本发明涉及食疗养生保健技术领域,具体涉及一种治疗唇炎的扶脾化湿食疗配方及其制备方法。
背景技术
唇炎是口腔黏膜病的一种,表现为口唇干燥、脱屑、皲裂、唇周痒痛,严重时症状为嘴唇肿胀、糜烂、渗出结痂,有灼热感。其病因不明,嗜烟酒、舔唇、熬夜等不良习惯,使用具有致敏物质的牙膏、唇膏,或者外伤、感染、日晒、精神紧张均可成为该病的诱发因素。随着生活节奏的加快和各种压力的增大,唇炎发病率有上升趋势。
该病不仅严重影响患者的外貌美观,日常说话、吃饭也有不适,且因病程反反复复,长达数年,可能会对患者的心理造成不利影响。
西医针对唇炎的治疗手段一般是使用含有激素的外用药膏,有较大副作用,且易形成激素依赖性,以致一些病人无法停药,一旦停药则症状反而会更加严重。因而唇炎治疗上应尽量不使用西医药膏。
采用传统中药辩证治疗唇炎,常以清心降火、养阴润燥、化湿降浊、补肾健脾为治疗原则,均能缓解症状,取得疗效。但因该病迁延难愈,中医治疗存在用药时间较长的缺点,尤其需多年服用汤药,患者难以坚持长期正规治疗。因此不是非常理想的方法。

有鉴于此,本发明利用日常食材,提供了一种有效的针对唇炎治疗的扶脾化湿食疗配方及其制备方法,该食疗配方符合中药辩证治疗唇炎的治疗原则,利于患者长期食用,效果明显。
本发明第一方面提供了一种治疗唇炎的扶脾化湿食疗配方,由下述重量配比的原料组成:薏苡仁15~30份、赤小豆10~15份、山药10~15份、白扁豆10~15份、百合5~10份、莲子5~10份、葛根5~10份。
本发明第二方面提供了上述治疗唇炎的扶脾化湿食疗配方的制备方法,步骤包括:
S1、按配比称取各原料;
S2、文火炒白扁豆,赤小豆、莲子、百合用水浸泡2~3小时,百合用水浸泡0.5~1.5小时;
S3、文火炒薏苡仁或将薏苡仁用水浸泡2~3小时;
S4、将所有原料混合后加热至熟。
本发明的有益效果是:
按照中医理论,“脾开窍于口,其华在唇”,说明口唇的变化与脾胃的功能关系密切,应抓住病在脾胃进行调理。本配方为一种具有扶脾化湿功效的食疗组合物,所用原料均在国家卫生部公布的“药食同源”食品清单中,符合中药辩证治疗唇炎的治疗原则,能补益脾胃,利水消肿,清热祛湿,使气血充足,口唇得养,恢复润泽。本配方实际应用时,先将白扁豆炒制,然后与其他原材料一起,可制成米粥、米糊,也可制作热饮,方法多样。日常食材,简单配方,成本低廉,制备方法简单,无毒副作用,可长期坚持,减轻或消除唇炎患者的不适症状。

