸收、吸油及吸附细小固体物质的能力。
作为优选,所述织物本体为采用涤锦复合丝为原料织造的针织面料或喷水机织面料,所述涤锦复合丝截面为米字型或桔瓣型。
一种功能型面膜的制备方法,包括下述步骤:
(1)织物本体的制备
涤锦复合丝在有机溶剂中溶胀后织造而得,其中,有机溶剂的质量百分比组成为:间苯二酚3~8%,N,N-二甲基甲酰胺5~9%,余量为水;
(2)面膜的制备
通过涂覆液对织物本体上部进行局部涂覆后烘干形成保水层,织物本体下部为营养液吸收层;其中,所述涂覆液的质量百分比组成为:六碳全氟丙烯酸酯聚合物乳液3.0~9.0%、末端封闭基异氰酸酯交联剂1.0~2.5%、聚丙酸增稠剂2.0~6.0%、余量为水;
(3)切膜
使用热切机将织物切成裁片,然后利用热切刀的高温作用使得面膜的边缘处熔融封边;其中,热切温度为200~250℃;
(4)净化水洗处理
首先通过自来水洗涤,再使用中水、纯净水多次洗后得到纯净的功能型面膜。
本发明通过涂覆液对织物本体上部进行局部涂覆后烘干形成保水层,保水层中的涂覆部分为保水部分,保水层中的未涂覆部分为导湿(透湿汽)部分,保水部分由于涂覆液的作用,其表面张力降低而不能导出空间下层的空间水分,起到防止水分挥发的作用;在具体使用时,保水部分和导湿(透湿汽)部分因为吸收水分而产生光线反射差,面膜覆盖在脸部后会显现出花纹效果;另外,保水层还可以隔离外界污染,提高肌肤温度,促进皮肤的毛孔扩张,促进汗腺分泌与新陈代谢,使肌肤的含氧量上升。本发明织物本体下部即为营养液吸收层,由于织物本体是由涤锦复合丝在有机溶剂中溶胀后而得,因此织物本体具有超高比表面积,即营养液吸收层具有超高比表面积,在添加营养液时,提高了对营养液的吸附功能,克服了无纺布面膜的液体流动性能过快的缺陷;同时,营养液吸收层内部形成各种微原纤孔隙,利用其内部的高吸附及解吸性能,在面膜上加入营养液后使用时,可以促进营养液对皮肤的渗透,有利于肌肤排出表皮细胞新陈代谢的产物和累积的油脂类物质,提高对脂肪等物质的代谢吸附能力;面膜中的营养液渗入肌肤表皮的角质层,有利于皮肤保养;同时具有良好的柔软性舒适性能。
作为优选,步骤(1)中,溶胀条件为:温度100~120℃,时间40~60分钟,浴比1:10~20;涤锦复合丝为原料溶胀后织造的织物本体的厚度为0.2~0.5mm。
作为优选,步骤(2)中,涂覆过程中参数控制为:涂覆温度100~120℃,涂覆时间70~110s,涂覆车速为40~50m/min,涂覆面积占80~95%,涂覆量为织物重量的30~60%,涂覆厚度为织物厚度的一半;烘干温度150~180℃,烘干时间60~180s。涂覆工艺参数对结果影响较重,如果参数为下偏差,引起涂覆层超过标准厚度,会引起营养液吸收层的吸附量下降问题。
因织物的厚度较轻薄,加工时需要较高的机械性能,主要为换热较高,本发明涂覆可以采用圆网印花机进行操作,有利于迅速烘干,利于质量提高。
作为优选,步骤(4)中,自来水洗时加入质量比为0.1~0.5%的高硫酸钠,自来水洗条件为:温度80~90℃,时间15~25min;中水洗涤条件为:温度50~60℃,时间10~25分钟,浴比1:10~15;纯净水洗涤条件为:温度50~60℃,10~25分钟,浴比1:10~15。
作为优选,所述织物本体为采用涤锦复合丝为原料织造的针织面料或喷水机织面料,所述涤锦复合丝截面为米字型或桔瓣型。
