背景技术
家禽肉是世界第二消耗肉品,约占肉制品市场的30%,仅落后于猪肉的38%。鸡肉作为家禽肉类的一种,很受人们的喜爱;鸡肉含有维生素C、E等,蛋白质的含量比例较高,种类多,而且消化率高,很容易被人体吸收利用,有增强体力、强壮身体的作用,另外含有对人体生长发育有重要作用的磷脂类,是中国人膳食结构中脂肪和磷脂的重要来源之一。鸡肉对营养不良、畏寒怕冷、乏力疲劳、月经不调、贫血、虚弱等有很好的食疗作用。医学认为,鸡肉有温中益气、补虚填精、健脾胃、活血脉、强筋骨的功效。因此,越来越多的养殖户开始养殖鸡,在养殖的过程中,有的养殖户为了降低养殖成本,追求更高的经济效益,没有对养殖进行科学管理,导致鸡患病多,肉质差,对人体健康造成危害,而自动化养殖系统和自动控温系统成本过高,不适用于多数养殖户;此外,使用的鸡饲料大多营养单一,各个阶段喂养的饲料都是一样的,导致鸡肉质量下降;因此,养殖户迫切需要提供一种健康的养鸡方法。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于:针对养鸡过程中出现鸡患病多、肉质差的问题,本发明提供一种鸡的分段饲养方法。
为了达到上述目的,本发明采用了以下技术方案:
一种鸡的分段饲养方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)选择7-10日龄的健康鸡苗,并对鸡苗进行接种疫苗,在接种疫苗后的2-3天内只喂食营养液,不限量喂食;
(2)鸡苗接种疫苗2-3天后开始喂食精饲料,每天喂食3-4次;
(3)从鸡重1.5斤开始喂食粗饲料,每天喂食1-2次;
所述精饲料由以下重量份的原料组成:虾壳粉15-20份、动物内脏10-15份、蚕蛹10-15份、水草10-15份、豆饼10-15份、皮糠10-15份、纳豆4-8份、泡菜3-7份、南瓜子3-6份、菊苣3-6份、水葫芦3-5份、串叶松香草3-5份、葡萄糖酸钙1-3份、闪锌矿0.1-1.5份;
所述粗饲料由以下重量份的原料组成:花生粉15-20份、甜象草15-20份、冰草15-20份、蚌壳粉10-15份、鱼粉10-14份、皇竹草10-15份、高杆菠菜10-15份、食盐0.5-1份、败酱草2-5份、芦荟叶2-8份、血余炭5-8份、川芎3-6份、郁金4-7份。
进一步地,所述营养液由全脂奶粉和纯净水按照质量比1:3-5均匀混合而成,在喂食前将营养液加热到35-40℃。
进一步地,所述精饲料的制备方法为:
(1)将水草、纳豆、泡菜、南瓜子、菊苣、水葫芦、串叶松香草洗净后粉碎成粉末状,得到物料A;
(2)将动物内脏和闪锌矿粉碎后,与虾壳粉、蚕蛹、豆饼、皮糠、葡萄糖酸钙混合均匀,堆成堆后加水使其含水量为60-65%,无氧发酵6-10天,得到物料B;
(3)将物料A与物料B混合均匀,干燥至含水量为7-9%,制成颗粒状,即得所述精饲料。
进一步地,所述粗饲料的制备方法为:
(1)将败酱草、芦荟叶、血余炭、川芎、郁金洗净后全部放入锅中,然后往锅中加入锅中物品总重5-6倍的水,大火煮沸20-25分钟,然后再换文火煮50-60分钟,用细纱布过滤,得到滤渣和滤液,取滤渣用相同方法反复煮2-3次,合并滤液,将滤液浓缩后得到浓缩液;
(2)将甜象草、冰草、皇竹草、高杆菠菜弄成草粉状,再与花生粉、蚌壳粉、鱼粉和食盐混合,往混合物上喷洒步骤(1)得到的浓缩液,均匀搅拌后堆成一团,盖上薄膜,在30-45℃环境下发酵5-7天,即得所述粗饲料。

本发明的鸡的分段饲养方法,对鸡进行了分段喂食,刚接种疫苗的小鸡全部喂食由全脂奶粉制成的营养液,营养丰富,避免小鸡饮食不当跟疫苗产生不良反应,减少了小鸡的发病率,为小鸡的健康生长打下了坚实的基础;在小鸡生长阶段喂养精饲料,精饲料中的各成分相互作用下共同达到提高鸡的食欲,促进鸡肠胃消化吸收,调节肠道菌群平衡,特别是闪锌矿使饲料富含锌元素,不仅可满足鸡对锌元素的基本需求,且高锌含量对鸡的快速生长、提高日增重有明显促进作用,但对肉质没有影响;在鸡生长到一定程度时喂养粗饲料,粗饲料中大部分是牧草成分,牧草的碳纤维含量可以改善鸡的肉质,同时粗饲料中的中药成分对鸡的保健作用很大,能够对鸡体内的各种病菌进行消灭,去除鸡肉中的异味;各阶段共同作用下,进一步提高鸡的肉质,使鸡能够快速、健康成长。

