背景技术
草鱼,肉质肥嫩、肉味鲜美、骨刺少,含有维生素B1、B2、烟酸、不饱和脂肪酸以及钙、磷、铁、锌、硒等;草鱼味甘性温,有平肝、祛风、泊痹、暖胃、中平肝、祛风等功能,是温中补虚的养生食品;草鱼有抗衰老、养颜的功效,可以防治肿瘤;草鱼含有丰富的不饱和脂肪酸,对血液循环有利,是心血管病人的良好食物;草鱼含有丰富的硒元素,经常食用有抗衰老、养颜的功效,而且对肿瘤也有一定的防治作用。
营养价值如此丰富的草鱼广受欢迎,但是在草鱼的生长过程中极易发生肠炎病、烂鳃病和赤皮病病害三大病害,不但导致草鱼的肉质和口感受到极大的影响,而且使得草鱼生长缓慢、死亡率提高;因此,发明一种能够有效解决以上问题的草鱼的养殖方法是目前亟待解决的问题。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明旨在提供一种草鱼的养殖方法。
本发明通过以下技术方案实现:
一种草鱼的养殖方法,具体方法如下:
(1)鱼种投放与养殖池的日常清理
7月中旬,选择无病害、生长健壮、重量为160~170g的草鱼为鱼种,投放量为320~330尾/亩,投放前将鱼种投入到浸泡液中浸泡18~20min,投放后每隔18~20天全池均匀泼洒一次由重量比为1:4.2~4.4:3.1~3.3的黄杨碱、炮姜提取物和蔓荆子提取物制成的杀菌粉;
所述的浸泡液,按以下步骤进行制备:将7~8重量份的柴胡、4.8~5.6重量份的香附、9~10重量份的槟榔、2.4~2.8重量份的桔梗和6.4~7.2重量份的鸡矢藤混合粉碎,加入2800~2900重量份的水大火煮沸,文火熬煮57~59min,过滤取煎煮液,趁热加入2.9~3.1重量份的薜荔汁混合搅拌均匀,室温自然冷却,得浸泡液;
(2)饵料的日常投喂
鱼种投放后,每日定时投喂饵料,饵料日投喂量为草鱼体重的2.4%~2.6%,每日投喂4次、每次投喂量均相同;所述的饵料,由以下重量份的原料制成:新鲜白屈菜叶22~24份、新鲜板栗叶16~18份、番茄籽粕46~50份、茶籽油3.1~3.3份、食盐2.6~2.8份、豌豆84~90份、白菜34~38份、荸荠21~23份、骨粉11~12份、木耳黑色素0.13~0.15份、黄精提取物0.21~0.23份、洋葱提取物0.27~0.29份、沙棘黄酮0.16~0.18份。

(2)将番茄籽粕粉碎,投入到温度为78℃的炒锅炒制13min,取出,与菜叶浆混合搅拌均匀,加入食盐搓揉3min,置入温度为35℃的发酵箱密闭发酵54h,取出,备用;
(3)将荸荠削皮,粉碎打浆,得荸荠浆;将豌豆粉碎,投入温度为84℃的炒锅炒制9min,取出与荸荠浆和骨粉混合搅拌均匀,加入加热到98℃的茶籽油混合搅拌均匀,置入温度77℃的烘烤箱烘烤14min,取出,备用;
(4)将步骤(2)的备用原料、步骤(3)的备用原料、木耳黑色素、黄精提取物、洋葱提取物和沙棘黄酮混合搅拌均匀,造粒,得饲料,袋装,灭菌,贴标签,得成品。
实施例2
本发明实施例中,一种草鱼的养殖方法,具体方法如下:
(1)鱼种投放与养殖池的日常清理
7月中旬,选择无病害、生长健壮、重量为160~170g的草鱼为鱼种,投放量为320~330尾/亩,投放前将鱼种投入到浸泡液中浸泡19min,投放后每隔19天全池均匀泼洒一次由重量比为1:4.3:3.2的黄杨碱、炮姜提取物和蔓荆子提取物制成的杀菌粉;
所述的浸泡液,按以下步骤进行制备:将7.5重量份的柴胡、5.2重量份的香附、9.5重量份的槟榔、2.6重量份的桔梗和6.8重量份的鸡矢藤混合粉碎,加入2850重量份的水大火煮沸,文火熬煮58min,过滤取煎煮液,趁热加入3重量份的薜荔汁混合搅拌均匀,室温自然冷却,得浸泡液;
(2)饵料的日常投喂
鱼种投放后,每日定时投喂饵料,饵料日投喂量为草鱼体重的2.5%,每日投喂4次、每次投喂量均相同;所述的饵料,由以下重量份的原料制成:新鲜白屈菜叶23份、新鲜板栗叶17份、番茄籽粕48份、茶籽油3.2份、食盐2.7份、豌豆87份、白菜36份、荸荠22份、骨粉11.5份、木耳黑色素0.14份、黄精提取物0.22份、洋葱提取物0.28份、沙棘黄酮0.17份。
作为发明进一步的方案:所述的杀菌粉每次的使用量为25g/亩。
作为发明进一步的方案:所述的新鲜白屈菜叶为白屈菜开花期的叶片,该时期叶片营养含量最丰富。
作为发明进一步的方案:所述的饵料的制备方法与实施例1相同。
实施例3
本发明实施例中,一种草鱼的养殖方法,具体方法如下:
(1)鱼种投放与养殖池的日常清理
7月中旬,选择无病害、生长健壮、重量为160~170g的草鱼为鱼种,投放量为320~330尾/亩,投放前将鱼种投入到浸泡液中浸泡20min,投放后每隔18天全池均匀泼洒一次由重量比为1:4.4:3.3的黄杨碱、炮姜提取物和蔓荆子提取物制成的杀菌粉;