作为优选,所述的功能型面膜的制备方法,包括下述步骤:
(1)织物本体的制备
涤锦复合丝在有机溶剂中溶胀后织造而得,其中,有机溶剂的质量百分比组成为:间苯二酚5%,N,N-二甲基甲酰胺8%,余量为水;
溶胀条件为:温度110℃,时间50分钟,浴比1:15;涤锦复合丝为原料溶胀后织造的织物本体的厚度为0.5mm;
(2)面膜的制备
通过涂覆液对织物本体上部进行局部涂覆后烘干形成保水层,织物本体下部为营养液吸收层;其中,所述涂覆液的质量百分比组成为:六碳全氟丙烯酸酯聚合物乳液6.0%、末端封闭基异氰酸酯交联剂1.5%、聚丙酸增稠剂4.0%、余量为水;
涂覆温度110℃,涂覆时间90s,涂覆车速为45m/min,涂覆面积占90%,涂覆量为织物重量的50%,涂覆厚度为织物厚度的一半;烘干温度170℃,烘干时间80s;
(3)切膜
使用热切机将织物切成裁片,然后利用热切刀的高温作用使得面膜的边缘处熔融封边;热切工艺条件为:织物叠放厚度120~150mm,热切温度220℃;
(4)净化水洗处理
首先通过自来水洗涤,再使用中水、纯净水多次洗后得到纯净的功能型面膜;
自来水洗时加入质量比为0.2%的高硫酸钠,自来水洗条件为:温度85℃,时间20min;中水洗涤条件为:温度55℃,时间20分钟,浴比1:15;纯净水洗涤条件为:温度55℃,20分钟,浴比1:10。
本发明涉及原料均购于市场,六碳全氟丙烯酸酯聚合物乳液购于日本大金氟化工,商品名TG-5601;末端封闭基异氰酸酯交联剂购于日本明成化学株式会社,商品名SU-125F;聚丙酸增稠剂购于浙江传化股份有限公司,商品名防水专用增稠剂TF-580。
本发明的有益效果在于:
1.一层面膜,双层作用:面膜的营养液吸收层具有超高的比表面积,使其吸收水分更服软更服帖,帮助营养液疏导快速进入皮肤吸收过程,还可以吸收皮肤表面油性物质;面膜的保水层为局部涂覆,隔绝水分防止其迅速挥发至空气中,同时保水层可以出现花纹效果;
2.填补面膜市场的空白:机织物通过溶胀后应用于面膜材料,解决目前市场上没有机织物原料的面膜这一技术难题,同时通过局部涂覆创造出具有隐形图案面膜,填补面膜市场的空白;
3.面膜可以重复利用:因其内部改变后,吸附及解吸能力大大增加,本发明面膜可以反复水洗数次使用,具有良好的水洗强度且性能保持不变。

实施例1
参照图1,一种功能型面膜,所述面膜包括织物本体,所述织物本体由涤锦复合丝在有机溶剂中溶胀后制备得到;所述织物本体为采用涤锦复合丝为原料织造的针织面料或喷水机织面料,所述涤锦复合丝截面为米字型或桔瓣型。所述织物本体上部为保水层2,下部为营养液吸收层1,所述保水层包括保水部分3和导湿部分4,其中保水部分的面积占80~95%,导湿部分的面积占5~20%。所述保水层2的厚度为织物本体的一半厚度,所述保水层2的厚度为0.10~0.25mm,营养液吸收层1的厚度为0.10~0.25mm。
实施例2
一种功能型面膜的制备方法,包括下述步骤:
(1)织物本体的制备
涤锦复合丝在有机溶剂中溶胀后织造而得,通过溶胀形成较大的内比表面积,使其具备优异的吸附及解吸性能;其中,有机溶剂的质量百分比组成为:间苯二酚5%,N,N-二甲基甲酰胺8%,余量为水;