实施例1:
一种鸡的分段饲养方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)选择7日龄的健康鸡苗,并对鸡苗进行接种疫苗,所述疫苗为鸡肝疫苗和鸡瘟疫苗,在接种疫苗后的2天内只喂食营养液,所述营养液由全脂奶粉和纯净水按照质量比1:3均匀混合而成,在喂食前将营养液加热到35℃,每天不限量喂食;
(2)鸡苗接种疫苗2天后开始喂食精饲料,每天喂食3次;
(3)从鸡重1.5斤开始喂食粗饲料,每天喂食1次;

(1)将败酱草、芦荟叶、血余炭、川芎、郁金洗净后全部放入锅中,然后往锅中加入锅中物品总重5倍的水,大火煮沸20分钟,然后再换文火煮50分钟,用细纱布过滤,得到滤渣和滤液,取滤渣用相同方法反复煮2次,合并滤液,将滤液浓缩后得到浓缩液;
(2)将甜象草、冰草、皇竹草、高杆菠菜弄成草粉状,再与花生粉、蚌壳粉、鱼粉和食盐混合,往混合物上喷洒步骤(1)得到的浓缩液,均匀搅拌后堆成一团,盖上薄膜,在30℃环境下发酵5天,即得所述粗饲料。
实施例2:
一种鸡的分段饲养方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)选择8日龄的健康鸡苗,并对鸡苗进行接种疫苗,所述疫苗为鸡肝疫苗和鸡瘟疫苗,在接种疫苗后的2天内只喂食营养液,所述营养液由全脂奶粉和纯净水按照质量比1:4均匀混合而成,在喂食前将营养液加热到37℃,每天不限量喂食;
(2)鸡苗接种疫苗2天后开始喂食精饲料,每天喂食3次;
(3)从鸡重1.5斤开始喂食粗饲料,每天喂食2次;
所述精饲料由以下重量份的原料组成:虾壳粉17份、动物内脏12份、蚕蛹12份、水草12份、豆饼12份、皮糠12份、纳豆6份、泡菜5份、南瓜子4份、菊苣4份、水葫芦4份、串叶松香草4份、葡萄糖酸钙2份、闪锌矿0.8份;
所述精饲料的制备方法为:
(1)将水草、纳豆、泡菜、南瓜子、菊苣、水葫芦、串叶松香草洗净后粉碎成粉末状,得到物料A;
(2)将动物内脏和闪锌矿粉碎后,与虾壳粉、蚕蛹、豆饼、皮糠、葡萄糖酸钙混合均匀,堆成堆后加水使其含水量为62%,无氧发酵8天,得到物料B;
(3)将物料A与物料B混合均匀,干燥至含水量为8%,制成颗粒状,即得所述精饲料;
所述粗饲料由以下重量份的原料组成:花生粉17份、甜象草17份、冰草17份、蚌壳粉12份、鱼粉12份、皇竹草12份、高杆菠菜12份、食盐0.7份、败酱草3份、芦荟叶5份、血余炭6份、川芎4份、郁金5份;
所述粗饲料的制备方法为:
(1)将败酱草、芦荟叶、血余炭、川芎、郁金洗净后全部放入锅中,然后往锅中加入锅中物品总重5.5倍的水,大火煮沸22分钟,然后再换文火煮55分钟,用细纱布过滤,得到滤渣和滤液,取滤渣用相同方法反复煮3次,合并滤液,将滤液浓缩后得到浓缩液;
(2)将甜象草、冰草、皇竹草、高杆菠菜弄成草粉状,再与花生粉、蚌壳粉、鱼粉和食盐混合,往混合物上喷洒步骤(1)得到的浓缩液,均匀搅拌后堆成一团,盖上薄膜,在45℃环境下发酵7天,即得所述粗饲料。
实施例3:
一种鸡的分段饲养方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)选择10日龄的健康鸡苗,并对鸡苗进行接种疫苗,所述疫苗为鸡肝疫苗和鸡瘟疫苗,在接种疫苗后的3天内只喂食营养液,所述营养液由全脂奶粉和纯净水按照质量比1:5均匀混合而成,在喂食前将营养液加热到40℃,每天不限量喂食;
(2)鸡苗接种疫苗3天后开始喂食精饲料,每天喂食4次;
(3)从鸡重1.5斤开始喂食粗饲料,每天喂食2次;
所述精饲料由以下重量份的原料组成:虾壳粉20份、动物内脏15份、蚕蛹15份、水草15份、豆饼15份、皮糠15份、纳豆8份、泡菜7份、南瓜子6份、菊苣6份、水葫芦5份、串叶松香草5份、葡萄糖酸钙3份、闪锌矿1.5份;
所述精饲料的制备方法为:
(1)将水草、纳豆、泡菜、南瓜子、菊苣、水葫芦、串叶松香草洗净后粉碎成粉末状,得到物料A;