所述的浸泡液,按以下步骤进行制备:将8重量份的柴胡、5.6重量份的香附、10重量份的槟榔、2.8重量份的桔梗和7.2重量份的鸡矢藤混合粉碎,加入2900重量份的水大火煮沸,文火熬煮59min,过滤取煎煮液,趁热加入3.1重量份的薜荔汁混合搅拌均匀,室温自然冷却,得浸泡液;
(2)饵料的日常投喂
鱼种投放后,每日定时投喂饵料,饵料日投喂量为草鱼体重的2.6%,每日投喂4次、每次投喂量均相同;所述的饵料,由以下重量份的原料制成:新鲜白屈菜叶24份、新鲜板栗叶18份、番茄籽粕50份、茶籽油3.3份、食盐2.8份、豌豆90份、白菜38份、荸荠23份、骨粉12份、木耳黑色素0.15份、黄精提取物0.23份、洋葱提取物0.29份、沙棘黄酮0.18份。
作为发明进一步的方案:所述的杀菌粉每次的使用量为26g/亩。
作为发明进一步的方案:所述的新鲜白屈菜叶为白屈菜开花期的叶片,该时期叶片营养含量最丰富。
作为发明进一步的方案:所述的饵料的制备方法与实施例1相同。
使用实施例的养殖方法与对比例草鱼的普通养殖方法养殖重量为160~170g的草鱼12亩,平均分为4组,每组3亩,养殖一年,统计其肠炎病病害率、烂鳃病病害率、赤皮病病害率、死亡率、1年后平均重量,实验对比结果如下表:

从表1可以看出,本发明的草鱼养殖方法使得草鱼肠炎病病害率降低至1.7%~2.0%、相对对比例草鱼的普通养殖方法降低6.2%~6.5%,使得烂鳃病病害率降低至1.8%~1.9%、相对对比例草鱼的普通养殖方法降低6.7%~6.8%,使得赤皮病病害率降低至1.4%~1.6%、相对对比例草鱼的普通养殖方法降低6.3%~6.5%,使得死亡率降低至0.5%~0.6%、相对对比例草鱼的普通养殖方法降低6.2%~6.3%,使得1年后平均重量达到3.06~3.11 kg、相对对比例草鱼的普通养殖方法增重37.22%~39.46%。
Claims (4)
1.一种草鱼的养殖方法,其特征在于,具体方法如下:
(1)鱼种投放与养殖池的日常清理
7月中旬,选择无病害、生长健壮、重量为160~170g的草鱼为鱼种,投放量为320~330尾/亩,投放前将鱼种投入到浸泡液中浸泡18~20min,投放后每隔18~20天全池均匀泼洒一次由重量比为1:4.2~4.4:3.1~3.3的黄杨碱、炮姜提取物和蔓荆子提取物制成的杀菌粉;
所述的浸泡液,按以下步骤进行制备:将7~8重量份的柴胡、4.8~5.6重量份的香附、9~10重量份的槟榔、2.4~2.8重量份的桔梗和6.4~7.2重量份的鸡矢藤混合粉碎,加入2800~2900重量份的水大火煮沸,文火熬煮57~59min,过滤取煎煮液,趁热加入2.9~3.1重量份的薜荔汁混合搅拌均匀,室温自然冷却,得浸泡液;
(2)饵料的日常投喂
鱼种投放后,每日定时投喂饵料,饵料日投喂量为草鱼体重的2.4%~2.6%,每日投喂4次、每次投喂量均相同;所述的饵料,由以下重量份的原料制成:新鲜白屈菜叶22~24份、新鲜板栗叶16~18份、番茄籽粕46~50份、茶籽油3.1~3.3份、食盐2.6~2.8份、豌豆84~90份、白菜34~38份、荸荠21~23份、骨粉11~12份、木耳黑色素0.13~0.15份、黄精提取物0.21~0.23份、洋葱提取物0.27~0.29份、沙棘黄酮0.16~0.18份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的草鱼的养殖方法,其特征在于,所述的杀菌粉每次的使用量为24~26g/亩。
3.根据权利要求1所述的草鱼的养殖方法,其特征在于,所述的新鲜白屈菜叶为白屈菜开花期的叶片。
4.根据权利要求1所述的草鱼的养殖方法,其特征在于,所述的饵料的制备方法,具体包括以下步骤:
(1)将新鲜白屈菜叶、新鲜板栗叶和白菜混合粉碎,投入到白菜重量2.7~2.9倍量的水中大火煮沸,文火熬煮并不断搅拌至含水量为59%~61%,得菜叶浆,备用;
(2)将番茄籽粕粉碎,投入到温度为78~82℃的炒锅炒制13~15min,取出,与菜叶浆混合搅拌均匀,加入食盐搓揉3~4min,置入温度为35~37℃的发酵箱密闭发酵54~56h,取出,备用;
(3)将荸荠削皮,粉碎打浆,得荸荠浆;将豌豆粉碎,投入温度为84~86℃的炒锅炒制9~10min,取出与荸荠浆和骨粉混合搅拌均匀,加入加热到98~100℃的茶籽油混合搅拌均匀,置入温度77~79℃的烘烤箱烘烤14~16min,取出,备用;
(4)将步骤(2)的备用原料、步骤(3)的备用原料、木耳黑色素、黄精提取物、洋葱提取物和沙棘黄酮混合搅拌均匀,造粒,得饲料,袋装,灭菌,贴标签,得成品。