溶胀条件为:温度110℃,时间50分钟,浴比1:15;涤锦复合丝为原料溶胀后织造的织物本体的厚度为0.5mm;
(2)面膜的制备
通过涂覆液对织物本体上部进行局部涂覆后烘干形成保水层,织物本体下部(剩余部分)为营养液吸收层;其中,所述涂覆液的质量百分比组成为:六碳全氟丙烯酸酯聚合物乳液6.0%、末端封闭基异氰酸酯交联剂1.5%、聚丙酸增稠剂4.0%、余量为水;通过对织物一面局部涂覆的方法改善固体表面张力,切断水分芯吸孔道,防止营养液吸收层水分转移到表面进行蒸发;
涂覆温度110℃,涂覆时间90s,涂覆车速为45m/min,涂覆面积占90%,未涂覆面积占10%,保水层中的涂覆部分为保水部分,保水层中的未涂覆部分为导湿(透湿汽)部分,未涂覆与涂覆的部分吸收水分产生的光线反射差,显出花纹效果;涂覆量为织物重量的50%,涂覆厚度为织物厚度的一半;烘干温度170℃,烘干时间80s,达到快速烘干的效果;
营养液吸收层厚度为0.25mm,保水层厚度为0.25mm,织物总厚度为0.5mm;
(3)切膜
使用热切机将织物切成裁片,然后利用热切刀的高温作用使得面膜的边缘处熔融封边,这样不能脱散线圈或者掉落碎纤;热切工艺条件为:织物叠放厚度120~150mm,热切温度220℃;
(4)净化水洗处理
首先通过自来水洗涤,去除化学物质残留,再使用中水、纯净水多次洗后得到纯净的功能型面膜;
自来水洗时加入质量比为0.2%的高硫酸钠,自来水洗条件为:温度85℃,时间20min;中水洗涤条件为:温度55℃,时间20分钟,浴比1:15,质量要求100欧级以下;纯净水洗涤条件为:温度55℃,20分钟,浴比1:10,洗水两遍,质量要求10欧级以下。
制备得到的面膜的形状近似圆形,复合大众面部外观设计,宽度22cm,长度为21cm,总面积0.046平方米。营养液吸收层厚度为0.25mm,保水层厚度为0.25mm,织物总厚度0.5mm,总质量为4.2克,营养吸附量为22克。
非织造布吸液量以及本发明面膜吸液量的比较
吸液量,即单位质量的织物所吸附液体(20度蒸馏水)最高的液量,根据此技术要求得出以下测试结果:
非织造布吸液量为3毫升液体/克织物;
本发明面膜吸液量5毫升液体/克织物;
可见,本发明面膜吸液量明显优于非织造布吸液量。
水洗牢度结果测试如表1所示:

由表1可见,本发明耐洗牢度优,经多次洗涤后仍然可以很好的进行使用,解决了面膜只能一次使用的问题,减少了资源浪费,提高了资源的利用率。
本发明面膜湿态强力好、不掉毛、掉屑,可增加皮肤的柔滑感,充分考虑敏感肌肤或柔嫩表皮的需要,独有织物结构提供了最佳的乳液吸收和兼容性,通过改变织物内部的比表面积,提高织物的营养液吸收、吸油及吸附细小固体物质的能力;本发明面膜具有双面特效,不仅改善了无纺布面膜的液体流动性能过快、面膜不易展开等缺陷;同时面膜可以反复洗涤使用,解决了面膜只能一次使用的问题,减少了资源浪费,提高了资源的利用率。
Claims (5)
1.一种功能型面膜,其特征在于:所述面膜包括织物本体,所述织物本体由涤锦复合丝在有机溶剂中溶胀后制备得到;所述织物本体上部为保水层,下部为营养液吸收层,所述保水层包括保水部分和导湿部分,其中保水部分的面积占80~95%,导湿部分的面积占5~20%;所述保水层的厚度为织物本体的一半厚度;所述保水层的厚度为0.10~0.25mm,营养液吸收层的厚度为0.10~0.25mm;
