本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种虾蟹混合的生态养殖方法,依照该方法养殖的虾蟹成活率高、品质高、生长速度快。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下的技术方案来实现:
一种虾蟹混合的生态养殖方法,其特征在于,按以下步骤进行:
a. 池塘生态条件的建设:
养殖池塘面积30-40亩,底部淤泥5-10cm,在池塘中设有环沟和纵横沟,占全池的30-40%,池塘分成浅水区和深水区,池塘中设有进排水口、均用过滤网具封住,在池塘中种有苦草、伊乐藻、芦苇、水花生等,水草占整个池面的1/3-2/3;
b. 小龙虾、河蟹的放养与投喂:
小龙虾放养规格为25-40尾/kg,亩放养量为10-13kg;河蟹放养规格为100-120尾/kg,亩放养量为480-500尾;
2月份,放养虾种、蟹种,每天投喂A 饲料3-4次;4月份投放活螺蛳;6月份,每天投喂B饲料两次,早晚各一次,傍晚投喂量占全天的65-70%,日投喂量为小龙虾、河蟹体重的8-10%,在岸边和浅滩区多设投喂点,均匀投喂;
c. 水质管理:
2月份放养虾种、蟹种时,水位为0.7-0.8m,到5月中下旬水位达到1.2-1.5m;秋季,通过排水,使混养池浅水区水深为0.4-0.6m;
养殖区的水质透明度为30-60cm,用碳酸氢钠和碳酸钠调水体pH值为7.5-8.5,每隔10-15天换水一次,每次换水15-20cm;
d. 病害防治、日常管理:
每隔15-20天用生石灰对水体进行消毒,每隔15-20天投喂一次含免疫增强剂的饲料,每次连续投喂4-6天;
每天巡池2-3次,检查防逃设施,观察记录小龙虾、河蟹的活动、摄食、生长情况;
e. 碳源、芽抱杆菌的投放:
向池塘中投放碳源糖蜜、葡萄糖、木薯渣、稻壳粉等,调节碳氮比为15-25;将碳源用水充分溶解后泼洒,每两天泼洒一次;待生物絮团逐步形成后,通过与池塘相连的增氧机全天补充氧气;枯草芽抱杆菌的投放浓度为100-110cfu/mL。
其中,步骤a中所述环沟和纵横沟为2m×0.7m或2m×0.8m。步骤b中所述A饲料为小麦、玉米、麸皮、小杂鱼磨碎混合;B饲料为绞碎的米糠、豆饼、螺蚌肉、蚕蛹、蚯蚓混合。步骤d中所述生石灰用量为每亩10-20kg,免疫增强剂的掺量为千分之一。

向池塘中投放适量活螺蛳,在为虾蟹提供营养丰富饵料的同时,起到净化、调节水质的作用;枯草芽抱杆菌的投放,能够增强小龙虾的抗应激作用,促进小龙虾的生长性能,同时提高其消化酶活性;
向养殖池中投放糖蜜、葡萄糖、木薯渣、稻壳粉等碳源,保持碳氮比为15-25,是形成生物絮团的条件,生物絮团先形成以丝状菌为主的框架结构,接着细菌、藻类等依附其上,生物絮团具有良好的沉降性;可定向调控养殖系统微生物群落,利用微生物转换水中氨氮成为菌体蛋白,解决养殖水体中腐屑和饲料滞留的问题,达到饲料营养的循环利用。
小龙虾与河蟹的混养结合了池塘生态学特性,提高了池塘水体空间的利用率,提高池塘养殖综合效益,降低养殖风险。

b. 小龙虾、河蟹的放养与投喂:
小龙虾放养规格为35尾/kg,亩放养量为12kg;河蟹放养规格为110尾/kg,亩放养量为500尾;
2月份,放养虾种、蟹种,每天投喂A 饲料3次;4月份投放活螺蛳;6月份,每天投喂B饲料两次,早晚各一次,傍晚投喂量占全天的65%,日投喂量为小龙虾、河蟹体重的10%,在岸边和浅滩区多设投喂点,均匀投喂;
c. 水质管理:
2月份放养虾种、蟹种时,水位为0.8m,到5月中下旬水位达到1.4m;秋季,通过排水,使混养池浅水区水深为0.6m;

每隔15-20天用生石灰对水体进行消毒,每隔15-20天投喂一次含免疫增强剂的饲料,每次连续投喂4-6天;
每天巡池2-3次,检查防逃设施,观察记录小龙虾、河蟹的活动、摄食、生长情况;
e. 碳源、芽抱杆菌的投放:
向池塘中投放碳源糖蜜、葡萄糖、木薯渣、稻壳粉等,调节碳氮比为15-25;将碳源用水充分溶解后泼洒,每两天泼洒一次;待生物絮团逐步形成后,通过与池塘相连的增氧机全天补充氧气;枯草芽抱杆菌的投放浓度为100-110cfu/mL。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种虾蟹混合的生态养殖方法,其特征在于,步骤a中所述环沟和纵横沟为2m×0.7m或2m×0.8m。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种虾蟹混合的生态养殖方法,其特征在于,步骤b中所述A饲料为小麦、玉米、麸皮、小杂鱼磨碎混合;B饲料为绞碎的米糠、豆饼、螺蚌肉、蚕蛹、蚯蚓混合。
5.根据权利要求2所述的一种虾蟹混合的生态养殖方法,其特征在于,步骤d中所述生石灰用量为每亩10-20kg,免疫增强剂的掺量为千分之一。