本配方以薏苡仁、赤小豆去除体内湿邪,健脾益胃;与炒扁豆(白)、山药配合,补脾益气,增强利水消肿之功效;加上百合、莲子、葛根起到养心安神、滋阴润燥、消除疲劳的作用,使人体脏腑之气更好地调和,共奏开胃健脾、增强体质作用,从而调节人体机能,使嘴唇消肿红润、光滑细嫩,各原料配伍后相互协同,效果良好。
优选的,在本发明的一个实施例中,所述治疗唇炎的扶脾化湿食疗配方由下述重量配比的原料组成:薏苡仁20份、赤小豆15份、山药10份、白扁豆10份、百合10份、莲子10份、葛根5份。
优选的,在本发明的一个实施例中,所述治疗唇炎的扶脾化湿食疗配方由下述重量配比的原料组成:薏苡仁15份、赤小豆10份、山药10份、白扁豆10份、百合5份、莲子5份、葛根5份。
优选的,在本发明的一个实施例中,所述治疗唇炎的扶脾化湿食疗配方由下述重量配比的原料组成:薏苡仁30份、赤小豆15份、山药15份、白扁豆15份、百合10份、莲子10份、葛根10份。
本发明第二方面提供了上述治疗唇炎的扶脾化湿食疗配方的制备方法,步骤包括:
S1、按配比称取各原料;
S2、文火炒白扁豆,赤小豆、莲子、百合用水浸泡2~3小时,百合用水浸泡0.5~1.5小时;
S3、文火炒薏苡仁或将薏苡仁用水浸泡2~3小时;
S4、将所有原料混合后加热至熟。
具体的,所述加热可采用多种常用的烹调加热方式,例如,在本发明的几个实施例中,通过采用豆浆机、焖烧杯、直接煮等方式,简单便捷的得到米糊、米粥、热饮等性状多样化的食品,利于患者坚持服用。
下面将结合具体实施例对本发明提供的一种治疗唇炎的扶脾化湿食疗配方及其制备方法予以进一步说明。下面描述的实施例是示例性的,仅用于解释本发明,而不能理解为对本发明的限制。
下述实施例中的实验方法,如无特殊说明,均为常规方法。下述实施例中所用的实验材料如无特殊说明,均为市场购买得到。
实施例一
本实施例提供了一种治疗唇炎的扶脾化湿食疗配方,由下述重量配比的原料组成:薏苡仁20g、赤小豆15g、山药10g、白扁豆10g、百合10g、莲子10g、葛根5g。
将上述原材制备为米糊服用,具体步骤包括:
(1)量取薏苡仁20g、赤小豆15g、山药10g、扁豆(白)10g、百合干10g、莲子10g、葛根5g,将所有材料洗净;
(2)炒白扁豆:取白扁豆,文火炒至微黄色,捣碎;
(3)薏苡仁、赤小豆、莲子用清水浸泡2~3小时;
(4)百合干用清水浸泡1小时;
(5)所有材料混合,连同泡薏苡仁的水放入豆浆机,添加适量清水至水位线;
(6)选择豆浆机“米糊”按钮,启动豆浆机。
豆浆机程序完成,将米糊作为日常早餐、晚餐均可。
实施例二
本实施例提供了一种治疗唇炎的扶脾化湿食疗配方,由下述重量配比的原料组成:薏苡仁15g、赤小豆10g、山药10g、白扁豆10g、百合5g、莲子5g、葛根5g。
将上述原材制备为米粥服用,具体步骤包括:
(1)量取薏苡仁15g、赤小豆10g、山药10g、扁豆(白)10g、百合5g、莲子5g、葛根5g,将所有材料洗净;
(2)炒白扁豆:取白扁豆,文火炒至微黄色,捣碎;
(3)炒薏苡仁:取薏苡仁,文火炒至微黄色,略有焦斑,微香;
(4)赤小豆、莲子用清水浸泡2~3小时后沥干;
(5)所有材料混合,放入焖烧杯中,注入滚烫的开水,盖上盖子闷2小时左右。
倒出米粥,即可食用。
实施例三
本实施例提供了一种治疗唇炎的扶脾化湿食疗配方,由下述重量配比的原料组成:薏苡仁30g、赤小豆15g、山药15g、白扁豆15g、百合10g、莲子10g、葛根10g。
将上述原材制备为饮品服用,具体步骤包括:
(1)量取薏苡仁30g、赤小豆15g、山药15g、扁豆(白)15g、百合干10g、莲子10g、葛根10g,将所有材料洗净;
(2)炒白扁豆:取白扁豆,文火炒至微黄色,捣碎;
(3)薏苡仁、赤小豆、莲子用清水浸泡2~3小时;
(4)百合干用清水浸泡1小时;
(5)所有材料混合,连同泡薏苡仁的水放入砂锅中,添加适量清水;
(6)先大火煮沸,再小火煮20分钟,然后关火焖30分钟。
取熬出的汁水,作为热饮。
实施例四
本实施例将治疗唇炎的扶脾化湿食疗配方对不同性别、不同年龄、不同病因的唇炎患者进行治疗,效果显著,下列举部分典型病例治疗情况。
典型病例患者1,女,44岁,因常年加班熬夜患上唇炎,经过西医激素药膏治疗一段时间后,始终无法停药,形成激素依赖,嘴唇红肿糜烂;转用中医治疗数年,时断时续,嘴唇始终有紧绷感,唇周裂口、痒痛。给其服用实施例1提供的食疗米糊,作为日常早餐,每天一次。两月后,诸症缓解,七个月后不良症状消失。之后,偶有加班再次出现不适症状,通过饮用实例三的产品,2~3天可恢复正常。
典型病例患者2,女,15岁,因舔唇和对唇膏过敏患上唇炎,嘴唇干燥脱屑,略有肿胀,失去弹性。予以实施例三提供的产品,作为日常热饮。两周后,嘴唇不再干裂,四周后恢复弹性红润,病获痊愈。
类似病例不再重复列举,本治疗唇炎的扶脾化湿食疗配方对不同性别、不同年龄、不同病因的唇炎患者的病情均有类似的良好疗效,适用性广泛。

1.一种治疗唇炎的扶脾化湿食疗配方,其特征在于:由下述重量配比的原料组成:薏苡仁15~30份、赤小豆10~15份、山药10~15份、白扁豆10~15份、百合5~10份、莲子5~10份、葛根5~10份。
2.如权利要求1所述的治疗唇炎的扶脾化湿食疗配方,其特征在于:由下述重量配比的原料组成:薏苡仁20份、赤小豆15份、山药10份、白扁豆10份、百合10份、莲子10份、葛根5份。
3.如权利要求1所述的治疗唇炎的扶脾化湿食疗配方,其特征在于:由下述重量配比的原料组成:薏苡仁15份、赤小豆10份、山药10份、白扁豆10份、百合5份、莲子5份、葛根5份。
4.如权利要求1所述的治疗唇炎的扶脾化湿食疗配方,其特征在于:由下述重量配比的原料组成:薏苡仁30份、赤小豆15份、山药15份、白扁豆15份、百合10份、莲子10份、葛根10份。
5.权利要求1所述的治疗唇炎的扶脾化湿食疗配方的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤包括:
S1、按配比称取各原料;