所述功能型面膜通过下述步骤制备得到:
(1)织物本体的制备
涤锦复合丝在有机溶剂中溶胀后织造而得,其中,有机溶剂的质量百分比组成为:间苯二酚3~8%,N,N-二甲基甲酰胺5~9%,余量为水;
(2)面膜的制备
通过涂覆液对织物本体上部进行局部涂覆后烘干形成保水层,织物本体下部为营养液吸收层;其中,所述涂覆液的质量百分比组成为:六碳全氟丙烯酸酯聚合物乳液3.0~9.0%、末端封闭基异氰酸酯交联剂1.0~2.5%、聚丙酸增稠剂2.0~6.0%、余量为水;
涂覆温度100~120℃,涂覆时间70~110s,涂覆车速为40~50m/min,烘干温度150~180℃,烘干时间60~180s;
(3)切膜
使用热切机将织物切成裁片,然后利用热切刀的高温作用使得面膜的边缘处熔融封边;其中,热切温度为200~250℃;
(4)净化水洗处理
首先通过自来水洗涤,再使用中水、纯净水多次洗后得到纯净的功能型面膜。
2.根据权利要求1所述的功能型面膜,其特征在于:所述织物本体为采用涤锦复合丝为原料织造的针织面料或喷水机织面料,所述涤锦复合丝截面为米字型或桔瓣型。
3.根据权利要求1所述的功能型面膜,其特征在于:步骤(1)中,溶胀条件为:温度100~120℃,时间40~60分钟,浴比1:10~20;涤锦复合丝为原料溶胀后织造的织物本体的厚度为0.2~0.5mm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的功能型面膜,其特征在于:步骤(4)中,自来水洗时加入质量比为0.1~0.5%的高硫酸钠,自来水洗条件为:温度80~90℃,时间15~25min;中水洗涤条件为:温度50~60℃,时间10~25分钟,浴比1:10~15;纯净水洗涤条件为:温度50~60℃,10~25分钟,浴比1:10~15。
5.根据权利要求1所述的功能型面膜,其特征在于所述功能型面膜通过下述步骤制备得到:
(1)织物本体的制备
涤锦复合丝在有机溶剂中溶胀后织造而得,其中,有机溶剂的质量百分比组成为:间苯二酚5%,N ,N-二甲基甲酰胺8%,余量为水;
溶胀条件为:温度110℃,时间50分钟,浴比1:15;涤锦复合丝为原料溶胀后织造的织物本体的厚度为0.5mm;
(2)面膜的制备
通过涂覆液对织物本体上部进行局部涂覆后烘干形成保水层,织物本体下部为营养液吸收层;其中,所述涂覆液的质量百分比组成为:六碳全氟丙烯酸酯聚合物乳液6.0%、末端封闭基异氰酸酯交联剂1.5%、聚丙酸增稠剂4.0%、余量为水;
涂覆温度110℃,涂覆时间90s,涂覆车速为45m/min,涂覆面积占90%,涂覆量为织物重量的50%,涂覆厚度为织物厚度的一半;烘干温度170℃,烘干时间80s;
(3)切膜
使用热切机将织物切成裁片,然后利用热切刀的高温作用使得面膜的边缘处熔融封边;热切工艺条件为:织物叠放厚度120~150mm,热切温度220℃;
(4)净化水洗处理
首先通过自来水洗涤,再使用中水、纯净水多次洗后得到纯净的功能型面膜;自来水洗时加入质量比为0 .2%的高硫酸钠,自来水洗条件为:温度85℃,时间20min;中水洗涤条件为:温度55℃,时间20分钟,浴比1:15;纯净水洗涤条件为:温度55℃,20分钟,浴比1:10。