(2)将动物内脏和闪锌矿粉碎后,与虾壳粉、蚕蛹、豆饼、皮糠、葡萄糖酸钙混合均匀,堆成堆后加水使其含水量为65%,无氧发酵10天,得到物料B;
(3)将物料A与物料B混合均匀,干燥至含水量为9%,制成颗粒状,即得所述精饲料;
所述粗饲料由以下重量份的原料组成:花生粉20份、甜象草20份、冰草20份、蚌壳粉15份、鱼粉14份、皇竹草15份、高杆菠菜15份、食盐1份、败酱草5份、芦荟叶8份、血余炭8份、川芎6份、郁金7份;
所述粗饲料的制备方法为:
(1)将败酱草、芦荟叶、血余炭、川芎、郁金洗净后全部放入锅中,然后往锅中加入锅中物品总重6倍的水,大火煮沸25分钟,然后再换文火煮60分钟,用细纱布过滤,得到滤渣和滤液,取滤渣用相同方法反复煮3次,合并滤液,将滤液浓缩后得到浓缩液;
(2)将甜象草、冰草、皇竹草、高杆菠菜弄成草粉状,再与花生粉、蚌壳粉、鱼粉和食盐混合,往混合物上喷洒步骤(1)得到的浓缩液,均匀搅拌后堆成一团,盖上薄膜,在45℃环境下发酵7天,即得所述粗饲料。
综上所述,本发明的鸡的分段饲养方法,针对鸡的不同生长阶段采用不同的饲料喂养,能够对鸡体内的各种病菌进行消灭,去除鸡肉中的异味,进一步提高鸡的肉质,使鸡能够快速、健康成长。

Claims (5)
1.一种鸡的分段饲养方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(1)选择7-10日龄的健康鸡苗,并对鸡苗进行接种疫苗,在接种疫苗后的2-3天内只喂食营养液,不限量喂食;
(2)鸡苗接种疫苗2-3天后开始喂食精饲料,每天喂食3-4次;
(3)从鸡重1.5斤开始喂食粗饲料,每天喂食1-2次;
所述精饲料由以下重量份的原料组成:虾壳粉15-20份、动物内脏10-15份、蚕蛹10-15份、水草10-15份、豆饼10-15份、皮糠10-15份、纳豆4-8份、泡菜3-7份、南瓜子3-6份、菊苣3-6份、水葫芦3-5份、串叶松香草3-5份、葡萄糖酸钙1-3份、闪锌矿0.1-1.5份;
所述粗饲料由以下重量份的原料组成:花生粉15-20份、甜象草15-20份、冰草15-20份、蚌壳粉10-15份、鱼粉10-14份、皇竹草10-15份、高杆菠菜10-15份、食盐0.5-1份、败酱草2-5份、芦荟叶2-8份、血余炭5-8份、川芎3-6份、郁金4-7份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种鸡的分段饲养方法,其特征在于:所述营养液由全脂奶粉和纯净水按照质量比1:3-5均匀混合而成,在喂食前将营养液加热到35-40℃。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种鸡的分段饲养方法,其特征在于:所述精饲料的制备方法为:
(1)将水草、纳豆、泡菜、南瓜子、菊苣、水葫芦、串叶松香草洗净后粉碎成粉末状,得到物料A;
(2)将动物内脏和闪锌矿粉碎后,与虾壳粉、蚕蛹、豆饼、皮糠、葡萄糖酸钙混合均匀,堆成堆后加水使其含水量为60-65%,无氧发酵6-10天,得到物料B;
(3)将物料A与物料B混合均匀,干燥至含水量为7-9%,制成颗粒状,即得所述精饲料。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种鸡的分段饲养方法,其特征在于:所述粗饲料的制备方法为:
(1)将败酱草、芦荟叶、血余炭、川芎、郁金洗净后全部放入锅中,然后往锅中加入锅中物品总重5-6倍的水,大火煮沸20-25分钟,然后再换文火煮50-60分钟,用细纱布过滤,得到滤渣和滤液,取滤渣用相同方法反复煮2-3次,合并滤液,将滤液浓缩后得到浓缩液;
(2)将甜象草、冰草、皇竹草、高杆菠菜弄成草粉状,再与花生粉、蚌壳粉、鱼粉和食盐混合,往混合物上喷洒步骤(1)得到的浓缩液,均匀搅拌后堆成一团,盖上薄膜,在30-45℃环境下发酵5-7天,即得所述粗饲料。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种鸡的分段饲养方法,其特征在于:步骤(1)中所述疫苗为鸡肝疫苗和鸡瘟疫苗。
